On Wednesday, October 4th, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), will conduct a nationwide test of the emergency alert system, which has caused some people to wonder if there is more to this than just a simple test run.

The announcement was first issued on August 3rd and again more recently on September 25th.

FEMA wrote in a summary post:

The national test will help ensure that Wireless Emergency Alerts (WEA) and the Emergency Alert System (EAS) continue to be effective ways to warn the public about emergencies, particularly those on the national level.

All major U.S. wireless providers participate in Wireless Emergency Alerts and will transmit the national test to their subscribers.

If your mobile phone is on and within range of an active cell tower from a participating wireless provider, you should receive the national test. Wireless providers will transmit the national test for 30 minutes, but your phone should only receive it once.

Moreover, the initial press release noted,

The WEA portion of the test will be directed to all consumer cell phones. This will be the third nationwide test, but the second test to all cellular devices. The test message will display in either English or in Spanish, depending on the language settings of the wireless handset.

The EAS portion of the test will be sent to radios and televisions. This will be the seventh nationwide EAS test.

The test will begin at around 2:20 PM on Wednesday. October 11th has been selected as a backup date in the event the test gets postponed for whatever reason.

Cellphone users will received a message that reads: “THIS IS A TEST of the National Wireless Emergency Alert System. No action is needed.”

TV viewers and radio listeners will received this message: “This is a nationwide test of the Emergency Alert System, issued by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, covering the United States from 14:20 to 14:50 hours ET. This is only a test. No action is required by the public.”

Since this test was announced in August many have begun to question what this is all about, with mainstream outlets such as The New York Post saying, “Nationwide, all-device emergency alert set to scare us all very soon.”

Mainstream has also been there to dispel some ‘conspiracy theories’ floating around online concerning this latest test.

Nevertheless, many believe this test will cause something to happen, such as there being fears due to this message being rapidly sent out at once using 5G networks, which has never done before, surmising this may or may not cause some kind of strong burst of electromagnetic frequency (EMF) radiation that could impair people’s health. Interestingly enough, one day before FEMA launches their test, Russia will be conducting a nuclear fallout drill, that simulates if 70% of the country is under martial law due to nuclear strikes.

Newsweek reports:

Russia is set to hold nationwide exercises early next month, according to new reports, in preparation for “the danger of armed conflicts involving nuclear powers.”

Russian authorities will hold large-scale drills across the country on October 3 because of the “growing danger of armed conflicts including [with] nuclear-capable powers near Russia’s borders,” the Baza Telegram channel, which is linked to Russia’s security services, reported on Thursday, citing the head of Russia’s Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing, or Rospotrebnadzor.

This will be the first time that Moscow has held such drills, which will imagine that Russia is at least partially under martial law and that up to 70 percent of the country’s housing facilities have been destroyed, the outlet reported. The exercises will also suppose that general mobilization has ended, and there is the possibility of radioactive contamination, Baza reported.

Leaders and officials from across Russian society, “from civil defense leaders to heads of state corporations,” will take part in the drills, according to the report. However, the Ukrainian regions of Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson, that Russia annexed in September 2022, are exempt from the drills, Baza added.

Similar, smaller-scale exercises have already taken place in several Russian regions, the outlet added.

For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.

2 Timothy 1:7

I’ve been seeing a lot of noise about this for a few weeks, and was sent some info about this also, so I figured I’d say something about it. Truthfully I think a lot of this is hype and overspeculation. Believe you me: I never trust a word the government says, but I just think a lot of people are getting really panicked over this.

That being said, it never hurts to take precautions and preemptive action, if you feel you need to do so.

[7] Who goeth a warfare any time at his own charges? who planteth a vineyard, and eateth not of the fruit thereof? or who feedeth a flock, and eateth not of the milk of the flock? [8] Say I these things as a man? or saith not the law the same also? [9] For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen? [10] Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope. (1 Corinthians 9:7-10).

  • The first precautions are to
    1: Pray
    2: Fast
    3: Repent
4: Spend some time in the King James Bible, at least a chapter or two per day.

  • Idiots, are going to ruin my nap; for what? LOL
I wouldn’t worry about anything, if your saved ya have nothing to worry about; the Lord Jesus Christ; our Saviour; has it all worked out. Another words; nothing to see here. Turn off ya phone.

  • I listened to some of the things APlanetruth15 mentioned in his YouTube podcasts. This is a person well versed with the DEW incidences around the world, and even if nothing comes of it to your person, your electronic devices may be affected. FEMA will also follow this up on Oct. 11 with another drill, which is suspicious enough.

  • There was a drill the 9/11, involving aircrafts also so.. hope nothing happens, probably nothing
