Samsung announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on May 15th with the Bank of Korea (BOK), signed in the Samsung Digital City in Suwon, local news reported.
Lee Seung-heon, Vice President of the Bank of Korea, said in statement:
It is very meaningful that we developed the first offline CBDC technology for a central bank together with Samsung Electronics. I look forward to getting out.
He said
The goal is to research an offline CBDC that allows “remittance and payment without being connected to the Internet, all transaction terminals have developed an offline CBDC, using near-field communication (NFC),” the company explained. “Transactions are made in the embedded Secure Element (eSE) embedded in Samsung Electronics’ mobile devices,” Samsung added.
Moreover, Vice President Choi Won-jun, head of development at Samsung Electronics’ Mobile Experience (MX) Division, stated:
Through collaboration with the Bank of Korea, we were able to apply Samsung Electronics’ high-level security technology to the digital currency field. Based on cooperation between the two companies, We expect to be able to make a great contribution to the development of global offline CBDC technology.
Coin Telegraph also noted: ‘Samsung also participated in the second phase of the BOK’s 10-month CBDC simulation experiment research, which concerned the retail use of CBDCs. The first stage of the BOK’s CBDC research tested basic functions such as CBDC’s issuance, distribution and redemption.’
Though Samsung has displayed interest in pushing CBDCs, the company has banned employees from using generative AI software like ChatGPT on all Samsung devices and internal networks.

The push for CBDCs are happening at a blistering pace, but the masses have no idea. Even so, a lot of these central banks and participating companies like to try and pretend that they are just “researching” and “unsure” if they want to a CBDC, but we all know that they WILL release one, but at the right time of course.

The CBDCs will be connected directly to the mark of the beast without a doubt. It will become interconnected to DNA, overtake the central nervous system, alter behavior and emotion, create a cyborg-man hybrid of sorts, and control as well as track the mind and the body systems.
Vaccine passports, food IDs, internet or social media behavior points, passport for general travel outside whatever country, and bank information plus social security number will ALL be connected to the mark of the beast.
