Parents in a Texas county are dumbfounded after it was learned that a 6-year-old boy forced a 6-year-old girl to perform oral sex, while another student filmed the atrocity on the school-issued iPad.
Heather Gonzales is the older cousin of a young girl who attends South Elementary School in Plainview, Texas. She told KCBD in an interview that the abused girl was beginning to act abnormally when she would come home when the abuse began.
She’s in distress, she’s like ‘my stomach hurts. I just want to lay down. You can tell something’s wrong with her. So, they said ‘what’s going on? What happened?’
Gonzales said
The young girl then later revealed the sex act to Gonzales, explaining that a boy exposed himself to her in the lunch line, and then says a student later pulled her under the table and forced her to perform a sex act during class more than a week prior. The incident occurred on April 19th, according to Everything Lubbock.
Another student filmed the act on a classroom iPad that revealing the little girl did her best to resist. “She said she was hitting him with the poetry book,” Gonzales said.
When asked how long the incident lasted, the 6-year-old girl said “until they let me go,” Gonzales reports.
But the school district was not transparent about the incident even though they knew what had happened.
Everything was ‘no comment. I cannot tell you. No comment.’ So, you mean to tell me abuse has been happening for a week and a half and these kids are still at the same desk. My cousin is still at a desk with all boys, having to see her abusers every day.
Gonzales said
The school district issued in a statement claiming the incident occurred “away from the full vision” of the teacher while she was working with another group of students.
Plainview ISD Superintendent H.T. Sanchez commented on the district’s response, saying when the explicit content was discovered on a school device the day after the abuse happened, a report was filed and Child Protective Service (CPS) was notified. A state investigator then began working with local police and arrived in Plainview the next week.
He had asked that we hold confidentiality because he wanted to be sure that he was able to get the full story from each of the students, the minors, that were involved. All of the steps that we’re required to take, we took.
We hope to find a direction with them forward. Definitely for the young people and how we can help them heal and move forward.
Sanchez said
The teacher who was in the classroom that day had been placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of the investigation.
Gonzales says that more needs to be done to protect the students.

The child’s aunt Esther Sepeda told Everything Lubbock her child has begun having nightmares about the incident and has refused to go back to school.
Several days ago parents and community members protested for justice outside of the administrative building. MyPlainview reports that over 200 people were in attendance demanding change.
At the protest Heather Gonzales said, “we want to make sure that they don’t sweep this under the rug.”
The protestors also demanded that they want to see South Elementary Principal Jennifer Hughey and Superintendent H.T. Sanchez terminated from their positions. The Gonzales family told the crowd that they have hired an attorney to make their supplications heard by district leaders.
‘The victim’s family noted that they still haven’t seen the video more than two weeks later. They claim district officials said there’s nothing to see but questioned the validity of that response,’ MyPlainview noted.
The local paper added: ‘Protesters also claim the district’s statement didn’t convey the full truth. They claim the statement did not address the level of severity of the students’ actions by referring to the sexual assault as an “incident.” Frustration was also expressed about the victim’s family learning details of what happened from the victim as opposed to the district.’
We want to have open communication. There’s nothing wrong with listening to the parents. Instead, what Sanchez did was drive off in his vehicle and did not want to face the families. What happened is real.

Gonzales has also stated that since she become vocal about this other similar stories and testimonies for the community began to see the light of day, drawing the families closer. “It’s so sad that so many people have reached out to me because the school is not listening to them. They talk about bullies but the administration is the biggest bully,” she said.
There are statements being written by students that have gone through some similar experiences and weren’t heard. Hearing those statements has really brought the community together and we’re wanting change.

Gonzales plans to take these stories and testify to the schoolboard on the 18th.
I want them (the school district leaders) to know that even though summer is coming, we are not going to stop. We are not going to let them think they can go into a new year and not think about what is happening here.
We will continue to go at this until all three (teacher, principal and superintendent) are fired. Today’s protest isn’t going to be a one-and-done thing.
She explained
But the school district is now pushing back against some of the claims made by the protestors. Everything Lubbock reported yesterday that the school denies that oral sex ever occurred and the interaction was “mutual inappropriate sexual contact occurred between two 6-year-old students.” The investigation is now over and “key findings of the investigation may be made public.”
Law enforcement personnel who reviewed the content of the video determined that a sexual assault did not occur; rather, mutual inappropriate sexual contact occurred between two 6-year-old students.
The incident was brief (34 seconds) with no outcry for help or struggle.
PISD said in their statement, reported by the Lubbock Avalanche-Journal.
The video itself has not been released.
The school district stated all 6-year-olds involved are victims and are “being treated as such due to the occurrence of behaviors that are not typical of 6-year-old students.” They added that there is not any real punishment such as expulsion on the children due to state law.
We cannot speak to the conclusion of the Hale Country District Attorney or FBI. The law in the State of Texas does not provide for criminal penalties for children under the age of 10, and public schools are prohibited from expelling or suspending children in 3rd grade or below.
PISD said in their statement
The school has had to cancel some schooldays over reported threats made against the school and the district, but classes have since resumed with increased armed security.
However, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has gotten involved to further access the situation. “We appreciate the support of the FBI and of their resources to evaluate the multitude of circumstances surrounding the incident,” PISD said in a statement yesterday.

Words cannot even describe in the insidiousness of this. It’s just so depressing reporting on this. SIX-YEAR-OLDS: that’s our youth today, absolutely destroyed and perverted – something that a little boy should not even know about, but are now so perverted he just decides to perform a sex act on another innocent 6-year-old girl!
The only way a child would ever do this is because the parents have been exposing this to them, and/or the school is as well.

But then it gets even worse when you realize that the school is literally trying to cover this up. “Mutual inappropriate sexual contact occurred between two 6-year-old students.” What on God’s green earth does that even mean?! “Mutual?” What in the world is “mutual” about 6-year-olds having “inappropriate sexual contact?” If the evidence is to the contrary, the district says, then show the footage; but they aren’t about to do that.
The coverups, the criminality, the perversion that go on at these schools could not be numbered. My friends and I have plenty of stories of the coverups and corruption at these schools, from frequent break-ins, to affairs and abuse, to coercing kids to kill themselves, and so on. It’s a nightmare. It’s an insane asylum at these places.
For example, at Penn-Harris-Madison (PHM) school corporation in Northern Indian that I went through (K-12), a parent was ARRESTED at a schoolboard meeting over a year ago because he spoke a few seconds over the allotted time, complaining about critical race theory being pushed in the schools. The arrest did not see the light of day on local news, even though parents are suing PHM for their illegal acts; and I loosely know some of the parents involved. It’s absolute insanity. And this is not even a drop in the bucket of all the heinous stuff that goes on at these schools.

And yet next no one cares or gives a rat’s behind what goes at these places. The kids come out so utterly screwed-up and dumb, and then the adults sit there and complain about why society is collapsing; even though these same good for nothing losers did not parent their kids, but treated them like a dog or a cat, and then let the godless state and evil pagans teach their kids doctrines of devils.
Again, I will say it for the umpteenth time: get your kids out of these schools; and actually teach, nurture, admonish, and discipline these kids yourself, with the Lord’s word at the center of it.
Furthermore, as parents and guardians, you must be hawk-eyed and know where your kids are, where they go, what they do, who they are around at all times, no exceptions. People of all ages are too evil anymore for them to have free course.
It’s over. This country cannot continue and is at it’s collective end. When stuff like this is happening and it barely gets coverage and judgment is no where to be found, the Lord must and will step in to take care of this problem.

I think that these schools are taking lessons from the Catholic Church on how to cover up sexual abuse. When I was a junior and senior in high school, Megan Mahoney the female basketball coach sexually abused a student. I praise the LORD that I got saved out of that satanic system.
The education system in this country has been LONG taken over by Catholics and Jesuits. Many of these witches on these higher ranking unions and schoolboards are catholic, and many of the textbook companies are owned and influenced by catholics. I wanted to share this. Hard as it is. Just to further confirm that as the bible says, indeed what Catholicism does to people and nations is just pure evil and turns people, young and old, into sex perverts. I grew up in a predominantly Catholic country. My family’s Catholic.
I’ve had an almost similar experience as a young teen, not even aware yet of sex and all that. But in reverse, being inappropriately touched by a 7 year old girl, numerous times! This went on after 5-6 more years. Being lost at the time, this perverted my mind all throughout my young years, getting addicted to pornography, then eventually into fornication in my early twenties, until the Lord saved me. But this article still shocked me when I read it.
Other experiences relating to this ABHORRENT Catholicism. My parents sent me to a Catholic private school, Notre Dame of Greater Manila. Second year, being 13-14 years old, another pervert female classmate was often doing the same thing to me. One student discharged teargas on the school halls, had us coughing painfully, running out of the buildings. Another student accidentally shot someone on the neck with a pen gun that he smuggled inside the campus.
Can’t wait when the Lord destroys the Vatican Roman Catholic system. I HATE this system.

This is why public schools are so dangerous. I have many sexual immoral stories from elementary, Middleschool, and Highschool. I saw very wicked things in my years there. With out the word of God the world is lost.
