X Announces They Will Bury Posts That Ignore Preferred Pronouns, But Backtracks On ‘Misgendering’ Policy After Pushback

Reclaim The Net reported on March 1st: ‘the “amended” rules came into force at some point between January 24 and 27 this year, and should an X user be found to “purposefully” address another using a pronoun different than what that user has chosen for themselves, they can expect to be (and they ostensibly already are) punished by having their posts’ visibility on the platform “reduced.”’

We will reduce the visibility of posts that purposefully use different pronouns to address someone other than what that person uses for themselves, or that use a previous name that someone no longer goes by as part of their transition.

Given the complexity of determining whether such a violation has occurred, we must always hear from the target to determine if a violation has occurred.

Some posts may appear to be harmful when viewed in isolation, but may not be when viewed in the context of a larger conversation. For example, friends may consensually use certain terms or phrases to engage with each other that could appear abusive without this context.

Once this was discovered a small backlash began prompting larger influencers from ending their ad campaigns. Musk responded clarifying the new guidance.

The policy has now been reworded and will be active in countries that demand it. The policy now states:

Musk is just a useful idiot and globalist shill that, again, for the umpteenth time, is not your friend and is now hero of free speech. This perceived reprieve that he is purportedly giving is just a ruse though people keep falling for it. By relaxing some of the rules is designed to give the masses the perception of freedom when they don’t actually have it.

Of these things put them in remembrance, charging them before the Lord that they strive not about words to no profit, but to the subverting of the hearers.

That’s all this nonsense is: striving over words, built on the wicked concept of transgenderism and gender fluidity.
