The LA Wallet website explains that the app is more superior than a plastic card because “it is always current and receives live updates from the DMV to make sure your license information is up-to-date,” and “more importantly, few people leave home without their smartphone, so you’ll never be without your driver’s license.”

In a bid to reduce the number of young minds gaining access to pornography, and adults struggling with sex and porn addiction, the state of Louisiana is now mandating residents receive an official state digital ID in tandem with the LA Wallet – a government app that stores and allows the usage of mobile Driver’s Licenses (mDLs), and vaccine passports and other medical records. The app is accepted pretty much everywhere.

On December 28th a local Louisianian news station reported on the state’s policy change (HB 142) Republican state representative Laurie Schlegel introduced and ultimately passed in the summer, requiring age verification for sites that have 33.3% or more pornographic content on a website.

Pornography is destroying our children and they’re getting unlimited access to it on the internet and so if the pornography companies aren’t going to be responsible, I thought we need to go ahead and hold them accountable.

Schlegel said in an interview

Fox 8 Live wrote: ‘According to Schlegel, websites would verify someone’s age in collaboration with LA Wallet. So, if you plan on using these sites in the future, you may want to download the app.’

Schlegel also said that there will be penalties for those who fail to comply with the law, explaining that the sites are responsible for to guarantee age verification checks.

Someone could sue on behalf of their child; they can sue if children are getting access to pornography. So, it would be up to the user to sue the company for not verifying age first.

[Porn] is tied to some of the biggest societal ills of human trafficking and sexual assault. And in my own practice, the youngest we’ve ever seen is an 8-year-old.

She said

Sara Kelley, project manager with Envoc (the company that developed the app) also added,

I would say so. I mean, I think it’s a must-have for anyone who has a Louisiana state ID or driver’s license.

It doesn’t identify your date of birth, it doesn’t identify who you are, where you live, what part of the state you’re in, or any information from your device or from your actual ID. It just returns that age to say that yes, this person is old enough to be allowed to go in.

Kelley explained, noting that there are other ways sites could ask you to verify resident’s age if they cannot access the LA Wallet.

The downable LA Wallet app does more than store Louisianian’s mobile driver’s license, but can also store things like medical and insurance records, including vaccine passports.

The LA Wallet website explains that the app is more superior than a plastic card because “it is always current and receives live updates from the DMV to make sure your license information is up-to-date,” and “more importantly, few people leave home without their smartphone, so you’ll never be without your driver’s license.”

Being one of the younger legislators, I realized just how crucial our digital devices are to each of us in our everyday lives.

State Representative Ted James (Baton Rouge) said, who introduced the law (HB54) in October of 2020, and who “is also responsible for the law that made a digital credential available to Louisiana residents, making it the first of its kind in the United States.”

For example, the Wallet allows users to store their SMART Health Card on the app, which “are a verifiable record of your vaccination history or test results,” the state says.

It has a QR code that can be scanned to share your records with others if your choose. The SMART Health Cards integrated with LA Wallet currently contain only your COVID-19 vaccination status that is on record with the Louisiana Department of Health. In the future, COVID-19 test results may also be included.

The state government added

The Wallet is accepted at restaurants, bars, grocery stores, delivery, and other venues.

Businesses in the state are also incentivized to install the VerifyYou™ Pro system, providing “business owners with an easy tool for tracking all real-time age verifications.” This also grants businesses to adequately scan user’s Covid-19 vaccine passports and QR codes.

The WinePress recently detailed a “policy blueprint” published by 27 domestic and international corporations on how states should implement a digital ID. The talking points described by these companies are fairly similar to the arguments used to justify the LA Wallet.

AUTHOR COMMENTARY

It goes without saying that pornography is horrible, vile, abominable, and a vice; but this is a bait & switch the state of Louisiana is using to get the people to adopt their digital ID – a necessary framework (especially the smartphone agenda) to implement and mandate social credit scores, central bank digital currencies (CBDCs), vaccine passports, food ration IDs, and social media and internet behavioral points.

For the transgression of a land many are the princes thereof: but by a man of understanding and knowledge the state thereof shall be prolonged.

Proverbs 28:2

States and federal government could stomp-out pornography if they would just tax the daylights out of the industry, for example, but we all know that will NEVER happen; as the pornographic, prostitution, and child trafficking ventures are EXTREMELY profitable.

Rather, they are once again using the classic Problem. Reaction. Solution, method: let the porn industry grow and flourish by shoving it in everyone’s face, and giving people a smartphone to easily access it whenever; wait for people to get royally screwed-up, addicted, and more perverted than before, getting a sickening amount of children to see it and know it at very young ages; and then introduce the digital trap – that ultimately funnels into a much larger and all-encompassing goal ‘they’ have.

We have not even gotten through a single week of 2023 and the proliferation of digital IDs are being ramrodded down our throats. As I warned before Christmas, I instructed readers to enjoy this past holiday season because it very well may be our last ‘decent’ one for a while; for 2023 will prove to be a wild ride, as we must do what we can to fight and resist this movement, and warn others in the process.

[7] Who goeth a warfare any time at his own charges? who planteth a vineyard, and eateth not of the fruit thereof? or who feedeth a flock, and eateth not of the milk of the flock? [8] Say I these things as a man? or saith not the law the same also? [9] For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen? [10] Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope. (1 Corinthians 9:7-10).

  • Louisiana is one wicked state, and their judgement is just yet begun.
I thank and praise the LORD that I no longer look at pornography and He’s giving me the strength and the grace to fight against and resist that poison.
But they love their fornication and sex perversion and this is a foreshadowing of what’s yet to come during the Time Of Jacob’s Trouble.

    Revelation 9:21

“Neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts.

  • It’s not okay for young kids, but if you’re old enough, just go ahead and wallow in pornography like a pig in mud and excrement. Great.

  • Wow. And appropriate for Catholic Louisiana! This is so classical sin tax blameshifting & controlling through the manipulation of the ‘little peoples’ sins while getting rich off of them, & indulging in even worse abominations…then filming & sharing the debauchery. Also useful for extortion. Guess what happens when the big antichrist swing ‘right’ comes in? The perverse saviors & Antichrist will be after all these ‘outed’ porn consumers & LGBTQ+ stuff while distancing themselves from the sin they lead & major in! Handling it like they did booze & Prohibition, drugs black market & white market… Come soon Lord Jesus.
