“The new CPT code is a vital preparatory step in response to the potential danger to humans from a highly infectious avian influenza disease,” the AMA President said.

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has announced it will be investing $10 million to provide avian influenza vaccines for farmers in states gripping with a bird flu outbreak.

According to a number of mainstream sources, the CDC announced on Tuesday a plan to invest $10 million to curb farm worker bird flu infections, including $5 million for seasonal flu vaccines, Reuters reported. The vaccine is not mandatory.

Nirav Shah, MD, JD, principal deputy director for the CDC, said during a Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) briefing that he expects more human cases of H5N1 to occur, but still believes the risk is low, CIDRAP reported.

However, he did warn that a new influenza virus that “could pose a significant public health concern by becoming more efficient at spread and potentially more severe,” saying seasonal vaccination would reduce this risk.

Shah says two different strains of influenza could infect someone and could create a new virus with new traits in a process called genetic reassortment, and that potentially could be more infectious and deadly. Shah said this happened with H1N1 in 2009 and called H5N1 a “close cousin” of that.

This is something that has occurred, and it’s a concern for that reason. Anything we can do to reduce the likelihood that a new virus that emerges that has the transmissibility of seasonal flu with the severity of H5 is a risk that we want to reduce as much as possible.

This is fundamentally an effort that relies upon trust, and that trust relies upon us making the case for why the vaccine is important.

Shah said

Shah and the CDC ‘is hoping to vaccinate all of the nation’s approximately 200,000 livestock workers during this year’s flu shot season and is working with states to develop plans to reach the workers,’ Reuters added.

When pressed to explain why the shot is not being provided to at-risk poultry workers, Shah said the decision is ongoing. “I don’t think we ought to look at introduction of a new vaccine through the lens of why not,” he said. “There has to be a strong and compelling case to do something. Particularly since this is a new vaccine where uptake may be unknown.”

Just a couple of weeks ago, the Food and Drug Administration quietly gave Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) for the H5N8 influenza vaccine. This is the same clearance given to the Covid-19 vaccines during Operation Warp Speed in 2020.

The American Medical Association (AMA) announced on July 19th: “AMA today announced an editorial update to Current Procedural Terminology (CPT®), the leading medical terminology code set for describing health care procedures and services, that includes a newly assigned provisional CPT code for vaccines to protect patients against the H5N8 strain of avian influenza (bird flu).”

“The AMA is publishing the CPT code update now to ensure electronic systems across the U.S. health care system are prepared in advance for the potential FDA authorization,” AMA added.

AMA President Bruce A. Scott, M.D. said in a statement:

The new CPT code is a vital preparatory step in response to the potential danger to humans from a highly infectious avian influenza disease. A CPT code that clinically distinguishes the avian influenza vaccine allows for data-driven tracking, reporting and analysis that supports planning, preparedness, and allocation of vaccines in case a public health response is needed for avian flu prevention.

On the 28th, Jay Butler, MD, deputy director for infectious diseases at the CDC, said during a AMA-sponsored podcast the largest concentrations of the virus appear to be in dairy. The FDA says pasteurized dairy is safe to consume, but Dr. Butler urges the public to stay away from raw milk.

“So, based on the current evidence from FDA, it does appear that pasteurization makes milk safe to consume. An important message for both public health professionals and providers is to continue to support the consumption of pasteurized milk and dairy products made from pasteurized milk and avoiding raw milk,” Butler said.

He added: “Health care providers should educate patients of the risk of consuming unpasteurized milk, particularly emphasizing that unpasteurized milk or related products can contain bacteria or viruses, including H5N1 influenza that can adversely impact human health.”

Butler also acknowledged the government is stockpiling bird flu vaccines if this outbreak worsens.

CDC and partners in the government, including ASPR, are actively planning for potential H5 vaccination if it should be needed, and that includes beginning to stockpile vaccine. ASPR has recently placed an order for fill and finish for several million doses of an H5 vaccine.

We’re putting things into position, so that we can deploy vaccines quickly and efficiently. And I would encourage everyone to get the seasonal flu vaccine this fall, because the more we can control seasonal flu, I think the less diagnostic confusion we’ll see, particularly among people with occupational exposure to animals that could potentially be infected with H5.

Just recently the World Health Organization (WHO) announced a new program to produce mRNA bird flu vaccines.

This year, pharma giants are racing to make their own bird flu shots, including Pfizer and Moderna, who are in talks with the U.S. to produce mRNA vaccines to combat bird flu. The Biden administration announced a $176 million contract with Moderna to make these mRNA shots. Finland has already begun administering bird flu vaccines to select groups at risk of infection.

The specter of a deadly bird flu pandemic continues to be discussed by health officials and mainstream publications. Former CDC Director Robert Redfield has affirmatively warned at least five times publicly at this point that bird flu will be the “next pandemic,” which he says will be the cause of gain-of-function research escaping a lab, and thus will cause a mortality rate of 25-50%.

AUTHOR COMMENTARY

I must continue to emphasize that I do not trust a single word or shred of evidence these health “officials” propagate. I do not believe there is even an actual bird flu, and this is just a very carefully crafted narrative that is following the same track the Covid lie did.

The reason I have continued to warn about for years is that a so-called bird flu pandemic (the narrative I mean) would be used to justify the mass-culling and vaccination of livestock, wildlife and pets; and remove meat and dairy from store shelves, raise the price to astronomical amounts and tax it to death, and try to impose consumption limits.

1 Timothy 4:1 Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; [2] Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron; [3] Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth.

I am of the opinion that in order to sell this story actual large-scale, visual deaths will be needed; and thus I think a lot of people who took these Covid shots will be some of the many first to go. But we’ll see what comes of it…

[7] Who goeth a warfare any time at his own charges? who planteth a vineyard, and eateth not of the fruit thereof? or who feedeth a flock, and eateth not of the milk of the flock? [8] Say I these things as a man? or saith not the law the same also? [9] For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen? [10] Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope. (1 Corinthians 9:7-10).

  • Bird gets “Avian Flu”, whatever that is. If bird is healthy, it gets sick and egg production goes down for a week or so while the bird’s immune system is learning about and fighting the illness. It recovers and it’s immune system will respond much better the next time it is exposed. Egg production is continued.

If a bird is not healthy, it will have a harder time fighting off the “Avian Flu” and may lose. Egg production ends for this bird.

In an enclosed coop, 1 bird with no symptoms gets tested with phoney baloney Polymiase Chain Reaction test, the FDA USDA orders all 10,000 birds in the coop need to be euthanized. Egg production is lost for about 6 months or so while replacements need to be hatched and grown to maturity. Farmer goes out of business.

The NGOs are definitely creating a food shortage.
