Legislators in Rhode Island have proposed a bill that would force the parents with children who are not vaccinated against Covid-19, to pay double their state income tax.

Moreover, it would also penalize these families by tacking on an extra $50 each month for not forcing their children to received a Covid-19 vaccine.

If passed, this new law would effect each person “of at least 16 years of age” along with those “under 16 years of age” and over the age of 10. In other words, essentially the strong majority of those in the state. There are roughly over 105,000 children under the age of 10, or 10%, of the total state population.

Any person who violates this chapter shall be required to pay a monthly civil penalty 22 of fifty dollars ($50.00) and shall owe twice the amount of personal income taxes as would otherwise be assessed pursuant to chapter 30 of title 44.

All employers must require proof of compliance with this chapter for any employee employed in in-person work within he State of Rhode Island.

Employers may choose to waive proof of compliance with this chapter for purely remote work. Any employer found to be knowingly in violation of this section for more than seven (7) days shall be required to pay a monthly civil penalty of five thousand dollars ($5,000) for every violation.

The bill reads

State Senator Samuel Bell is spearheading this bill. He justifies the need for such a bill by citing an article from the Boston Globe, that reports a survey that purportedly reveals that 65% of RI residents are in favor of a vaccine mandate. The study itself explicitly states it is a ‘nonprobability sample.’ In other words, it is observational and by no means is indictive of reality.

A sampling technique in which the researcher selects samples based on the subjective judgment of the researcher rather than random selection. It is a less stringent method. This sampling method depends heavily on the expertise of the researchers. It is carried out by observation, and researchers use it widely for qualitative research.

Non-probability sampling is a sampling method in which not all members of the population have an equal chance of participating in the study, unlike probability sampling. Each member of the population has a known chance of being selected. Non-probability sampling is most useful for exploratory studies like a pilot survey (deploying a survey to a smaller sample compared to pre-determined sample size). Researchers use this method in studies where it is impossible to draw random probability sampling due to time or cost considerations.

The definition of a nonprobability sampling.

Nevertheless, this has not deterred Bell from using this as his justification for a bill that not only doubles the state’s income tax, but also mandates vaccination (including subsequent boosters) for RI residents, workers, and taxpayers.

If passed, both private and public businesses will be tasked with enforcing this mandate. If the employer does not fire staff members who fail to provide proof of vaccination, the business will be fined $5,000 each month.

There are exemptions available with strict requirements in place in order to get them. Parents will be required to receive the permission from 3 separate doctors, and state on the record that the child is “not fit for immunization.” The child will have to sign his/her name to the exemption as well.

But even after that, the RI department of health still has the power to then further investigate the claims, and ultimately decided to overrule the doctors regardless, and reinforce the penalty fees.

Currently, 95% of the eligible population in the state have received at least one dose of a vaccine.

AUTHOR COMMENTARY

When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn.

Proverbs 29:2

Seeing as Rhode Island is very much a blue-ran state, and has been for some time, I would not be surprised if this actual passes at some point; or, this could be another threat just to test the waters and see the people’s reaction to it. The media and government’s do this all the time before unveiling their step in the plan(s).

What this will cause, beyond rebellion and pockets of protests, is it ultimately culls the middle class and private businesses: either by bankrupting families and businesses with immensely increasing taxes (on top of ever-rising inflation, supply chain shortages, and probably more lockdowns on the horizon), or causing another exodus from the cities and states, akin to California, Chicago (IL), New York, Seattle (WA), Denver (CO), etc. Of course, this only accelerates the deaths of children in state as well, per these toxic death jabs.

The word ‘hope’ is embedded on the Rhode Island flag: it’s time to burn it or use it as toilet paper, because that’s the last thing RI has!

[7] Who goeth a warfare any time at his own charges? who planteth a vineyard, and eateth not of the fruit thereof? or who feedeth a flock, and eateth not of the milk of the flock? [8] Say I these things as a man? or saith not the law the same also? [9] For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen? [10] Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope. (1 Corinthians 9:7-10).

  • Spray paint on the Rhode Island flag next to Hope “NO” NO hope, there now that’s more accurate.
All of America is evil especially it’s Christendom, but the New England states are, next to California, those most Christ rejecting of them all.
