“Fines of up to $111,000 for individuals ($555,000 for corporations) as well as a potential prison sentence for anyone found guilty of bullying children or abusing adults by posting ‘seriously harmful content’ online,” the government suggests.

In April, 2021, the Australian government floated out the idea of implementing a new mandatory social media identification system that would require upwards of 100 points of identification to use and interact with social media, that would also grant the police to have total access and constant surveillance over what Aussies post, in a purported bid to stymie “online abuse” and “bad behavior” such as bullying and trolling.

These compulsory measures would also affect online dating sites and apps, including videogame downloaders and the games themselves, such as the voicechat and direct messaging.

This recommendation is buried within a 471 page document titled “Inquiry into family, domestic and sexual violence,” courtesy of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia.

“In order to open or maintain an existing social media account, customers should be required by law to identify themselves to a platform using 100 points of identification, in the same way as a person must provide identification for a mobile phone account, or to buy a mobile SIM card.

Social media platforms must provide those identifying details when requested by the eSafety Commissioner, law enforcement or as directed by a court.

Points of identification would include things like drivers license, healthcare and insurance cards, social security, birth certificates, credit cards, and other “passports.”

Clarification: the “points” do not represent an unique document for each (i.e. not 100 different documents). Rather, according to The Australian Federal Police, a wide of array of documents and points of identification are assigned to a point system where some of documents are worth more than others. For example, a birth certificate or drivers license would be worth 70 points, whereas a utility bill would only be worth 20 points.

As for implementing for this, a spokesperson for Facebook said the were reviewing the suggestions found in the proposals and would “continue to work with the government as they consider the recommendations.”

Info Security Magazine reports that the government also considers ‘a “substantial increase” in criminal penalties and fines for technology-facilitated abuse was also called for in the report, as a way to deter netizens from “errant behavior.’’’

Since the recommendations were published in April of last year, they have yet to have been mandated. However, if they were to be (based on the originally proposed framework made available to the public), those who are accused and tagged for abuse, bullying, and what the state deems as riffraff; ‘fines of up to $111,000 for individuals ($555,000 for corporations) as well as a potential prison sentence for anyone found guilty of bullying children or abusing adults by posting ‘seriously harmful content’ online,’ The Big Smoke noted.

Australia’s News 9′ The Today Show briefly reported on this proposal over a year ago as well.

Keyboard warriors beware – a plan to crack down on social media abuse is being considered by the government, with users facing defamation suits and fines for bad behaviour. Users could soon have to submit 100 points of identification, lifting the veil of anonymity.

The Today Show said via a Twitter post

Even though these proposals have not yet been implemented they are still being considered.

In an email to AFP a spokesperson for the Australian Department of Social Affairs said ‘a formal response to the inquiry’s report by the Australian government is expected in 2023,’ AFP reported.

Notwithstanding Australia has incrementally been working to implement quasi-social credit scores and payment systems.

For example, The WinePress reported in September of this year that megabanks in the country are for implementing a national digital ID system for transactions for 2023. Since then one of these banks are offering carbon footprint tracking in the form of a lukewarm social credit score, some of which is compulsory, while other aspects involve incentivization for doing things that are deemed environmentally friendly, The WP reported in October.

Furthermore, The WP once again reported this month that Australia has unveiled their new “MyGov” app that allows for digital banking, managing public and private documents and services, and store important information like a Covid vaccine passport.

In May of 2021 The WinePress detailed a coming new system to use the internet that would implement what the World Economic Forum and other participating groups refer to as people’s “Digital quotient” (DQ) – a retroactive score that parallels an intelligence quotient test (IQ), but monitors how well user’s act and behave online:

AUTHOR COMMENTARY

The year 2023, as I have said, is shaping up to be a quite stress-filled year, which is putting it quite mildly to say the least.

The reason why the draconian Australian government has not implemented this yet is because the current national and world frameworks have not yet been destroyed and uprooted. 2023 will be the year that many of these nails in the coffin will finally be hammered in. The system and economy must finally be allowed to implode. Thus, in the midst of the fallout and disarray, coupled with deep poverty, famine, pestilence, and death; the world governments will then start to rollout their CBDCs, social credit scores, vaccine passports, food IDs, DQs, you name it.

Similar to Nigeria, I suspect that the CBDCs, for example, will not be mandated in most places next year, but heavily incentivized at first. Then once the crashes are allowed to take place, then the new system can be mandated. It should be noted that the desperate people will BEG and PLEAD for the government to enslave them some more. All the government has to do is go after people’s bank accounts, food and water supply, and their smartphones; and the people will flock to it like flies on a turd!

To have respect of persons is not good: for for a piece of bread that man will transgress.

Proverbs 28:21

Get ready to fight hard in 2023, because the battle will be taxing.

[1] Woe to her that is filthy and polluted, to the oppressing city! [2] She obeyed not the voice; she received not correction; she trusted not in the LORD; she drew not near to her God. [3] Her princes within her are roaring lions; her judges are evening wolves; they gnaw not the bones till the morrow. [4] Her prophets are light and treacherous persons: her priests have polluted the sanctuary, they have done violence to the law. [5] The just LORD is in the midst thereof; he will not do iniquity: every morning doth he bring his judgment to light, he faileth not; but the unjust knoweth no shame. [6] I have cut off the nations: their towers are desolate; I made their streets waste, that none passeth by: their cities are destroyed, so that there is no man, that there is none inhabitant. [7] I said, Surely thou wilt fear me, thou wilt receive instruction; so their dwelling should not be cut off, howsoever I punished them: but they rose early, and corrupted all their doings. [8] Therefore wait ye upon me, saith the LORD, until the day that I rise up to the prey: for my determination is to gather the nations, that I may assemble the kingdoms, to pour upon them mine indignation, even all my fierce anger: for all the earth shall be devoured with the fire of my jealousy.

Zephaniah 3:1-8

[7] Who goeth a warfare any time at his own charges? who planteth a vineyard, and eateth not of the fruit thereof? or who feedeth a flock, and eateth not of the milk of the flock? [8] Say I these things as a man? or saith not the law the same also? [9] For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen? [10] Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope. (1 Corinthians 9:7-10).
