The comments were made by U.S. State Department Matthew Miller during a press conference on February 28th.
Roughly midway through the Q&A Miller was asked about the influence the U.S. has over other nations, specifically in this case Israel, and how much the U.S. can or cannot essentially dictate to them. Miller responded in part by saying “we don’t dictate to any country.”
Miller was interrupted by a separate press member who quipped, “Unless you invade them.” Miller lost his train of thought and began laughing, and told the reporter that that joke was a “good one,” as he tried to stop laughing and answer the question. Miller also jested before containing himself, “We present standup hour at the – in the briefing room.” Other reporters sounded like they got a kick out of Miller’s laughter as well.

For as the crackling of thorns under a pot, so is the laughter of the fool: this also is vanity.
Ecclesiastes 7:6
I mention this because this mischievous jester, a murderous and bloodthirsty lacky for the machine, cannot even contain himself. That’s why Proverbs 24:2 says, “For their heart studieth destruction, and their lips talk of mischief.”
We covered this mindset last month, how the U.S. for many decades has destroyed the world, toppled governments, destroyed economies, killed untold millions, enslaves and traffics their children, exports debt and wickedness to the rest of the world, and so on; and the U.S. government at all levels is overflowing with Cretans such as Miller: he’s just a dime a dozen; and the proud, arrogant, greedy Americans who continuously turn a blind eye to this, supporting it, and have become so accustomed to this flippant disregard for life. Woe unto you that are full! for ye shall hunger. Woe unto you that laugh now! for ye shall mourn and weep.
Luke 6:25
[7] Who goeth a warfare any time at his own charges? who planteth a vineyard, and eateth not of the fruit thereof? or who feedeth a flock, and eateth not of the milk of the flock? [8] Say I these things as a man? or saith not the law the same also? [9] For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen? [10] Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope. (1 Corinthians 9:7-10).

The US may not dictate policies to other countries, but it sure enforces them with its papal army, navy, and air force. And when there is not any fighting going on, the military acts as janitors and handymen wherever the Vatican can use their services.
Keep on writing, great job!
