Last week France hosted a highly touted event called the “Summit for a New Global Financing Pact,” which was so packed that many journalists could not even get inside to report on what was said in real time. In truth, the overall gist of the summit was more of the “status quo” and cliché statements being made like so many other summits before this one, with urgent pleas to solve the climate crisis, help developing nations grow faster, increase equality and diversity, and so forth.
The event was organized by and partnered with groups such as the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the Rockefeller Foundation, UNESCO, OCDE, Global Citizen, and more.
We will take a major step, as we will start by establishing a new consensus. The fight against poverty, the decarbonization of our economy in order to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050, and the protection of biodiversity, are closely intertwined.
We therefore need to agree together on the best means to address these challenges in the poor and emerging countries of the developing world, when it comes to the amount of investment, to comprehensive reform of infrastructure like the World Bank, the IMF, and public and private funds, and how to set a new process in motion.

Green Loans
Howbeit there were some interesting statements made at this summit, a big one being that the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and World Bank, in collaboration with U.S. Treasurer Janet Yellen, to loan poorer countries with more funds instead of just outright helping them with existing loans, as these entities are effectively not budging on their settled contracts.
For example, as reported by Reuters, a coalition of nations agreed to provided 2.5 billion euros ($2.7 billion) to Senegal to help them reach their goal of 40% of installed capacity from renewable energies by 2030.
But Senegal has a huge poverty rate, roughly at 47%, and approximately 95% of everyone living on roughly $10 a day. So, rather than fund something else in Senegal to alleviate this problem – which is one of the touted United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), to end poverty and inequality – the Paris summit is rather willing to fund billions into renewable energies.
Furthermore, Janet Yellen reemphasized pledges to loan Indonesia $20 billion to build green energy facilities. She added that the World Bank should incentivize lending to countries who wish to invest green projects and developments, with “climate-resilient debt clauses to their loan agreements.”
Lena Petrova, CPA, reporting on these developments, further notes that other world governments have had to adjust their policies to just to payback or qualify for loans from the IMF, for example; such as the case with Pakistan, who at the same time of this Paris summit, announced that they will have to begin raising taxes on its people in order to payoff its loans to the IMF, as the IMF has issued rigid flexibility; or in the case of Ukraine in 2022 when they passed one of the strictest anti-worker labor laws in the world, that removes the rights of staff at medium and small businesses, for Ukraine to payoff loans, too.
The full list of outstanding loans made to the IMF can be read here.
Tax ‘Em
Other interesting statements that stood out from this accord came from none other than President Macron, who called for a global “financial shock,” and international taxation for climate goals, Aljazeera reported.
More specifically, when Macron took to the stage, he described the plans for international taxation.
I’m in favor of an international taxation to finance efforts that we have to make to fight poverty and in terms of climate [action]… It doesn’t work when you do it alone, the [financial] flows go elsewhere.
France already has in place two types of taxes that have been suggested: one on plane tickets, another on financial transactions, [and I am going to] make others follow us and mobilize.
There has been a great deal of discussion on the idea of international taxation, over and above what countries and institutions are doing. Whether it’s on financial transactions, maritime transport or certain other models, it will only work if it’s truly international, and so it presupposes an agreement, as we’ve been able to do on international taxation.
Macron said
After day two, June 23rd, Macron reemphasized these points in an exclusive interview France 24, where he stated that, “We need to create an international tax for Africa, that’s what we need.”
AUTHOR COMMENTARY
Needless to say, it’s easy to see why so many developing nations and countries over in the East are working to dump the dollar, because their international banks and mafia groups are toasting and oppressing them with all these stupid green policies; which are clearly not about the environment and wellbeing: it’s all about death, depopulation, famine, desolation, and indebted slavery.
Now whether or not Macron’s calls for an international tax come to fruition, it is something we should take note of and prepare for that reality.
[3] A poor man that oppresseth the poor is like a sweeping rain which leaveth no food. [15] As a roaring lion, and a ranging bear; so is a wicked ruler over the poor people. Proverbs 28:3, 15
[7] Who goeth a warfare any time at his own charges? who planteth a vineyard, and eateth not of the fruit thereof? or who feedeth a flock, and eateth not of the milk of the flock? [8] Say I these things as a man? or saith not the law the same also? [9] For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen? [10] Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope. (1 Corinthians 9:7-10).

Frog. Ribbit. Ribbit.
Haha! Yes he is a frog ribbit ribbit! A WICKED FROG! A devil is likened to a frog, go figure!
The west is coming undone day by day, and I look forward to it.
i completely agree that macron should give up 100% of his pay and investments in the name of climate change and financial debt repayment for all the expenses and resourced and then step down from his position with an apology to all the citizens of france for being a terrible corrupted representative to the country and the peoples.
Not saying it is Macron, but the Lord warns us that whoever Anti Christ is, will be a raiser of taxes. Also interesting is that carbon has 6 electrons, 6 neutrons and 6 protons. Hmmmmm…..
Daniel 11:20-24 (KJV) Then shall stand up in his estate a raiser of taxes in the glory of the kingdom: but within few days he shall be destroyed, neither in anger, nor in battle.
And in his estate shall stand up a vile person, to whom they shall not give the honour of the kingdom: but he shall come in peaceably, and obtain the kingdom by flatteries.
And with the arms of a flood shall they be overflown from before him, and shall be broken; yea, also the prince of the covenant.
And after the league made with him he shall work deceitfully: for he shall come up, and shall become strong with a small people.
He shall enter peaceably even upon the fattest places of the province; and he shall do that which his fathers have not done, nor his fathers’ fathers; he shall scatter among them the prey, and spoil, and riches: yea, and he shall forecast his devices against the strong holds, even for a time.
I believe that Europe is in bible prophecy. There is a very good chance that America will one day merge its dead dollar with the euro (that’s just a possibility). Also, China is starting to dump its electric vehicles (I saw a YouTube video about how china is getting rid of electric vehicles).
