His wife was sorrowful and crying when he was taken.

Leonal Moreno – an illegal immigrant from Venezuela, who has published a number of controversial statements on social media boasting about his illegal antics, who recently made inflammatory statements encouraging other aliens to “raid” American’s homes by exploiting squatting laws some states and cities have – was recently apprehended and arrested by U.S. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Fugitive Operations team in Gahanna, Ohio.

Since posting his controversial video urging foreign strangers to take advantage of these squatting laws, TikTok deleted his account, and ICE announced they were hunting him down and sought his arrest.

The Columbus Dispatch reported:

A TikTok creator who advised people to live in unoccupied homes and claim “squatters rights” was arrested Friday by a U.S. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Fugitive Operations team in Gahanna.

An ICE spokesperson said Leonardo Moreno illegally entered the U.S. on April 23, 2022. Moreno, a Venezuelan citizen, was placed in ICE’s “alternatives to detention” program after his arrest. The alternatives to detention program monitors people who’ve entered the country illegally rather than keeping them in law enforcement custody. They are instead tracked through methods such as smartphone apps, phone check-ins or ankle monitors.

Moreno was told to report to an ICE enforcement and removal office within 60 days of arriving to his destination, but never did, the ICE spokesman said. Moreno was arrested in Gahanna and is being detained in jail pending further immigration proceedings.

Moreno’s videos were posted in Spanish and suggested people could enter abandoned homes and invoke “squatters rights.” Experts told The Dispatch that adverse possession laws in Ohio rarely grant would-be squatters the right to remain in homes in which they’ve taken up residence illegally, and that such trespassers could be subject to arrest.

Moreover, in a statement to The New York Post: “Moreno was placed into the Alternatives To Detention program by Border Patrol and was told to report to Enforcement and Removal Operations office within 60 days of arriving at his destination. Moreno did not report as required. On March 29, 2024, Moreno was arrested in Gahanna, Ohio by officers with ERO Detroit’s Columbus office and is currently detained pending further immigration proceedings.”

Additionally, the Post also noted that Moreno’s wife ‘Veronica Torres was spotted crying outside the Sonesta Simply Suites Columbus Airport long-stay hotel in Gahanna, a suburb of Columbus, a day after her husband Leonel Moreno was booked into jail.’

We don’t know where they took him and I can’t see him. I can’t give you any more information because I don’t know much.

If you can’t do the time then don’t do the crime.

Our inheritance is turned to strangers, our houses to aliens.

Lamentations 5:2

Good riddance to him, lock him up and keep him locked up: actually make these criminals feel threatened for once.

[7] Who goeth a warfare any time at his own charges? who planteth a vineyard, and eateth not of the fruit thereof? or who feedeth a flock, and eateth not of the milk of the flock? [8] Say I these things as a man? or saith not the law the same also? [9] For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen? [10] Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope. (1 Corinthians 9:7-10).

  • Good! Show that menace to society and life what happens when you not only break the law, but encourage it and others to commit crime as well.
What did that monster expect, a shopping spree at JCPenney?
He can spend a few years in prison while some burly thuggish inmate makes him his sweetheart before he gets deported to a Venezuelan or Colombian prison until he’s an old frail man!

    • Andrew, that would be a great outcome, but unfortunately, they will most likely let him loose soon just to start his rampage all over again. Or even if they deport him, it won’t stop him from coming back again. He’s one of those troublemakers that were let in and of course if he doesn’t get his way another illegal will come along and pick up where he left off. We are not safe anymore in our own homes. I pray we are out of here this year. America is doomed, as well as other countries, but we’re the big target and our dementia President doesn’t care, as long as he gets his daily ice cream cone and his nap, he has no clue.

  • In a world where many aren’t raised with God’s word and not a preacher in that man’s land. Then again such hypocrisy seeing how the elites get away with stealing so much money from the peoples taxes. Oh LORD, when will you judge the evils in high places.
Like brother Bryan mentioned recently in a study of Ahab and Jezebel about the theft that goes on in real estate
Mortgages and car loans making people pay three times the worth.

    Even so come LORD JESUS.
