Last week the Australian Army released a promo showcasing ever-advancing technology in warfare: a brain interface that allows the soldiers to control robot dogs with the power of their thoughts.
The interface looks like a typical virtual reality headset, but it is not an implant like Elon Musk’s Neuralink. The device monitors brain waves per an external google-like headset and then communicates that data into code for the robots to maneuver about. Artificial intelligence is also used to track and collect the thought patterns.
The Debrief added, ‘Although still in the testing stages, robotic systems that can be controlled by thoughts instead of verbal or physical commands could offer a significant technological advantage to militaries of the future.’
This collaboration focused on how we could create a brain robotic interface that will allow a soldier, rather than operating an autonomous system with a command console, to operate the system using brain signals.
Lieutenant Colonel Kate Tollenaar from the Robotic and Autonomous Systems Implementation and Coordination Office (RICO) of the Australian Army, said in a statement
The potential of the project is very broad. At its core, it’s translating brain waves into zeros and ones, and that can be implemented to a number of different systems.
What’s so exciting about this technology is it has the opportunity to be used with a number of different autonomous systems.
Sergeant Damien Robinson of the Army’s Combat Service Support Battalion, said
This technology enables me to not only control the ghost robot as well as monitor its video feed, but it allows me to be situationally aware of my surroundings as well as my team, to be able to control all movements of the battlefield clearance.
Sergeant Chandan Rana of the 1st/15th Royal New Lancers, added
This is very much an idea about what might be possible in the future. We’re really excited to see whether the technology might go and to work with our stakeholders to develop a wide range of use cases in order to better determine how we can support the military practitioner and the warfighter.

The thought of foolishness is sin: and the scorner is an abomination to men.
Proverbs 24:9
As I say many times over, all of the latest and greatest inventions and “innovations” nearly almost always stem from advancements in military technology, and ways to kill people.
As Sergeant Damien Robinson said, robot dogs are just the start of it: this will branch out into so much more. And if Australia is doing this, then you KNOW the United States, China, Russia, have this too and more.
[7] Who goeth a warfare any time at his own charges? who planteth a vineyard, and eateth not of the fruit thereof? or who feedeth a flock, and eateth not of the milk of the flock? [8] Say I these things as a man? or saith not the law the same also? [9] For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen? [10] Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope. (1 Corinthians 9:7-10).

Did not Henry Kissinger call solider dumb dogs and do they not wear a ‘dog collar’ identifier. I guess this is the 360 proof.
