With growing fears that bird flu is spreading throughout the state, Colorado health officials are now mandating that dairy processors test their stocks each week for avian influenza.
Announced on Tuesday, the Colorado Department of Agriculture said in a statement the state “is now experiencing spillover of the dairy H5N1 strain.” They added:
“In an effort to curb further spread of the HPAI virus and implement additional control measures to protect the dairy and poultry industries and public health in Colorado, the Colorado Department of Agriculture is implementing mandatory statewide surveillance for all Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) licensed commercial cow dairies. This action will help identify any additional infected dairies with the virus with the goal of preventing further spread of the disease.
“The statewide surveillance will take place under the joint supervision of CDA and CDPHE with support from USDA and will remain until further notice by the Commissioner of Agriculture or State Veterinarian. Dairy producers will receive further guidance directly on the implementation of this order to meet the testing requirements.
“During this time, all Colorado CDPHE licensed dairy cow facilities with lactating dairy cattle that produce products for human consumption will be required to submit weekly samples for testing. These samples will be collected by CDPHE-certified collection samplers and tested by the Colorado State University Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory. Dairies currently under order of quarantine or order for testing are subject to those specific orders. This does not include raw milk facilities.”
Colorado Commissioner of Agriculture Kate Greenberg said in a statement:
We appreciate the ongoing cooperation and partnership with both the poultry and dairy industries. Mandatory surveillance of highly pathogenic avian influenza across all of Colorado’s Grade A commercial dairies is a critical next step to tamping down the virus and protecting the food system. Ongoing cooperation is key to supporting workers’ health and safety, protecting animal health and welfare, and minimizing the spread of the virus.
As of July 23rd, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is reporting that 100,406,666 poultry birds have been terminated due to the purported outbreak throughout the country. The CDC says 48 states have reported at least one case of bird flu in poultry. 171 dairy cow herds have also reportedly been infected spanning across 13 states.
Meanwhile, today the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) called for immediate action to combat new avian flu variants and cases spreading in the Asian Pacific regions.
FAO said:
“Recent developments are alarming. After a prolonged period of minimal human infection, 13 new human cases have been reported in Cambodia, with additional cases in China and Vietnam since late 2023. The situation is further complicated by the emergence of a new variant of avian influenza, presenting new challenges for scientists, public health authorities, clinicians and communities alike.
“Globally, the highly pathogenic avian influenza H5N1 virus has spread more widely geographically than ever before, reaching as far as South America and Antarctica. It has also begun infecting new wild and domestic animals, including scavenger species, marine mammals, carnivorous domestic pets, mammals farmed for fur and recently, farmed ruminants such as dairy cattle.
“While the Greater Mekong Subregion, Indonesia and the Philippines are facing heightened scrutiny due to their diverse ecological landscapes and limited biosecurity measures, other regions also remain at risk. Notably, Thailand and Myanmar have not reported outbreaks in years. India, Nepal and Bangladesh are currently battling avian influenza outbreaks.
“FAO emphasizes the urgency of a unified response. Member Nations must work together to implement comprehensive surveillance systems, including full genome sequencing, to track the novel virus’s spread and evolution. Building capacity for rapid diagnostics and bioinformatics is crucial for analyzing virus data. Enhanced cross-sectoral data sharing is vital for a holistic approach to disease management.
“Governments, international organizations and the private sector must collaborate and share information transparently and in a timely manner to devise effective containment strategies. Strengthening biosafety and biosecurity measures in the poultry industry is imperative, including vaccination strategies and promoting good farming practices.”
The recent surge in avian influenza outbreaks is deeply concerning. Since late 2023, we have observed a rise in human cases and the virus spreading to new animal species. The emergence of novel A/H5N1 strains, which are more easily transmissible, increases the pandemic threat. Immediate, coordinated preventive measures are essential.

To be clear: yes, this is all propaganda and a smokescreen. There is no lab-leak, there is no virus (Covid or bird flu), the tests being used are garbage and not designed for acute respiratory disease (according to the inventor of the PCR, Nobel Prize winner Kary Mullis). ‘They’ need a cover story. They can’t just come out say, ‘We’re going to kill all your cattle, pigs, and chickens so we can starve you, and make you eat our cricket burgers, and make you anemic and impoverished so you’ll beg to receive digital IDs, CBDCs, and tokenization.’ No, they don’t just tell you their real goal; they need a cover story.
But, just as with the Covid scam, they simply have to speak it into existence and it is now so, and people obey it. The media is the “son” of this unholy trinity of the military industrial complex, where the “father” government says, “This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased; hear ye him,” if you get my allegory there. I’m not trying to scare you, I’m trying to WARN you and help you see through the bull crap! But, alas, most will refuse to get it.
The media always does this; they always lay the groundwork and carefully layout the traps for the narrative they want to push, so when it shifts into high gear the masses will be primed to accept it. It’s called predictive programming.
I have been warning for years now that bird flu appeared to be the darling narrative these elites would go with for the next pandemic, and now it seems to be totally undeniable at this point and why: to justify mass-culling of livestock, wildlife and pets, vaccinate them all to death; overregulate and consolidate farms more than they already are; yank meat and dairy from the shelves, hike the prices, tax it like crazy, limit consumption; and claim plenty of human lives as well. Dr. Joseph Mercola has cited my opinion on this in a piece he wrote on this also a couple of years ago.
1 Timothy 4:1 Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; [2] Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron; [3] Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth.
The question is how much of this will come in before the U.S. [s]elections in 2024, or do ‘they’ decide to let the dogs out after it? As it stands, I personally see us getting through this year and then allowing all of this to transpire in 2025 in confluence with a host of other issues (economic collapse, world and domestic war, food shortages, etc.).
[7] Who goeth a warfare any time at his own charges? who planteth a vineyard, and eateth not of the fruit thereof? or who feedeth a flock, and eateth not of the milk of the flock? [8] Say I these things as a man? or saith not the law the same also? [9] For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen? [10] Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope. (1 Corinthians 9:7-10).
