“According to a report by the World Bank an estimated US$93 trillion of sustainable infrastructure needs to be built by 2030—over 70% of which will be built in urban areas. This low carbon investment entails higher capital expenditure upfront for newer but costly technology to improve energy efficiency in buildings and power generation.”

By the year 2030 the World Bank has determined that it will take upwards of $93 trillion invested towards building and constructing new infrastructure they call “sustainable.”

This herculean investment has been touted for years now dating back to the United Nations Climate Action Summit in 2019. The UN wrote in a statement:

Investments in sustainable urban infrastructure for all are also critical to achieve the goals of the Paris Agreement and the Sustainable Development Goals. An estimated US$93 trillion worth of sustainable infrastructure will be built by 2030, and over 70 percent of that will be built in urban areas.

Today’s Climate Action Summit aims to mobilize support for cities and signals to national governments and the private sector the types of collaborative approaches necessary to collectively address this challenge and implement concrete strategies to build sustainable cities and communities for all.

What might be some of these new developments? According to a think tank group for the Absolute Zero agenda goals, things like this will need to be removed and developed, such as new rail systems, reduced shipping, electrification of everything, reduction in most commercial flights, metals, blast stones, and cements are phased-out or replaced, elimination of fossil fuels, and then some.

These $93 trillion investments are still being discussed and how they are to be implemented.

Smart Cities World, an outlet dedicated to reporting on the advancement of smart technologies and the creation of these smart cities, is hosting a summit in County Hall, London, England, through April 18-20th of this year. It is called the Cities Climate Action Summit.

According to a newsletter the outlet wrote:

According to a report by the World Bank an estimated US$93 trillion of sustainable infrastructure needs to be built by 2030—over 70% of which will be built in urban areas. This low carbon investment entails higher capital expenditure upfront for newer but costly technology to improve energy efficiency in buildings and power generation.

Financing climate action within cities will require new sources of funding and will need to lean on new models of fundraising and collaborative investment if they’re to achieve the solutions at the necessary scale to effectively combat climate change.

The Cities Climate Action Summit will play host to city speakers and those in public and private finance who are working to create new funding models for green investment around the world.

But some climate advocates are not even sure if these trillions of dollars will actually work in reducing emissions.

Dr. Douglas Holtz-Eakin, President of American Action Forum (AAF), admitted at a recent hearing in Washington that even if after the United States spends $50 trillion on new infrastructure and development, it is unknown to him if any of these actions will reduce the world temperature by 2050, claiming that he does not know what other nations such as China will be doing to chip in.

The AAF “proudly leads the center-right on economic, domestic, and fiscal policy issues. It combines timely analysis and modern communications strategies to promote innovative, free-market solutions to build a stronger, more prosperous future,” the 501(c)(3) group says of themselves.

The wisdom of the prudent is to understand his way: but the folly of fools is deceit.

Proverbs 14:8

Every once in a while the truth is allowed to be revealed to the masses via the media and globalist networks, and this is one of the times. These idiots want to spend tens of trillions of dollars, something they call a “small” investment (!), and not even know if it’ll work and if other nations will do the same; ‘but we’re going to do it anyways because we have to save the planet!,’ they tell us.

As I have said many times before, none of this has to do with the climate, and a lot of what they want will make things worse. It’s all about control and tearing down the remains of the current framework so that the new one can be installed.

[7] Who goeth a warfare any time at his own charges? who planteth a vineyard, and eateth not of the fruit thereof? or who feedeth a flock, and eateth not of the milk of the flock? [8] Say I these things as a man? or saith not the law the same also? [9] For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen? [10] Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope. (1 Corinthians 9:7-10).

  • Why 93 trillion dollars? These Baal worshippers also say the sun is 93 million miles away from Earth. What say the gematria people on the number 93?

  • I don’t believe this has to do with real stewardship or environmentalism either. All a big transfer of wealth & power to men & women of Craft, highest up & deepest in. It proves to be exploitive, destructive, poisoning, & inefficient to the point of the ridiculous (and definitely un-sustainable) everywhere they’ve built this stuff. The only people benefitting being the crony contractors who shrug, pocket the money & move on temporarily, and the powers behind & driving the destructive ‘transformation’….& investors & gamblers who play the pretend & increasingly ‘fixed’ market.

I haven’t studied out 93 in biblical numbering, nor what the craft MYSTERY crew make of it, or pretend to make of it, with the gematria. I wouldn’t put it past the devil or his ministers though, to put some mystical, magical spin, supposed spell, on things; a boastful & inside knowledge wink, nudge or sign as Lucifer/Satan so covets:

But, you don’t have to be a Baal worshipper to use evident truth & to measure by objective & true science. By choice, how we handle & relate to truth & the word & Word & Godhead it reveals, will determine whether we see the type of Psalm 19 & the Sun of righteousness with healing in his wings of Malachi 4. To the pure all things are pure, & all it shows is the immensity of the creation the Lord spoke into existence & spread out, & his incredible power. It’s still spreading out, consisting by the Lord’s power, & they still haven’t found the end or edge of it.

What they can’t prove or disprove is geocentricity versus heliocentricity….which come down to the bottom line matter of choice & faith.

Studying ‘the high places’ actually showed a progression of gods & lords worshipped by the pagans, with Baal a god of sky, weather, thunder etc (rather like the evolved Thor), and worship of the sun distinct from him. This verse in particular struck me, the 40th time ‘high places’ appears in the King James Bible, hinting at & evidencing the hierarchy of Ephesians 6 which men yet under the sway of the prince of the power of the air (Ephesians 2 — Baal?) and the blinding god of this world (2 Cor 4). And I do find interesting the number of division & choice, 2, & of the Gospel, 4, that pops up continually studying these things.

40x 2Ki 23:5 And he put down the idolatrous priests, whom the kings of Judah had ordained to burn incense in the high places in the cities of Judah, and in the places round about Jerusalem; them also that burned incense unto Baal, to the sun, and to the moon, and to the planets, and to all the host of heaven.

Including the incense they burned to the true God, there are six things in that list of idolatrous offerings. And with 1 Corinthians 10 and Romans 8-11 considered, it appears that men knowing of God & his word in this dispensation of the Gentiles follow the same pattern of apostasy as those of Babel who knew of God through Noah & the patriarchs yet living, & later, the Jews with the Mosaic law & word in their biblical histories which are also evidentially manifested in visible & recorded history. Romans 1 KJB.

Makes this verse especially pertinent, too.

Revelation 11:18 And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth.

Incidentally, an exact search of “ninety and three” turns up nothing in the King James Bible. For the Bible believer, 3 x 3 x 10 and 3, does point to the Godhead & his dominion. The devil’s all about usurping & counterfeiting that, drawing the honor, glory & worship due only to God elsewhere & to himself. Choice & faith determining whether we receive the grace & truth of God’s word with its outcome & inheritance….or some corruption.
