These three-bedroom and two-bathroom homes, which also include a deck and swimming pool, will cost $595,000 right out of the gate.

Solar Smart Grid

The state of California recently just launched its first 100% renewable energy microgrid that can service multitudes of customers, is now fully operational for the Redwood Coast-Humboldt County Airport and U.S. Coast Guard Air Station.

The Redwood Coast Airport Microgrid (RCAM), supported by a handful of different energy companies and investors, ‘features a 2.2-megawatt (MW) solar photovoltaic array that is DC-coupled to a 2-MW (9 megawatt-hour) battery energy storage system, comprised of three Tesla Megapacks,’ Smart Cities World reports. The smart grid also has a built-in control system that links with Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E), providing protection and isolation devices.

New Smart Grids Are Touted As Effective Way To Save Massive Amounts Of Energy For Climate Control

The Redwood Coast Airport Microgrid has ushered in a new and exciting era for the electric grid in California. With its successful deployment and the development of new microgrid agreements and tariffs, RCAM has become a role model and beacon to communities across the state who are striving to green their energy supply and bolster their resilience in the face of climate change.

Said Peter Lehman, founding director of the Schatz Centre and project lead

RCEA’s goal is to provide our customers with 100 percent carbon-free electricity by 2025, and 100 percent local carbon-free electricity by 2030. This project is a major milestone for our clean energy and resilience efforts.

Said Matthew Marshall, executive director of RCEA. Smart Cities World noted that RCEA works closely with schools, fire departments, tribes, and other local agencies to support community resilience across the North Coast.

‘During standard blue-sky operations, RCAM generates clean energy for the North Coast and participates in the California Independent System Operator (CAISO) wholesale energy markets, including the day-ahead, real-time, and ancillary services markets,’ Smart Cities World further describes.

World’s First 3D Printed Community

Ditching the traditional and conventional forms of construction, American homebuilder company Palari has partnered with Sinarmas Land Limited (SML), a real estate conglomerate headquartered in Singapore; to create a neighborhood that is made with modernized 3D printing practices, for a more sustainable and net-zero home.

CNN reported on the early development of this small community in 2021, where the homes are being placed in on a five-acre parcel of land in Rancho Mirage in Coachella Valley, near Palm Springs.

The homes are single-story, 1,450 square feet, and are made from ‘a stone composite material that is strong, fire resistant, water resistant and termite proof,’ Palari Group’s founder and CEO Basil Starr told CNN in a statement.

In wood frame construction there’s a significant waste that is generated for the home that’s being built, it’s about two tons of waste that goes into landfills. And with 3D printing, it’s a revolutionary way of building that completely eliminates that unnecessary waste.

Starr said

Starr additionally noted, ‘the homes will be made of modular panels that are printed out by their partner Mighty Buildings at a facility in Oakland and are assembled at the building site “kind of like Lego blocks.”‘

‘The company, a graduate of Y Combinator’s tech accelerator, also uses its own proprietary 3D printing substance, Light Stone Material (LSN), which hardens almost instantly when exposed to UV light. “It literally freezes in air,” says Slava Solonitsyn, Mighty Builders CEO and co-founder. The company also claims that LSN is four times lighter than concrete, not to mention resistant to heat, fire, and water damage,’ reported by Dornob.

Smart Cities World wrote, ‘The company builds homes that are net zero energy consumption and it claims its construction methods eliminate 90 percent of waste associated with traditionally built homes. They are built off-site, which minimizes environmental impact and the building materials used are mold and fire-resistant.’

We are very excited to announce our strategic partnership with SML Group; [its] rich experience and successful track record in developing smart, sustainable, and affordable cities perfectly align with Palari’s vision of becoming America’s leading developer of sustainable technology-focused communities.

Basil Starr added

Palari says they want to make a difference and have aligned themselves in trying to following the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

The houses will be powered by solar, and have the choice also attaching Tesla Powerwall, outdoors showers, and more.

These three-bedroom and two-bathroom homes, which also include a deck and swimming pool, will cost $595,000 right out of the gate. ‘Buyers will be able to add a smaller, two-bedroom, one-bath secondary residence on the property for another $255,000,’ CNN notes.

[48] He is like a man which built an house, and digged deep, and laid the foundation on a rock: and when the flood arose, the stream beat vehemently upon that house, and could not shake it: for it was founded upon a rock. [49] But he that heareth, and doeth not, is like a man that without a foundation built an house upon the earth; against which the stream did beat vehemently, and immediately it fell; and the ruin of that house was great.

Luke 6:48-49

These new smart and “renewable” homes are all apart of the Absolute Zero Agenda for the years 2030 and 2050. Observe some of the goals:

[By 2030] Reduced demand for iron ore and limestone as blast furnace iron and cement reduces. Increased demand for materials for electrification. [Afterwards] Iron ore and Limestone phased out while metal scrap supply chain expands greatly and develops with very high precision sorting.

[By 2030] Steel recycling grows while cement and blast furnace iron reduce; some plastics with process emissions reduce. [Afterwards] Cement and new steel phased out along with emitting plastics. Steel recycling grows. Aluminum, paper reduced with energy supply.

[By 2030] Reduced cement supply compensated by improved material efficiency, new steel replaced by recycled steel. [Afterwards] All conventional mortar and concrete phased out, all steel recycled. Focus on retrofit and adaption of existing buildings.

[By 2030] Material efficiency becomes prominent as material supply contracts. [Afterwards] Most goods made with 50% as much material, many now used for twice as long.

As for this new smart grid hooey, mainstream media and even Biden have said that we will more than likely have blackouts this summer, and the launch of this grid will only further that.

[7] Who goeth a warfare any time at his own charges? who planteth a vineyard, and eateth not of the fruit thereof? or who feedeth a flock, and eateth not of the milk of the flock? [8] Say I these things as a man? or saith not the law the same also? [9] For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen? [10] Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope. (1 Corinthians 9:7-10).

  • Rancho Mirage….and the sin & folly of man in this is so apparent. Even the history of the town & its name is a ‘typo’! So much for man, his dreams, & his godlike technology! But they’re going to 3-D print a new reality flawlessly as gods? What could go wrong? https://www.cactushugs.com/coachella-meaning/

I know this relates to Israel, but seems appropriate to the unnatural branches graffed in at this time, too….and to those Gentiles utterly rejecting the light and salvation offered them through the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ according to the scriptures, & not their vain, filthy & perverse idolatrous dreams.
Zechariah 10:2 For the idols have spoken vanity, and the diviners have seen a lie, and have told false dreams; they comfort in vain: therefore they went their way as a flock, they were troubled, because there was no shepherd.
