“This year, 2023, is Year One of this new global order,” the anonymous speaker said.

Last week a speaker at a Trilateral Commission in New Delhi, India, made an interesting statement that they believe 2023 is the first year of a “new global order.” The Trilateral Commission (TTC) is a nongovernmental group that pursues an accord and affinity between the United States, Europe and Asian countries.

The group operates in open secrecy and does not reveal much about their exploits. However one interesting tidbit was revealed to the public, and their calls for a new world order.

Reported by Nikkei Asia, James Baker, director of the Pentagon’s Office of Net Assessment, was not formally invited at the Taj Palace Hotel in New Delhi for the event, but still was in attendance at the event to listen in on the discussions.

An anonymous speaker took aim at the Biden administration’s policies and postures towards the nations, stating:

The Biden administration is trying to convince the world that there is this titanic struggle between autocracies and democracies. I am skeptical about that.

This unknown speaker said, but instead that the world is quite fragmented and they all are only looking for their best interests

But then this anonymous spokesperson – who reportedly must remain unnamed due to Commission rules – said that this year is the beginning of the “new global order.”

Three decades of globalization – defined as integrated, free-market based and deflationary – has been replaced by what will be a multidecade period of globalization defined as fragmented, not-free-market-based but industrial-policy based and structurally inflationary. This year, 2023, is Year One of this new global order.

The speaker reportedly said

This mystery man went on to say that the U.S ‘is driving the economy and key industries toward a set of objectives, such as domestic equity at home and competition with China, the speaker said,’ versus ‘committing to a neoliberal, free-market economy,’ the report says.

Also discussed at this Commission meeting were agreements with China and India to strengthen their relations, namely finding healthy compromise with their Himalayan border disputes, but an Indian representative rejected these agreements.

The Chinese side must understand, you cannot undermine peace and tranquility and then say ‘let the rest of the relationship be normal.’ You can’t have violence on the boundary and business in the hinterland. It doesn’t work.

However one commissioner from Europe was hopeful that China would play a part in ending the war in Ukraine.

Whether Russia will stop the war depends on the role of China. If China decides to help Russia [evade] sanctions, if China decides to provide Russia with arms, this war can go on for very long.

The analyst said

Other panelists at the meeting bemoaned that this conflict was interfering with their climate emission goals.

The new conflict that is perceived in many constituencies is between energy security on one hand and energy transformation on the other, following Ukraine. At least for the short term, some of these priorities seemed to have shifted. We need to now reorder these priorities in a way that energy transformation happens and becomes the main driver of where investments need to go.

The artificial intelligence boom was another topic of debate, with many members in attendance calling for international regulation.

A poll last year found that 49% of AI researchers have said that AI poses an existential threat to humanity, almost to the level of a nuclear type of disaster in the scale of humanity

Said a member on the list of attendees

Even so, attendants joked about the rise of AI by asking Chat GPT – an artificial intelligence software that can fully interact with the user, write entire books for people based on limited commands, and so much more. The Commission members asked Chat GPT to write them a poem their group. The AI program wrote this:

In secret meetings, you plan and conspire,

To create a new order, of which you aspire.

Your goals are unclear, but some see the end,

As a world government, with you as its friend.

World leaders and governments have increasing been calling for a new world order in broad daylight in recent times, something that used to be considered taboo and “conspiracy theory.”

Almost exactly one year ago to date President Biden called for a new world order and that the U.S. had to be the leaders of it.

And, uh, since then we established a liberal world order and that hadn’t happened in a long while, a lot of people dying but nowhere near the chaos.

And now is the time when things are shifting. We’re gonna – there gonna be a new world order out there and we’ve gotta lead it, and we’ve gotta unite the rest of the free world, and we’re doing it.

He said during a speech

Moreover, last year Russian and Chinese diplomats, including Presidents Putin and Jinping, also both agreed to unite and lead the coming new world order together, The WinePress reported. A state-owned Chinese outlet published in September:

Putin said the world is undergoing multiple changes, yet the one thing that remains unchanged is the friendship and mutual trust between Russia and China, adding that the Russia-China comprehensive strategic partnership of coordination is as stable as mountains.

Both Russia and China stand for a more equitable and reasonable international order, setting a fine example in international relations, he said.[Jinping] emphasized that China will work with Russia to extend strong mutual support on issues concerning each other’s core interests, and deepen practical cooperation in trade, agriculture, connectivity and other areas.

Earlier in July, a member of the Russian International Affairs Council said that Russia was ready to “shape a new world order.”

Furthermore, in March of last year the World Government Summit made the launch of a new world order the main topic of discussion, why one is needed, and how it will be implemented.

And the question is, will that new system of digital money and digital accounting accommodate the competing needs of the citizens of all these locations, so that every human being has a chance to have a better life? Because that’s the only measure of whether a world order really serves.

AUTHOR COMMENTARY

Well, well, well, looks what was once called “conspiracy theory” is now “conspiracy fact.”

[1] Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing? [2] The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD, and against his anointed, saying, [3] Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us. [4] He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision. [5] Then shall he speak unto them in his wrath, and vex them in his sore displeasure.

Psalms 2:1-5

On Christmas Eve I had published an article advising readers to of course have some merriment and joy that holiday season, but I had warned that 2023 was going to be a rough year, saying, “but America and the Western world and allies have reached an impasse point, and things are going to get really hairy really fast. If you thought these last several years were taxing, then you best get your body, soul, and spirit in check; for I do firmly believe 2023 will be one of lots of sorrow, distress, and anxiety for a myriad of reasons.”

Interestingly enough, now we have the Trilateral Commission declaring this year to be year one for their new world order. How telling? But I suppose it makes ‘sense.’ After all, as I have written about, we are reaching a convergence and impasse point where all of these problems going on are going to eventual meet in the middle, and greatly spiral of control far greater than they already have. As they say, it’s “order out of chaos.”

[7] Who goeth a warfare any time at his own charges? who planteth a vineyard, and eateth not of the fruit thereof? or who feedeth a flock, and eateth not of the milk of the flock? [8] Say I these things as a man? or saith not the law the same also? [9] For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen? [10] Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope. (1 Corinthians 9:7-10).
