Gates explained his ambitions in an interview with CNBC-TV 18, an Indian network. Though the focus of Davos 2024 has very little to do with medical and healthcare innovations, Gates still wanted to at least bring it up on the sidelines, to advocate that “we need to get these new, innovative tools out.”
During the interview Gates explained that AI will be “beneficial” for the healthcare sector; the acceleration of “new tools, new vaccines, new drugs,” and will allow patients to get more instant and direct, better and personalized care more easily.
When asked about new and innovative vaccines, with the aid of AI, Gates explained how new future vaccines will have new delivery systems in the form of a “patch.”
We will have new vaccines. We’ll have a TB vaccine, malaria vaccine, HIV vaccine, and even things like Covid vaccines, we need to make them have longer duration, more coverage;
And we’re going to change instead of using the needle to use a little patch.
So, the [Covid] pandemic really highlighted that we’ve been underinvested in those innovations, and our partners in India are part of how we’re going to get these breakthrough products done.
This patch Gates is most likely referencing is his investments in quantum dot microneedle patches. According to a paper published by MIT, researchers there developed a new novel tech to reportedly create better inoculation devices. The full study can be read here. Gates invested $21 million in the technology in April, 2020. The university wrote in late-2019:
To create an “on-patient,” decentralized medical record, the researchers developed a new type of copper-based quantum dots, which emit light in the near-infrared spectrum. The dots are only about 4 nanometers in diameter, but they are encapsulated in biocompatible microparticles that form spheres about 20 microns in diameter. This encapsulation allows the dye to remain in place, under the skin, after being injected.
The researchers designed their dye to be delivered by a microneedle patch rather than a traditional syringe and needle. Such patches are now being developed to deliver vaccines for measles, rubella, and other diseases, and the researchers showed that their dye could be easily incorporated into these patches.
The microneedles used in this study are made from a mixture of dissolvable sugar and a polymer called PVA, as well as the quantum-dot dye and the vaccine. When the patch is applied to the skin, the microneedles, which are 1.5 millimeters long, partially dissolve, releasing their payload within about two minutes.
By selectively loading microparticles into microneedles, the patches deliver a pattern in the skin that is invisible to the naked eye but can be scanned with a smartphone that has the infrared filter removed. The patch can be customized to imprint different patterns that correspond to the type of vaccine delivered.
Gates has invested heavily in healthcare and vaccination in India. In 2021 he told Indian press at the time that ‘We’ll Have Giant MRNA Factories For The Next Pandemic.’ Gates’ polio vaccines, however, have admittedly caused a lot of problems and reintroduced polio, and causing paralysis in children.
Just a little over a year ago to date, Bill Gates said in another interview that during the “next pandemic” plenty of censorship and media controls will need to be in place. He said at the time:
You know I believe that the ability to communicate worldwide there’s huge benefits that flow out of that, and now we have to moderate some of the insanity that you know prevents people from helping themselves.

I was wondering whatever happened to these microdot injections. Well, I guess we now know the technology has not been abandoned and will be used to “safely” and “effectively” vaccinate the population, during the “next pandemic.”

I still can’t figure out WHY this man is allowed to even mention anything in the medical field when he has NO experience in it, or NO license to practice or anything relating to medicine. It’s like picking a man off the street to tell us what we should be doing with OUR bodies.
