Barack Obama campaigned on a message of hope, change and transparency, and promised an end to war and surveillance. Yet under Obama, government whistleblowers were routinely prosecuted, U.S. arms sales skyrocketed, police militarization accelerated, and surveillance became widespread.
Donald Trump swore to drain the swamp in Washington DC. Instead of putting an end to the corruption, however, Trump paved the way for lobbyists, corporations, the military industrial complex, and the Deep State to feast on the carcass of the dying American republic.

We’ve been mired in this swamp for decades now. Joe Biden has been no different. If his job was to keep the Deep State in power, he’s been a resounding success. Follow the money. It always points the way.

There are countless worthy grassroots organizations and nonprofits—groups like The Rutherford Institute—working to address real needs like injustice, poverty, homelessness, etc. Support them and you’ll see change you really can believe in in your own backyard.
Politicians depend on votes, so stop giving them your vote unless they have a proven track record of listening to their constituents, abiding by their wishes and working hard to earn and keep their trust.
It’s comforting to believe that your vote matters, but presidents are selected, not elected. Your vote doesn’t elect a president. Despite the fact that there are 218 million eligible voters in this country (only half of whom actually vote), it is the electoral college, made up of 538 individuals handpicked by the candidates’ respective parties, that actually selects the next president.
The only thing you’re accomplishing by taking part in the “reassurance ritual” of voting is sustaining the illusion that we have a democratic republic. In actuality, we are suffering from what political scientists Martin Gilens and Benjamin Page more accurately term an “economic élite domination” in which the economic elite (lobbyists, corporations, monied special interest groups) dominate and dictate national policy. No surprise there.
As an in-depth Princeton University study confirms, democracy has been replaced by oligarchy, a system of government in which elected officials represent the interests of the rich and powerful rather than the average citizen.
As such, presidential elections merely serve to maintain the status quo. Once elected president, that person becomes part of the dictatorial continuum that is the American imperial presidency today.
But, alas, most people are just simps for their favorite little man-god, their tribal leader, who lead them to the promised land; especially with one group in particular, that no matter what you say, and the qualitative and quantitative evidence provided, nothing will ever shake them it seems; and again, here in 2024, if they can’t see it now it’s because they have chosen to never see it.
Basically, as far as I am concerned, The Covid War, among other things, was a giant litmus test to see who would tolerate what, and just how much will they tolerate before they get restless and too rebellious and discontent. At the end of the day, in the United States purportedly 81% of the population got at least one injection, and 70% got two. And so as far as I am concerned, that’s roughly 8 out of every 10 that can be pushed just enough to accept whatever, and 7 out of every 10 that will really passively accept whatever is coming to them; and then from there pretty much anyone who took three or more have vegetable-brain.

I’m still going to pray that God will place the one that best represents a more conservative position into office, along with others that will support him and for national revival. It might be thirty years before God/Jesus Christ our Lord returns and I have children and a grandson, so I’m going to trust God to take care of the rest.

In light of all that you shared here, I’m very much convinced that we are indeed living in the “last days” of which Apostle Paul spoke to Timothy in 2 Tim. 3: 1:
“But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come…”
His description of such aligns perfectly with the times we’re in today. Never before, in the history of mankind, has the world ever been so close to the mark of the beast system as it is today. Never before has man ever come to the brink of non-existence as it is today. Humans are being attacked on every hand: food, beverages, poisoned water, aerosol vaxxxscenes, man-made virussses / plagues, innumerable aborrrshuns, and so much more. These are very huge hints as to how terminal our world is, in my humble opinion.
Never before has the soil been literally dead, unable to produce crops, as it is in my once very fertile valley, and on my own property.
Never before have we had the “G-forces” (2G-10G) which are “extremely dangerous to all life forms. Bro, our planet is being killed by design.
The pollinators are almost totally wiped out, compared to what we used to have. I’m old enough (65) to remember when we literally had thousands of bees and butterflies! Not anymore. Some of the birds that I used to see have been extinct in these parts for many years. There are radioactive agents and aerosol vaxxxscenes in the chemtrails, i.e. strontium, barium, etc..

We know there are at least 7 yrs. after the Rapture of the Church, and a 1,000 year millennial reign of Christ after that. The Rapture is imminent, it can happen any moment. All the signs that Jesus gave to the disciples re: this time are now beginning to “warm up,” indicating the Church will soon be removed from terra firma.

I don’t believe in decreeing and receiving things. God will do as He pleases, no matter how many people pray. When the door of Noah’s ark was shut, you can be very sure there were many people who prayed /cried out for mercy, but none was forthcoming for them…
“2nd Chron. 7:14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.”
As with Mt. 24, Mark 13, and Luke 21, we need to take a pause, and ask ourselves…Who was God / Jesus talking to in those passages? God’s chosen people / a Jewish audience both times. I believe there are times when the Church errs by adopting promises that God never made to us, 2 Chron. 7: 14 being one of them. The principle may be the same, but that promise was never made to the Church.
If I make a promise to my daughters, that promise doesn’t apply to the rest of the neighborhood… Therefore, the neighborhood shouldn’t expect me to fulfill my fatherly promise to them. The Church never replaced Israel, so we should be careful as to how many of God’s specific directives to them we apply to ourselves.
According to credible scientists and others, it strongly appears that the world cannot continue this way and last another 5 years. That being the case, to expect another 7 years for the Time of Jacob’s Trouble makes the timeframe just about right. Honestly, I hope and trust that we’ll be raptured out of here in the very near future. That’s my “belief”, “faith”, “hope” and “trust” at work. Time will tell…

That’s funny. Obviously we’re not “ageist,” but there is certainly a lot of truth to the cliche “boomer meme.” A lot of those guys just live in another universe detached from the present.
