Germany is already facing rising inflation, as with many other nations too, as noted by ZeroHedge.

HDE President Josef Sanktjohanser told the Neue Osnabrücker Zeitung on the 1st, that prices were already rising before the Ukraine-Russia conflict boiled over, by about 5% “across the product range,” due to rising energy costs.
The second wave of price increases is coming, and it will certainly be in double figures.
We will soon be able to see the impact of the war reflected in price labels across all the supermarkets.
Sanktjohanser stated, reported by The Local
One Twitter user translated and filled-in what a Germany ad said, that warned of rising inflationary costs.
Translated: Aldi, for example, expects increases of 20 to 50 percent in its purchase prices in the coming weeks. Already on Monday, meat, sausage and butter are to become “significantly more expensive” at Aldi Nord.
‘Recently, popular retail chains such as Aldi, Edeka and Globus announced that they would be forced to raise their prices. At Aldi, meat and butter will be “significantly more expensive” from Monday due to price hikes from its suppliers,’ ZeroHedge wrote.
Since the start of the Ukraine war, there have been jumps in purchase prices that we have not experienced before.
A spokesperson for Aldi Nord also explained on April 1st
Not long ago Aldi had already raised their prices on roughly 160 items, and then 20 more items soon there followed after. Many other supermarkets began to do emulate them as well.

The Ifo Institute has also recently published a survey that found that nearly almost all German companies in the food retail sector are making preparations to hike the price on these goods.
However, it is also being reported that some experts do not expect there to be a lack of these items on the shelves anytime soon. ZeroHedge says, ‘Which, of course, is to be expected when prices surge so high far fewer can afford to buy products.’
Store owners are also complaining that because of the animosity surrounding looming food shortages, many Germans have been panic-buying, reminiscent of the early days of the Covid pandemonium.
German supermarkets are already limiting purchases on goods like cooking oils and flour to prevent them from being stripped bare from the shelves.
British political commentator Hugo Talks adds additional information to this story, but noted upfront that people need to remain calm, and not let the media drive them into a frenzy. The U.K. media is already priming the people to be uneasy about this coming to their lands in the times to come.
And as media outlets and politicians are doing, they are blaming Russia and the war.
AUTHOR COMMENTARY
As I have been covering, prices on everything under the sun are rising dramatically. They were already doing that prior to 2020, but when the economies shutdown and the stimmies were printed, the masses were blinded into not noticing just how much prices were screaming higher. And then all throughout last year we saw prices rise and rise. It was until the stimmies ran dry and forbearances ceased did the people start to get scared, and swipe the credit cards to maintain their lifestyles.
And now all that is being blamed on everything under the sun, to wit Putin and “supply chain disruptions,” without so much as ever acknowledging the infinite money printing central banks have been on.
But, as Hugo noted, it is important to take a deep breath, and not let the media manipulate you to go out and riot – which the masses will start doing more of, and more violently sooner rather than later.
[17] An horse is a vain thing for safety: neither shall he deliver any by his great strength. [18] Behold, the eye of the LORD is upon them that fear him, upon them that hope in his mercy; [19] To deliver their soul from death, and to keep them alive in famine. [20] Our soul waiteth for the LORD: he is our help and our shield. [21] For our heart shall rejoice in him, because we have trusted in his holy name. [22] Let thy mercy, O LORD, be upon us, according as we hope in thee.Psalms 33:17-22
Howbeit, stories like this are the reasons why The WinePress was warning from when we started in late-December of 2020, to start stocking up then, because inflation and artificial storages were coming regardless. Russia-Ukraine is just the scapegoat and alibi the media, central banks, and military industrial complex needed.
If you were stocking up, then you’ll do much better. And I still recommend to add to your supplies before it goes overbored and you can’t no more. If you have not been preparing, then that’s unfortunate, but there is still time: stop wishing it away and take action NOW.
The sluggard will not plow by reason of the cold; therefore shall he beg in harvest, and have nothing.
Proverbs 20:4
[7] Who goeth a warfare any time at his own charges? who planteth a vineyard, and eateth not of the fruit thereof? or who feedeth a flock, and eateth not of the milk of the flock? [8] Say I these things as a man? or saith not the law the same also? [9] For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen? [10] Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope. (1 Corinthians 9:7-10).
