Titus Hartford, a 34-year-old street-preacher from Alabama, who claims he grew up as an Evangelical, was recently arrested for holding up a sign in front of a Chattanooga, Tennessee, church that taught beliefs contrary to his own.
Local news reports that Hartford has tried to hand out pamphlets or has tried to get in front of sanctuaries to preach. He also has been tackled to the ground while trying to takeover someone else’s pulpit, and have had police called on him for the claims of trespassing.
His most recent alteration was caught on camera.
Whenever I have an interaction in my journey to try to troubleshoot this terrible spiritual funk that Americans are in — because it’s terrible and it is a funk — I have interactions with the meanest, nastiest men. I never get them on camera and nobody would ever believe me.
Hartford said.
Hartford could be seen holding a sign outside a large church building before service began. Church leadership eventually confronted him along with a police officer and asked him to leave. Hartford refused, claiming that it was his right to stand there because it was public property, but the pastor and police said that he was being a nuisance on public property.
An additional officer was called to the scene, and after refusing to provide his ID to the second officer, Hartford, wearing his medical mask outdoors, was handcuffed.
His charges were eventually dropped, and his camera was returned to him over a year later. Now Hartford is currently working to sue the officer for his unnecessary arrest, and plans to pursue battery charges against the pastor who swiped at his camera.
This evidence was submitted to Lackluster, an outlet that exposes police overreach, that says “The Police are the most conspicuous form of government. We have a duty as citizens to keep ALL government officials accountable. The monopoly on the initiation of force comes with a great deal of responsibility. Abolish Qualified Immunity, end the police unions and require personal liability insurance for all LEO’s. Protect your constitutional rights.”
Hartford said he dedicates the video to famous singer Bob Dillion.

*sigh*… Their is hypocrisy from both parties.
This Hartford guy was indeed on public grounds. As explained in another report, churches who are registered with the government basically lose their amendment rights, though they still have the 14th at their disposal:
All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

Of course, this can get twisted around with the built-in loopholes, but, nevertheless, if the police and “public staff” at this church building deem someone a threat or obstruction to the public good, they can make their advances. I will say that this is definitely an example of how far freedom of religion has fallen in America, where we have had voluntary, bonafide church-states that are united with the government.
That being said, this picture of this street preacher says it all:
There is a fringe movement out there that continues to grow, especially amongst these Hebrew-Israelite and Hebrew Roots movements, and kingdom building cults, and even used by Muslims; is this idea that Paul is a false apostle because his ministry and teachings were different than what Jesus preached in the gospels, and the other apostles thought Paul was also a false prophet, too. Of course such view is utterly insane and easily debunked with scripture, especially when you consider that roughly 90% of what the gospel of John teaches is contrary to Matthew, Mark, and Luke (and yet these false teachers never want to acknowledge that); plus, when you consider this passage written by Peter:
[15] And account that the longsuffering of our Lord is salvation; even as our beloved brother Paul also according to the wisdom given unto him hath written unto you; [16] As also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable wrest, as they do also the other scriptures, unto their own destruction. [17] Ye therefore, beloved, seeing ye know these things before, beware lest ye also, being led away with the error of the wicked, fall from your own stedfastness.2 Peter 3:15-17

Hartford, like so many of these street preachers, teach hardcore works salvation and obedience. They are extremely antagonistic, foul-mouthed, fierce, always lying and hypocritical mockers, and so much more. These people revel in purposefully creating strife and contentions: lusting and getting drunk off of self-inflicted persecution, so they can convince themselves they are suffering for righteousness. And from the sound of it, this guy has been quite aggressive in his approach. This man had it coming to him before his arrest.
I know what I am saying is going to greatly anger those who have it out for ‘the thin blue line,’ but I KNOW what corrupt cops and “moles” look like, how they act, what they say, etc.; I lived next to them for most of my life, so do not try to “educate” me on the issue. Moreover, I have interacted with plenty of police throughout the years and they have never caused me issues. Why? Because I didn’t go out of my way to make a scene. Whenever I hear about pastors and preachers duking it out with police, I usually have my doubts about that person. Even if the police have overstepped their bounds, it’s better to just to be peaceable about it and go through the protocols, rather than make than make them snap and get aggressive.
[3] For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same: [4] For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil. [5] Wherefore ye must needs be subject, not only for wrath, but also for conscience sake. [6] For for this cause pay ye tribute also: for they are God’s ministers, attending continually upon this very thing.Romans 13:3-6
At the end of the day, everyone involved are hypocrites, and this false prophet is succeeding in making anyone that dares try to witness to someone look stupid.
[7] Who goeth a warfare any time at his own charges? who planteth a vineyard, and eateth not of the fruit thereof? or who feedeth a flock, and eateth not of the milk of the flock? [8] Say I these things as a man? or saith not the law the same also? [9] For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. There’s a channel on YouTube called Acts Of The Street Preachers, and they look and act like a bunch of thuggish nightclub bouncers; I understand being vigilant and defending yourself and others when need be, but this is straight up belligerence. They don’t cuss but their mouths are still filthy, and one of their videos is age restricted because they “preach” at a sodomite topless rally in California.
They look like trad cat radicals & moles setting up their straw men for Rome’s big ‘rescue’ with all her cronies telling us what ‘real’ Christianity is, how all King James Bible believers are big bad meanies & haters…divisive & dangerous, antisocial, anti-authority while erasing all distinctives with their common ground dumbed down either/or dialectic think. Some of them are covert steered weak people, mentally unstable or intellectually challenged. Some of them were cultivated in the any Bible churches that went Purpose Driven social justice & mystical, the Joel’s army crew who’ve been told since they were grade schoolers that they are ‘special’ & ‘the’ generation ….and sometimes true devil possession comes in with that crowd, & then sent out. We know that Steven Anderson’s background and associations are highly suspect, & that he cultivated people to go out & cause purposeful division in fairly sound King James Bible churches by posing as seekers or Christians recently moved to the area who come in & begin sowing division, having little private meetings with certain people & especially the young. There are also the organized LGBTQ type infiltrators & pedophile/pederasts who’ve done these sort of things to prove their ‘superiority’ & ‘greater wisdom/gnosis’, their ‘superior love’.

It looks like you got my e-mail A-OK then, Jacob! I thought this guy was WAY off, but arresting a guy on the sidewalk doesn’t sound right to me, whether he is a heretick or not, right?
That’s why I said both parties are hypocrites. You have one guy looking to create drama, and another guy who is basically an informant for a police-church-state making calling for arrests right there on the sidewalk. I do not defend either party in this instance: the whole thing is just a mess lol.
Neither party is in the right, the church pastor does not want anyone to interfere with his money making scheme and the street pastor was using his lawful right to express his religious views.
The cop used color of law in order to effect an arrest for no crime and was intent on stifling free speech and freedom of religion. He should be jailed, but better nothing happens to him and he will answer to God for his evil doings
