U.S. President Joe Biden’s administration has reaffirmed their support and desperate need for the United States to submit itself under a treaty that would grant the World Health Organization (WHO) unbridled power and authority to declare a pandemic, and have full autonomy in handling an emergency they declare to be so.
The WHO has tried to implement this “pandemic treaty” before, with Biden’s administration largely spearheading the calls to update the currently agreed upon treaty last year, transferring nation’s ability to self-regulate and govern a health crisis to the WHO and the WHO’s Director-General. Ultimately it was shot down because too many nations took issue with the proposed changes.
But the WHO is still pushing for nations to adopt this new updated treaty.
The WinePress has detailed the most noteworthy parts of the treaty and the potential changes in a separate report. As noted in that article, David Bell of the Brownstone Institute summarized what the treaty’s implementation would mean for the U.S. and the world:
It is a totalitarian approach to society, within which individuals may act only on the sufferance of others who wield power outside of legal sanction; specifically a feudal relationship, or one of monarch-subject without an intervening constitution. It is difficult to imagine a greater issue facing society, yet the media that is calling for reparations for past slavery is silent on a proposed international agreement consistent with its reimposition.
If these amendments are accepted, the people taking control over the lives of others will have no real legal oversight.
The people who will become subject to these powers, and the politicians who are on track to cede them, should start paying attention. We must all decide whether we wish to cede so easily what it has taken centuries to gain, to assuage the greed of others.
The treaty will be voted upon in mid-May, 2023.
The Biden Administration, like before, are very apt to sign this new treaty and encourages the whole world to follow suit.
In an official statement from U.S. WHO Ambassador Pamela Hamamoto, she explained the administration’s full commitment to the “Pandemic Accord:”
In the year since its full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Russia has killed tens of thousands of Ukrainian men, women, and children; uprooted more than 13 million people from their homes and bombed more than 700 hospitals. The U.S. joins others in condemning Russia’s unprovoked, unjustified war against Ukraine. We continue to stand with the Ukrainian people and call for a just and durable peace, in accordance with the UN charter.
The United States is committed to the Pandemic Accord, to form a major component of the global health architecture for generations to come. Shared commitment, shared aspirations and shared responsibilities will vastly improve our system for preventing, preparing for, and responding to future pandemic emergencies.
We seek a Pandemic Accord that builds capacities; reduces pandemic threats posed by zoonotic diseases; enables rapid and more equitable responses; and establishes sustainable financing, governance, and accountability to ultimately break the cycle of panic and neglect.
There is a lot to build on in this draft related to these priorities. However, the draft is unbalanced toward response at the expense of prevention and preparedness. While we need to avoid duplicating substantive elements contained in the IHR, such as surveillance and alerts, we need to discuss how best to address pandemic prevention and preparedness here. These efforts should be mutually supportive and complementary.
We appreciate the focus on equity in Chapter III but also agree it must be better integrated across the draft. Our work must be inclusive and applicable for the improved health and wellbeing of all people. A commitment to “equity” must address inequities not only between countries, but also within them. Not just protecting populations from pandemics – but also from illness, death, and disrupted access to essential health care services during pandemics, including sexual and reproductive health services.
We must also recognize the roles of other international organizations and instruments. WTO is the most appropriate venue for discussions regarding legal obligations that fall under its own agreements, including discussions on the TRIPS Agreement.
We do not support “common but differentiated responsibilities and capabilities.” This concept is not appropriate in the context of pandemic PPR. We look forward to seeking common ground to best ensure universal application while also ensuring capacities are strengthened so that countries can meet their obligations.
We recognize the important role of financing and while we have concerns about some of the language in the draft, including specific allocations of domestic budgets or GDP, we seek to identify financing methods appropriate for this accord.
External stakeholder involvement is critical as a stronger PPR architecture will depend on their expertise and commitment. The INB should encourage inclusive solutions that leverage key stakeholders, such as the private sector and civil society.
Finally, the Pandemic Accord must stand the test of time while building on the lessons from previous pandemics. By creating solutions that are flexible and adaptable, by laying out commitments that are clear regarding triggers and responsibilities, and by strengthening coordination and capacities, together we can build a stronger global health architecture for all.
Again, for more details on what’s contained in this mock draft for the new treaty, The WP explained them in a separate article below:
AUTHOR COMMENTARY
And if you notice that in Hamamoto’s statement she specifically mentioned preventing “zoonotic” threats. This is something I have been warning about for some time, as can be seen in my report detailing the pandemic treaty. The “next pandemic” will be, in my view, a zoonotic one say the governments can use that as the catalysts to greatly destroy the meat and dairy supply, fulfilling their climate goals.
Simply put, we must continue to fight against this garbage, and we can do that by simply spreading the word and causing the masses to not want it. We don’t need a lot: just a small few that are willing to resist this tyranny.
[10] If thou faint in the day of adversity, thy strength is small. [11] If thou forbear to deliver them that are drawn unto death, and those that are ready to be slain; [12] If thou sayest, Behold, we knew it not; doth not he that pondereth the heart consider it? and he that keepeth thy soul, doth not he know it? and shall not he render to every man according to his works?Watch ye, stand fast in the faith, quit you like men, be strong.
Proverbs 24:10-12; 1 Corinthians 16:13
[7] Who goeth a warfare any time at his own charges? who planteth a vineyard, and eateth not of the fruit thereof? or who feedeth a flock, and eateth not of the milk of the flock? [8] Say I these things as a man? or saith not the law the same also? [9] For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen? [10] Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope. (1 Corinthians 9:7-10).

I agree and am encouraged by your statement, “We don’t need a lot: just a small few that are willing to resist this tyranny.”
Question: Is your suggestion of “spreading the word” just that; Spreading the word to those we know? I ask because I don’t believe in “writing your representative” or putting my name and email address on some petition or notice (because I honestly feel like that is nothing but a farce by TPTB to get our names and contact information.)
I do not have any social media accounts and have very few people that I email but I do share truth to all those I know.
So again, I ask because I truly want to know if I am doing enough. Thanks so much!
Thank you Mr J.T.
Let’s brighten the corner where we are (spread news).
I believe with all the surveillance online that all of us are already on their radar, especially truly born-again Christians who are diligent in spreading truth. Our safety will rely on the Lord. I personally have my face and full name on YouTube comments’ sections, no praise to me, just trusting God to protect me.
God will protect his own because this is part of his purpose for us, to wake people up to the truth, that may lead the lost toward the choice of asking Jesus Christ to save them, or not, and die in their sins.
There is more privacy I suppose in spreading the truth through word of mouth or paper form, although much more people can be informed faster and internationally through online means.
My last paycheck was $2500 for working 12 hours a week online. My sisters friend has been averaging 8k for months now and she works about 30 hours a week. I can’t believe how easy it was once I tried it out. The potential with this is endless.
