Louisiana is set to legalize the sale of raw milk in the state, one of the few states in the U.S. that totally bans the sale of it. The bill has been set to Governor Jeff Landry’s desk for a signature.

HB467, a short three-page bill, amends and reenacts a series of existing statutes “relative to the sale of raw milk; to provide for commercial feeds; to provide for definitions; to provide for labeling and inspection; to provide for testing and records; to authorize the commissioner of agriculture to suspend the sale, distribution, or movement on raw milk under certain circumstances; and to provide for related matters.”

During the state Senate vote, a number of legislators could be heard ‘mooing’ in celebration.

The bill, however, still mandates that raw milk providers present a clear warning label that says the dairy product is not meant for human consumption.

The express words “WARNING: NOT FORHUMAN CONSUMPTION – THIS PRODUCT HAS NOT BEEN PASTEURIZED AND MAY CONTAIN HARMFUL BACTERIA”. This statement shall be displayed in a conspicuous manner and shall not be smaller than the height of the minimum form required by the Federal Fair Packaging and Labeling Act for the net quantity statement.

The bill states; and legislates that products and pet food with raw milk in it must clearly state “raw milk” in the ingredients list.

Stringent testing is also required on a monthly basis to mitigate the risks of salmonella outbreaks, and consumers may request to see the most up-to-date laboratory results.

However, the state can readily suspend the sale and transport of raw milk if it is believed that the raw milk has led to a disease outbreak.

The commissioner may temporarily suspend the sale, distribution, or movement of any raw milk from a producer when the raw milk causes an outbreak of a contagious or infectious disease that poses an immediate threat to animal or public health. For the purposes of this Part, the Senate and House committees on agriculture, forestry, aquaculture, and rural development may conduct oversight review to override the commissioner’s temporary suspension.

The bill says

Louisiana was one of the few states that outright banned the sale of raw dairy, though most other states have a litany of restrictions levied against it and usually mandate that all dairy products sold commercially must be pasteurized, save only for a handful of states that do allow raw milk sales at grocery stores.

The bill’s inevitable passage was derided by mainstream media, pointing towards recent bird flu fears, asserting that strains of the purported virus could be spreading in raw milk and thus could cause a larger outbreak. However, some articles have conceded that bird flu can and has even perhaps survived the pasteurization process.

AUTHOR COMMENTARY

Isaiah 28:9 Whom shall he teach knowledge? and whom shall he make to understand doctrine? them that are weaned from the milk, and drawn from the breasts.

The bill is not perfect but it’s better than being outright banned. It’s asinine and disgusting that any state would ban the commercial and conventional sale of raw dairy. How can we claim to be a “free” nation if basic liberty to eat and drink what we want is legislated and outlawed?

Though raw milk is now allowed to be purchased is welcome news, the bill’s added contingencies are ridiculous to say the least; especially the provision that allows the states to immediately stop the sale of raw milk based purely on the claims and lies that there is an outbreak. This provision may rear its ugly head if the mainstream media and health authorities put the bird flu propaganda into high-gear; in a bid to limit and ban the sale of meat and dairy, and perform mass cullings and vaccinations as a result, something I have been warning about for years.

[7] Who goeth a warfare any time at his own charges? who planteth a vineyard, and eateth not of the fruit thereof? or who feedeth a flock, and eateth not of the milk of the flock? [8] Say I these things as a man? or saith not the law the same also? [9] For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen? [10] Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope. (1 Corinthians 9:7-10).

  • Get that milk whenever & however you can. Keep that body strong and clean. I was raised on it in my formative years & was rarely sick.

As for the pros and cons of this particular ‘bill’, I don’t want to be negative Nelly: but instantly thought of two things hearing of this: 1) the folly of Prohibition & the outcome with State controlling it, growing & bloating even more by the power and $$$ of both mob-controlled illegal liquor monies pouring into the big city ‘machines’, and ‘legal liquor’ oversight. (Remember what Lucky Luciano said when they asked him in prison near the end of his life if he’d do anything differently. He said, “Yeah, I’d get a license.”)

And, 2) the ‘stringent testing’ and Deborah Birx/scarf lady’s most recent pharma cash cow, food controlling, contaminating statement about testing cows for ‘bird’ flu WEEKLY. Think of the expense! Not to mention the med$ & ‘interventions’, cullings etc they’ll be able to ‘justify’ ‘by the science’.

Louisiana is very Catholic. They still have ‘parishes’, not counties.

There is also the chip-on-the-shoulder, ‘Protestant-hating’ cajun & native American synthesis there: the cajun part from those French Canadian Catholics ripped out of Toronto/Montreal by ‘Protestant’ government and relocated in Louisiana. Also the pirate thing as in New Orleans, where Catholics, Islamic slavers & whatever pragmatic & covetous, unprincipled person wished to join themselves to that thing & to rum bootlegging etc congregated.

It was one of the triumphs of the baptistic King James Bible believers’ ministries down the east coast of colonial and European America, that blacks & mulattos, native Americans who were transformed by the word & power of God….not philosophy, & whether enslaved or free, were able to carry the Gospel into the very heart of that bastion of evil!

Look into the history of that Hindu ‘conservative’ governor…Bobby Jindal, a few years back. To deceive dumbed down ‘evangelicals’….like ‘Brother Bush’….& now Trump. He showed up about when DeSantis did….the days of my eyes being opened, & to disenchantment with the whole conservative ‘evangelical’ thing. They were also promoting all of these ‘converting’ Islamic terrorists & so forth around that time: but when I began checking those things closely, I kept finding that they were all Catholic or with Catholic wives.

Jindal’s history was very much like Bill Clinton’s with regard to tapping, education, preparation and end goals for America. CATHOLIC and one worlder goals. And like that woman politician, is it Nikki Haley? Who would expect that name to be Hindu related? Or Kamala Harris? through pirating, slaving, merged- race old Bermuda families?

The web of such people, of like mind, are now spread out & firmly entrenched in American politics, whether selection/election appointees, or those simply appointed & placed into non-elective bureaucratic positions of power…..this ‘council’ or that.

As someone much smarter than me once said: ‘Better watch them councils.’ It is one of the advanced revelations of the King James Bible that they didn’t leave ‘council’ as sanhedrin in those places in which it appears: and relating to both Jewish & Gentile pagan governing assemblies. “Council” 23x in as many verses of the King James Bible, all New Testament except for Psalm 68:27, clearly a millennial, second advent psalm.

The Council of Nicea comes to mind, historically. That one laid some nasty religious & political precedents. And the persecuting one that Calvin established at Geneva still exists….& connects to the U.N. and to Rome. Ain’t that a coninky-dink!

  • In New York State, raw milk is 100% legal, you just have to go to the farm to get it (some farmers require that your part of a herd share). Thankfully Jersey bell farm sells it openly (just got to return the glass jars).
