These actions were recently brought to light in a joint lawsuit filed by different attorneys from 19 states, in a letter to bank and CEO Jamie Dimon – the same Dimon who says the federal government needs to seize private property so they can build solar and wind farms on the land.
The states include: Alaska, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and West Virginia.
Kentucky Attorney General Daniel Cameron led the filing and charged the megabank for betraying their own policies on equality.
Part of the letter reads:
It is clear that JPMorgan Chase & Co. (Chase) has persistently discriminated against certain customers due to their religious or political affiliation. This discrimination is unacceptable. Chase must stop such behavior and align its business practices with the anti-discrimination policies that Chase proclaims.
In May 2022, Chase abruptly closed the National Committee for Religious Freedom’s (NCRF) checking account. NCRF is a ‘nonpartisan, faith-based nonprofit organization dedicated to defending the right of everyone in America to live one’s faith freely.’ NCRF’s National Advisory Board includes Christian, Hindu, Jewish, and Muslim members…
When NCRF inquired about the reason Chase closed the account, multiple bank employees stated that the decision came from the ‘corporate office.’ Specifically, NCRF’s executive director ‘was informed that ‘a note in the file read that Chase employees were not permitted to provide any further clarifying information to the customer.’
The attorneys wrote
They also write that the bank has denied to accept proposals that would prove its commitment to openness and inclusivity. They are asking JPMorgan to publicly disclose its internal policies on account closures.
To be clear, banks generally have the right to conduct their business however and with whomever they choose. But a bank does not have the right to mislead its customers.
Chase cannot call itself ‘inclusive,’ publicize that it ‘opposes discrimination in any form,’ promise to ‘prevent discrimination’ against customers, and then refuse to commit to the most basic equality of treatment and fair dealing.
For more in-depth details and commentary, financial forecaster Neil McCoy-Ward breaks down the letter and the bank’s practices.
AUTHOR COMMENTARY
This is important to take note of because as we see the rapid consolidation of the world banking systems, culling off medium and small banks, and bailing out the bigs and allowing them to fully monopolize; this allows groups like JPMorgan-Chase to tighten the noose on consumers, and most will have to ultimately submit because they will be one of the only few left in town when it’s all said and done.
JPMorgan, Bank of America, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, Wells Fargo, and Morgan Stanley, have joined with the Federal Reserve to practice a carbon-based social credit score system and ESG investing. All the bigs are gearing-up for this.
While I do not think this letter will solve much, I am glad it was written so people can see what’s happening and where this is all ultimately going.
This of course will make Rome happy. After all, CEO of JPMorgan Asset & Wealth Management is Mary Callahan Erdoes, a Jesuit who received her education at Georgetown University, and helps to host the Al Smith Catholic charity dinners before every rigged presidential election in this country.
[7] Who goeth a warfare any time at his own charges? who planteth a vineyard, and eateth not of the fruit thereof? or who feedeth a flock, and eateth not of the milk of the flock? [8] Say I these things as a man? or saith not the law the same also? [9] For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen? [10] Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope. (1 Corinthians 9:7-10).

QUESTION AND PLEASE DONT LAUGH OR SCOFF: where can I put my money when I take it out of the bank? I’ll make withdrawals here and there.
My job is direct deposit, too.
I don’t think this is something you should ask people in a public forum like this. There are many thugs out there that will get ideas about how and where people might store their money or valuables, and rob them. I suggest doing your own research privately on this. Be careful also of whom you tell your personal business, like cash related stuff.
These people are evil and God’s wrath couldn’t come soon enough.
