But the governor did not want to ban transgenders from participating in women’s sports as well.

Yesterday a new law went into effect that allows Hoosiers to carry their pistol and sidearms with a licensed conceal and carry permit.

According to state House Bill 1296, the legislation however does make it a crime if Hoosiers are carrying a gun unlawfully, which depending on the circumstance, can result in a misdemeanor or felony.

The list of people that can not lawfully carry a gun are as follows:

  • those convicted of a federal or state offense punishable by more than one year
    • except for crimes such as antitrust violations, unfair trade practices, restraints of trade, and other offenses related to the regulation of business practices
  • fugitives from justice
  • those not lawfully in the United States
  • those convicted of crimes of domestic violence, domestic battery or criminal stalking
  • those restrained by a protection order
  • those under indictment
  • those who have been determined by a court to be dangerous to themselves or others
  • those who have been determined by a court to lack the mental capacity to contract or manage their own affairs
  • those committed to a mental institution
  • those dishonorably discharged from military service or the National Guard
  • those who renounce their United States citizenship
  • those under 18 years old
  • those under 23 who have been previously found by the court to be a delinquent child.

Those who brake that criterium face one year in prison and a fine of up to $5,000. If the situation presents itself, it could result in a level 5 felony – the same category as manslaughter, robbery without injury or criminal recklessness – which can result in one to six years in jail.

This would be triggered if these edicts are broken:

  • the offense is committed on or in school property, within 500 feet of school property, or on a school bus
  • the person has a prior conviction of unlawful carrying of a firearm
  • the person has a prior conviction of carrying a handgun without a license before the law was repealed
  • the person has been convicted of a felony within 15 years

No Vaccines, No Guns. U.S. Government Could Potentially Steal Citizen’s Firearms For Not Getting Vaccinated

It’s going to embolden those that are already illegally possessing weapons to walk around freely with them, knowing that law enforcement has limited opportunities to engage them, especially if they’re not involved in any other criminal activity.

Those who are prohibited from holding a weapon are going to be able to do so freely without many checks in law enforcement, and that’s not very good for our community since we are combatting gun violence all over.

Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department Assistant Chief Chris Bailey wrote an opinion piece in the Indianapolis Star

Policing in Indiana is at a crossroads, and more people are leaving than are coming, and there’s only so much that we’re going to be able to do.

With the applicants that we used to have who would apply to carry a handgun in Indiana, we’re not doing mental health checks anymore.

It should be that Senator Todd Young broke Republican party lines and voted to pass Biden and Democrat’s recent gun reform laws:

On top of Indiana’s move to allow permitless sidearms, 14 other bills went into effect to start off the month of July.

Of those bills, one of them prohibits transgender females (biological men who say they are a woman) from participating in girl’s sports, but Governor Eric Holcomb vetoed this bill, but ultimately was overruled by both chambers in May.

Holcomb said this doesn’t provide a consistent policy for “fairness in K-12 sports.” The ACLU of Indiana has also filed a lawsuit against the mandate.

Eric Holcomb was a guest and speaker at this year’s World Economic Forum conference in Davos.

Holcomb has also chastised Hoosiers who did not want to get a Covid-19 vaccine, telling the media that it is a “pandemic of the unvaccinated:

Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb Frustrated With Hoosiers Who Refuse To Get Vaccinated

Of the other bills that went into effect yesterday, the Indiana General Assembly also voted to increase access for electric charging stations for electric vehicles (EVs).

Fox 59 says, ‘The measure allows businesses to make EV charging equipment available for public use and charge for the service by kilowatt hour and/or the amount of time spent in a charging space. The measure authorizes the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission to determine price structures. The IURC can also approve public use pilot programs for electric vehicle services, such as electric buses that primarily serve the public.’

With Holcomb yoking up with the WEF, you have to wonder what the true intentions of this bill to allow permitless guns are truly intended to do. With the overturn of Roe Vs. Wade, and other societal collapses, this could be designed to try ramp up the damage and killings. Nevertheless, I still welcome allowing people to carry their guns without a permit.

However, beware of the vaccine rules that could comeback to bite us. If the nation or state views us as a threat for not getting vaccinated, we could be placed on a “no fly” list, which then means we cannot legally obtain a firearm. Therefore get your guns and ammo now, if in the event that happens.

Holcomb is not to be trusted: he is another sellout scumbag that is in “the club.” But hey, your vote matters, right?

If thou seest the oppression of the poor, and violent perverting of judgment and justice in a province, marvel not at the matter: for he that is higher than the highest regardeth; and there be higher than they.

Ecclesiastes 5:8

[7] Who goeth a warfare any time at his own charges? who planteth a vineyard, and eateth not of the fruit thereof? or who feedeth a flock, and eateth not of the milk of the flock? [8] Say I these things as a man? or saith not the law the same also? [9] For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen? [10] Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope. (1 Corinthians 9:7-10).

  • I’m your neighbor in Ohio. They also just passed no permit carry as well. I always carried anyways without a permit

  • Two thoughts. 1) Holcomb has all the earmarks of an authoritarian Luciferian…Druid variety. And, 2) passing these gun laws like they are, could this be an attempt at justifying firing 90 shots at the slightest excuse & riddling potential troublemakers for the system with bullet holes? Amongst the ‘collateral damage’, that is? That is so classically Rome, & thinking Moravia and Eastern Europe historically, France & places like Beziers before & in the same time frame. Then the Asian destabilization with allowing China to fall to communism, the Viet Nam debacle, the bloody Khmer Rouge of Cambodia etc. The Bamboo & Iron curtains allowing all sorts of evil actions & experimentation away from the prying eyes of free people & Bible preaching Christians. The immigration schemes of the nineteenth century, the terrors of the North Ireland troubles. And, later, the Middle Eastern set-up & immigration destabilization. It’s no wonder God is judging.

And the context of this verse is sobering to consider: Isaiah 9:16 For the leaders of this people cause them to err; and they that are led of them are destroyed.

The blessing is that there is more likelihood for repentance & the sparing of a remnant from the little people, the humble….even coming in terrible chastising judgment. Little hope for the rich & powerful who tend to put their hope & faith there, in themselves & in the proud & cruel spirit behind all of that.
