The bill, however, was thrown together and unveiled at the last minute and contained a mammoth 1,012 pages, making it impossible for it to be carefully read in time for the vote.

The package, H.R. 2882, which can be read in full here, was said to have contained a number of amendments introduced by some House Republicans, but were ultimately cut before the final bill was voted upon.
One of those, according to Representative Andrew Clyde (R-GA), included a stipulation that would have prevented funds allocated to the creation of a central bank digital currency (CBDC), and would have prevented the phasing-out of paper tender.
SEC. 131. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used by the Department of the Treasury to establish a United States Central Bank Digital Currency or discontinue circulation or use of paper currency as legal tender in the United States.
The provision that was cut from the passed bill
Now that these conditions have been removed it provides a scapegoat for federal funds to be spent on further research & development in the creation of a CBDC, along with shrinking the physical money supply of paper cash.
Though the Federal Reserve and Head Chair Jerome Powell have been wishy-washy about implementing a CBDC, the Feds recently indicated that a CBDC is one of their top priorities including FedNow, which was disclosed during a Senate Banking Committee meeting earlier this March.
A number of provisions in the original text of the omnibus bill were removed, as noted by Reclaim The Net, which highlighted the surrendering of prohibiting funds to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to fund a Disinformation Governance Board or other entities that would increase domestic censorship.
AUTHOR COMMENTARY
It is naught, it is naught, saith the buyer: but when he is gone his way, then he boasteth.
Proverbs 20:14 – or in this case, ‘it is naught, it is naught, saith the [corrupt God-hating politician].
The next time you hear all these hypocrites talk about the dangers of a CBDC, remember that these yahoos just voted to pass a bill that allows the funding of one while phasing-out the supply and circulation of paper cash. Granted, not everyone voted for this omnibus bill, but over 100 Republicans and a number of them in the Senate did. It’s all talk.
The WP has reported on previous bills that have attempted to legislate the prevention of CBDCs at the federal level; but in those reports I offered pessimistic optimism, in that while I wanted to be hopeful I still thought it to be a show-and-tell, and this omnibus bill just vindicated my suspicion and cynicism. Don’t for all the hype, these actions speak for themselves.

[7] Who goeth a warfare any time at his own charges? who planteth a vineyard, and eateth not of the fruit thereof? or who feedeth a flock, and eateth not of the milk of the flock? [8] Say I these things as a man? or saith not the law the same also? [9] For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen? [10] Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope. (1 Corinthians 9:7-10).

Anyone with a modicum of integrity would vote NO on anything they’ve not been afforded time to read and digest.
It stands to reason, politicians are incentivized in some way to vote ‘yes’ . . . on anything.
This country is beyond corruption. The corruption is now in the rotting phase.
The haven’t had control of the government since the take over and the loss of God’s word in their hands.
I pray your work reaches millions along with God’s Holy word.
Thank you!
