“These robots can eliminate the need for unsafe and undesirable jobs — ultimately allowing us to live happier, more purposeful lives,” the founder says.

Autonomous humanoid robots are now primed to takeover the factories and many other workspaces, and possibly become everyone’s own personal Rosy the Robot from The Jetsons, which Tech Radar described as approaching “C-3PO-level capabilities.”

Earlier this week the AI robotics firm Figure released new footage of their android “Figure 01” performing very basic tasks such as put dishes in a drying rack, put trash in a basket, and hand an apple to a living person. The android is powered by Open-AI and can respond to voice commands. The video has been trending on YouTube.

Earlier video published by Figure has demonstrated it can lift heavy loads and objects, demonstrating that these robots could eventually perform warehouse jobs and other menial tasks that require a modicum of effort. Granted, however, the robot was still plugged into a power source and waddled at a snail’s pace before lifting the crates.

Founder and CEO Brett Adcock explains the purpose of his company’s mission online:

Hence the goal of Figure: to develop general purpose humanoids that make a positive impact on humanity and create a better life for future generations. These robots can eliminate the need for unsafe and undesirable jobs — ultimately allowing us to live happier, more purposeful lives.

Our company journey will take decades — and require a championship team dedicated to the mission, billions of dollars invested, and engineering innovation in order to achieve a mass-market impact. We face high risk and extremely low chances of success. However, if we are successful, we have the potential to positively impact humanity and to build the largest company on the planet.

[…] Over time, humans could leave the loop altogether as robots become capable of building other robots — driving prices down even more. This will change our productivity in exciting ways. Manual labor could become optional and higher production could bring an abundance of affordable goods and services, creating the potential for more wealth for everyone.

He states

‘The company said Thursday that it raised $675 million at a $2.6 billion valuation from investors including Jeff Bezos, Nvidia, and Microsoft,’ CNBC reported.

Several months ago Elon Musk’s Tesla released footage of their android walking around and also performing basic tasks. Musk posted on X footage of their Optimus-Gen2 robot folding laundry, though it still required minimal support from an operator with a controller to guide the finer actions.

As Gizmodo points out (see video above), someone moonlighting motions comes into frame, which shows that while Tesla’s bot is impressive, “Figure and OpenAI are essentially light-years ahead with their robot. Because Figure 01 isn’t using any tricks like teleoperation, as Figure’s co-founder Brett Adcock confirmed on Wednesday,” the outlet wrote.

The WinePress has reported a number of other instances in the great advances in robotics, demonstrating that a number of both white and blue-collar jobs are on the chopping block, as Tesla and Figure are certainly not the only companies racing to create armadas of robot armies to replace the traditional worker:

Plot Twist: with all these robots and AI taking over that makes you and I redundant and “useless,” according to the globalist and technocrats who have explicitly said as much.

[25] The desire of the slothful killeth him; for his hands refuse to labour. [26] He coveteth greedily all the day long: but the righteous giveth and spareth not.

[7] Who goeth a warfare any time at his own charges? who planteth a vineyard, and eateth not of the fruit thereof? or who feedeth a flock, and eateth not of the milk of the flock? [8] Say I these things as a man? or saith not the law the same also? [9] For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen? [10] Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope. (1 Corinthians 9:7-10).

  • Though these AIs get more and more advanced, they still won’t stand a chance at the Second Coming.

Joshua 8:28-29 (KJV) And Joshua burnt Ai, and made it an heap for ever, even a desolation unto this day. And the king of Ai he hanged on a tree until eventide: and as soon as the sun was down, Joshua commanded that they should take his carcase down from the tree, and cast it at the entering of the gate of the city, and raise thereon a great heap of stones, that remaineth unto this day.

  • The keep calling this a post-industrial revolution. But having these AI robots doing all this work still sounds like industry, a very industrial, technological industry. The only thing POST-industrial will be the deceased human beings or the humans whose brains are hooked to computers as thir minds exist in an alternate universe and their bodies are vegetating, I suppose. Notcquite clear what they want thecliving humans to be doing.

  • Wait for the day when a globalist is using his robot; feed me my steak and the robot puts the fork and bite in the wrong hole, the AI bot was not pleased with his tone and flipped him over and …
They have and will glitch, why? they are made and programed by man

Psa_21:11  For they intended evil against thee: they imagined a mischievous device, which they are not able to perform.

  • Powered by batteries made with slave mined materials? Or will they put robots there, too? Pretty challenging, all that dirt & dust, grit etc is death to connections & control models.

  • Well I guess the only job of the future is to learn how to run these AI’s. I watched the clip of Robbie the Robot putting that container on a conveyor belt. I could’ve done it 3 times in the time he did it. Who will need dishes? Robots don’t eat.

  • Just about every 3rd comment of mine doesn’t post. I’m not going to rewrite it. Maybe it will show up later, and maybe not.
