Democratic Senator from West Virginia Joe Manchin III was one of the many delegates and guests at this year’s World Economic Forum summit meeting in Davos, Switzerland, which just wrapped-up yesterday.
He, like many others there, not just from the U.S., made it clear that more speech, opinions, and journalism needs to be prohibited.
Manchin’s opinions were made during a Tuesday session titled “America (Un)Bound” which discussed “What can we expect from a reshaped legislative landscape in the United States as it relates to domestic and foreign policy?”
Børge Brende, President of the World Economic Forum Geneva moderated the discussions, which were debated by all American politicians, some Republican and some Democrat; which also include:
- Brian Kemp – Governor of Georgia (R)
- Kyrsten Sinema – Senator from Arizona (I)
- Christopher A. Coons – Senator from Delaware (D)
- Maria Elvira Salazar – Congresswoman from Florida (R)
- Mikie Sherrill – Congresswoman from New Jersey (D)
- JB Pritzker – Governor of Illinois (D)
Pritzker recently signed a bill that outlaws assault weapons and some handguns, even though tons of sheriffs and police departments have said that they will not be enforcing the law.
During this session Manchin, like the rest of the panel, made sure to acknowledge and tip their hats to Zelensky and the Ukraine.
Roughly three-fourths of the way into the session Governor Pritzker was asked if there was a change in the “zeitgeist” in the country concerning elections and what the people want. Pritzker said that it has been very bipartisan but has become very difficult due to people and elected officials who “deny reality, especially people who are holding office” – alluding to things like election results denial, pro-Russian sentiment, Qanon ideology and more.
Manchin immediately chimed-in with his take on the situation.
The problem that we have is the open press system and basically all the platforms. So if you’re able to five social platforms, you can basically personify the extremes, somebody who is extremely Right and somebody who is extremely Left, and it seems like that is the majority speaking: they’re not the majority, but they’re basically trying everyone to make a decision.
Manchin’s statements drew ire from people on social media.
The next day Manchin tried to walk back these comments and whitewash his statements. He sat down for a brief interview with Fox News’ Maria Bartiromo. Interestingly enough, however, Bartiromo is a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader herself.
Nevertheless Manchin told Bartiromo that “I totally apologize,” and that he did not “explain it properly.” On top of that other Fox reporters doubled-down and praised Manchin and whitewashed his comments.

In full transparency, Democratic Senator from West Virginia Joe Manchin III is what I would call a “Genocidal Globalist,” who follows Precept Ten of the Georgia Guidestones, which is very seldom discussed, stating “Be not a Cancer upon the Earth; Leave Room for Nature.” Joe Manchin is of the opinion that 95% of the USA population are “Useless Eaters” who need to be euthanized as quickly as possible. “Look at downtown Chicago, Baltimore, or Los Angeles,” she has stated, “and you will clearly see why the Useless Eaters must be put down like rabid dogs.”
