On September 22nd, The California Air Resources Board (CARB) officially voted on legislation that will see the end of natural gas heaters and furnaces in the state by the year 2030.
Having already banned gas-powered lawn mowers, leaf blowers, chainsaws, and gas-operated tools and small contraptions by 2030; and earlier this year banning the sale of new gas-powered vehicles by 2035 – to then a week later incentivize residents with a rebate check to not even own any type of car – California reportedly wants to continue to fight climate change and reduce emissions, by now banning these gas-powered appliances and what are viewed as necessities by many by the year 2030.
Late last year The WinePress reported that New York was planning on doing something similar to California, by prohibiting gas hookups in any new building constructed. Ultimately that motion was passed, according to Energy Live News.
New York City Mayor Eric Adams tweeted at the time,
NYC just made history by banning gas usage in new buildings! THIS is how you invest in a sustainable future, protect public health, create good paying jobs and END the era of fossil fuels. Thank you to the
@NYCCouncil
for getting this done.If our city can do it, any city can.
Well, the whole state of California is now doing something identical.
According to the “2022 State Strategy for the State Implementation Plan:”
The primary goal of this measure is to reduce emissions from new residential and commercial space and water heaters sold in California. CARB would set an emission standard for space and water heaters to go into effect in 2030.
Through meaningful engagement with communities and the process outlined below, CARB would adopt a statewide zero-emission standard which would have criteria pollutant benefits as a key result along with GHG reductions.
Beginning in 2030, 100 percent of sales of new space heaters and water heaters would need to comply with the emission standard. CARB would design any such standard in collaboration with energy and building code regulators, and with air districts, to ensure it was consistent with all state and local efforts, and would work carefully with communities to consider any housing cost or affordability impacts, recognizing that reducing emissions from space and water heaters can generate health benefits and cost-savings with properly designed standards.
CARB understands that this measure needs to be part of a suite of equity-promoting and complementary building decarbonization policies deeply informed by public process that include scaling back natural gas infrastructure, expanding construction of zero-emission buildings, and building a sustainable market by increasing affordability and accessibility through expanding incentive programs, ensuring utility rates are supportive of electrification, developing the workforce, and increasing consumer education.
Although this measure is the only component appropriate for including in the SIP, before setting an emission standard, CARB will work in collaboration with other agencies, industry, environmental stakeholders, and community representatives to ensure that the measure is developed and implemented in an equitable manner to benefit low-income and disadvantaged communities. As such, community engagement will be a critical aspect of the entire process.
Furthermore, as this proposal is developed, this measure may be expanded to include other end-uses.
In a press release from CARB, the group wrote:
The 2022 State Implementation Plan (SIP) Strategy includes an unprecedented variety of new measures to reduce emissions from sources under the state’s authority using all mechanisms available to transition away from combustion through regulations along with incentive and voluntary programs. Strategies outlined in the plan build on measures and commitments already made and range from the Advanced Clean Truck Measures and In-Use Locomotive Measure to a proposed zero-emissions space and water heaters measure, measures to reduce emissions from consumer products, and more.
The total net cost of the 2022 State SIP Strategy is estimated as $96.2 billion, which includes $33.8 billion in CARB measures and $62.3 billion in measures that require federal actions between 2023 and 2037 with an annual cost of $8.8 billion. These costs do not reflect the potential health and environmental benefits of attaining the federal ambient air quality standards.
We need to take every action we can to deliver on our commitments to protect public health from the adverse impacts of air pollution, and this strategy identifies how we can do just that.
CARB Chair Liane Randolph stated:
While this strategy will clean the air for all Californians, it will also lead to reduced emissions in the many low-income and disadvantaged communities that experience greater levels of persistent air pollution. But to truly meet the ozone standard, California needs more federal action to clean up harmful diesel pollution from primarily federally controlled sources, from locomotives and ocean-going vessels to aircraft, which are all concentrated in communities that continue to bear the brunt of poor air quality. We simply cannot provide clean air to Californians without the federal government doing its part.

As CARB makes sure to point out that this move can be expanded upon to ban even more gas extremities and appliances – these actions perfectly align with the Absolute Zero Agenda goals for 2030 and thereafter:
[By 2030] Electric heat pumps replace gas boilers, and building retrofits (air tightness, insulation and external shading) expand rapidly. [By 2050] Program[s] to provide all interior heat with heat pumps and energy retrofits for all buildings.Gas cookers phased out rapidly in favor of electric hobs and ovens. Fridges, freezers and washing machines become smaller [by 2030]. [Thereafter], Electrification of all appliances and reduction in size to cut power requirement.
Wind and solar supplies grow as rapidly as possible, with associated storage and distribution. Rapid expansion in electrification of end-uses [by 2030]. [Afterwards a]Four-fold increase in renewable generation from 2020, all non-electrical motors and heaters phased out.
Rapid reduction in supply and use of all fossil fuels, except for oil for plastic production [by 2030]. Fossil fuels completed phased out [by 2050].
This congruent and priming the masses for the smart cities by 2030. EVERYTHING is electrified and plugged into the grid system. It has ZERO to do with carbon and emissions, but having perfect surveillance and mitigation of people’s actions. Combine this with a smart meter and that particular takeover in that space would be mostly complete…
Moreover, even though this bill takes effect in 2030, this will still force companies and contractors to not want to install or repair these gas-powered extremities, and force these tradesmen to bounce or ditch their line of work.
[7] Who goeth a warfare any time at his own charges? who planteth a vineyard, and eateth not of the fruit thereof? or who feedeth a flock, and eateth not of the milk of the flock? [8] Say I these things as a man? or saith not the law the same also? [9] For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen? [10] Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope. (1 Corinthians 9:7-10).

So, it will be back to the nineteenth century & tuberculosis….burning MUCH dirtier things; while the self-righteous play pretend & kid themselves how ‘good’ they are in their ‘clean’, ‘smart’, sterile of life & truth cities (courtesy of the ripping off, murder & rape of others & their environments).

Some things never change, and there is truly nothing new under the sun.

Figures it would be NYC and California at the fore. The land of fruits and nuts: sodomites and allies and befuddled drug addicts, the star struck, and idolators at large. Mob central, East and West.
