Support For Abortion In The United States Reaches All-Time High, Nearly 7 Out Of 10 Defend It

American’s support for abortion rights have only increased since one year ago when the Supreme Court ruled to overturn Roe Vs. Wade, stripping away federal protections for getting an abortion.

According to a new Gallup poll, 69% of Americans say they support abortion rights, or almost 7 out of every 10 people – the highest ever recorded by Gallup. Gallup reports that the previous was 67% in May of last year, when the mainstream media leaked a document that indicated that the Supreme Court was planning to officially overturn Roe Vs. Wade.

Prior to that, Gallup noted that 58% of Americans polled said they were opposed to an outright ban on Roe Vs. Wade, per 2021 statistics, cited by The WinePress when Roe Vs. Wade was officially overturned.

On the flipside, ‘the percentage of Americans wanting abortion illegal in all circumstances has fallen from 21% in 2019 to 13% in 2022 and 2023,’ Gallup found in their latest poll.

47% say it should be “Legal under any/most circumstances,” versus 49% that say abortion should be “Legal in only a few/Illegal in all circumstances.”

Moreover, the support for a first-trimester abortion reached a new record high at 69%, while second and third trimester abortions also saw small upticks but nothing too radical.

‘Consistent with Americans’ broad support for abortion being legal in the first trimester, 59% currently oppose fetal heartbeat laws, while 37% favor them. The latest results are similar to the prior asking in 2019,’ Gallup noted.

52% of respondents overall say they believe abortion is mortally acceptable versus the 41% that say that it is, with 8% leaving wiggle room for certain instances.

Most of the increased support for abortion in general was observed in women and those aligned with the Democratic party.

In closing, Gallup summarizes what the data means:

The basic contours of American public opinion on abortion remain as they’ve been for decades: The majority of U.S. adults want abortion legal, with restrictions. Among the rest, more think abortion should be completely legal than completely illegal. And when focusing on when an abortion would occur, the majority think it should be legal in the first trimester, while not legal in the second and third trimesters. But within this broad framework, Americans have shifted toward more acceptance of abortion.

Similarly, in the wake of the Dobbs decision, which may have changed how Americans define what it means to be pro-choice or pro-life, the percentage identifying as pro-choice remains near the high-water mark set last year.

Expanded support for abortion rights is largely occurring among Democrats and, relatedly, among women.

The Lord will not pardon the rivers of innocent of blood that have been shed already. He will not and has not forgotten any of it. And yet still Americans, basically 7 out of every 10 you ask, are okay with abortion in some capacity. The people are evil, plain and simple; and if you think there will be some sort of revival, you really are insanely delusional.

[7] Their feet run to evil, and they make haste to shed innocent blood: their thoughts are thoughts of iniquity; wasting and destruction are in their paths. [8] The way of peace they know not; and there is no judgment in their goings: they have made them crooked paths: whosoever goeth therein shall not know peace.

And this is just the murder of the unborn: what about all myriad of diabolic and abominable things this country does without even hesitating?

The country is over, as are the rest of the Western lands. Don’t even dare to think to judge other nations for their problems, when America and it’s lackies are just so indescribably evil inside and out. Don’t force God’s hand and make him judge you with the rest of monsters that walk amongst us, because he will, so you better not tempt him.

It is worth noting that this will be a major talking point during this presidential clown show, and the degree to which they support it.
