Scumbag YouTuber Lies And Fabricates His Entire Life For Views And Profit At The Audience’s Expense

Someone completely fabricating their life and personality online is certainly nothing new and earth-shattering: it’s rather par for the course and to be expected when encountering practically everyone you meet online and social media. Just as with so-called “reality” television and professional wrestling, so too with clout chasers on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.

Recently a new hour and thirty minute documentary popped up in my recommend feed on YouTube, titled “”PSYCHO FAMILY” – (Full McJuggerNuggets Documentary).” This video comes way of the popular YouTube channel McJuggerNuggets, currently sitting at 4.1 million subscribers to date, hosted by Jesse Ridgeway.

Many years ago I used to watch some of McJuggerNuggets content prior to the Lord saving me, and a little bit thereafter. I was late to the party but I caught up on the drama quickly. Normally I could careless about this type of stuff, but admittedly my carnal curiosity was peaked because I used to watch some of these videos wayback when, and I found myself listening to the whole documentary while doing other work and research. But since I dedicated time to watching it I figured I might as well get something out of it by writing a short post on it.

To summarize, Jesse was a young adult transitioning out of high school and into the adult life. At the time becoming a YouTuber and social media influencer as a career was starting to finally stick, and Jesse was one who wanted to take advantage of this trend and opportunity. Jesse was this super spoiled and entailed kid whose parents let him have whatever he wanted, and whined, cried, kicked, screamed, and was basically rewarded for his behavior with little to no punishment – the cliché Millennial and first wave of Gen-Z. Jesse wanted to be a professional gamer and vlogger, and so that’s what he did. But his dad wanted no part of it and started to take aggressive action against his son, where he started destroying his son’s videogame consoles, videogames, and so on. These short videos depicting the carnage went extremely viral, as Jesse continued to grow his online popularity and make it a career and source of income. His dad and he reached some sort of mutual agreement and Jesse continued to film and grow his audience, eventually involving his brother and other family members. But the carnage continued to get worse and worse, with Jesse parent’s getting divorced, fallout with his brother, friends, and ultimately leading to this climax of him killing his dad and then running away to Switzerland to escape prosecution, and contemplating suicide and ultimately fading away from the internet to clear his identity.

Sounds “psycho” right? It’s because it is and every single person involved is: because every last little bit of it was FAKED. But the kicker is is he told no one online that it was fake, and went to great lengths to deceive his audience and members of his physical community that it was all real life, and that he and his family really are that insane; to an online audience that primarily consisted of young children who do not have the ability to properly discern what they see and hear (though practically everyone nowadays are a bunch of vegetables).

I know some of this probably makes no sense to some people reading this who are not familiar with this guy’s YouTube videos, and me trying to give the full detailed context of the plotline is not really all that important anyways; other than the fact that this “man” and his entire family completely fabricated their lives for views and money. Again, this is not “earth-shattering” or some smoking gun: this is pretty typical for just about anything you see online, or even in person at this point. People are so superficial and artificial anymore. As my dad would call it, “saranwrap:” it’s fake and see-through.

But for an example of what I am talking about and the type content that Ridgway put out, here is his most viewed video to date, at over 44 million views, where his dad steals and shreds his video games with a lawnmower, and Jesse flips out like a profane social justice warrior and a guy possessed with a devil.

As discussed in the interview, this video like all the rest turned out to be completely staged and scripted, and none of it was real. But most people, including me, for many years thought that it was. After all, it was not uncommon to see videos in a similar fashion such as this popping up on YouTube and Facebook of negligent parents who finally had enough of their kid’s total lack of respect, manners, attention, and utter slothfulness; and destroyed their phones and videogame consoles.

But the reason why I am even making a post about this is just to remind readers to be extremely careful about what you see and hear online, and in person. This was not a mainstream crew or a professional set of Hollywood actors and producers: these were some degenerates from a small town in Pittsgrove, New Jersey, who literally picked up a camera, and started producing fake videos for views and money.

After the “series” came to a conclusion and it was revealed that the whole thing was staged, a third party team came to interview Jesse and the rest of the family about all the behind scenes of the Psycho Series, the motivation, the scripts, and the lengths the family went to coverup how totally fabricated their lives were.

After the interviewer sat down with Jesse to begin the interview, he asked Jesse: “You lied to millions of people over the years online, tell me why that’s okay.” Then this godless reprobate and conscious-less Cretan looks dead into the camera and says:

I never lied. I was playing a character throughout – I was not myself, it was acting. It was not a lie, I never lied once.

Interviewer: But you portrayed it as real life so people thought that it was real. Is that okay?

Jesse: That is correct. I don’t think that there was anything wrong with it.

Interviewer: So why should I know believe that you are going to tell the truth?

Jesse: Because I am done – with the [Psycho] Series. The videos were fake.

Are we surprised by his answer? I know I am not, and it is to expected. Apparently it’s okay to lie, cheat, steal, and extort multi-millions of people worldwide, and in the community, for years and years for your own personal gain; and then convince himself his froward and duplicitous actions were more than just.

[12] A naughty person, a wicked man, walketh with a froward mouth. [13] He winketh with his eyes, he speaketh with his feet, he teacheth with his fingers; [14] Frowardness is in his heart, he deviseth mischief continually; he soweth discord. [15] Therefore shall his calamity come suddenly; suddenly shall he be broken without remedy.

[18] As a mad man who casteth firebrands, arrows, and death, [19] So is the man that deceiveth his neighbour, and saith, Am not I in sport?

There are a plethora of verses that describe these degenerates, but those two passages I think really encapsulate it; and how these sickos throughout the video never blush or show remorse for their years and years of lying, and actually were quite giddy and happy to support Jesse in his videos. His dad, Jeffrey Sr., the co-star of the dramatization, could be seen glowing with pride throughout the interview, as he was having one of those “proud dad” moments, and thought it no evil that he, his son, and rest of the family have lied and stolen for years on end.

And, oh by the way: Jesse and the family continued to script new series of videos, whereby they integrated the entire story of the Psycho Series into a new one where they pretended to acknowledge that the first series was totally fake, but the new ones were real and that was who they really were – even though the same video structure and substance of the videos (stereotypical Millennial humor and entertainment of yelling, screaming, and destroying things) were identical.

That’s all that these people know how to do: lie, lie, and lie some more. As Proverbs 23:7 says, “For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he: Eat and drink, saith he to thee; but his heart is not with thee.” They played the part as psychopaths well, because they are psychopaths. Healthline medically defines psychopathy as having the following traits:

• behavior that conflicts with social norms
• disregarding or violating the rights of others
• inability to distinguish between right and wrong
• difficulty with showing remorse or empathy
• tendency to lie often
• manipulating and hurting others
• recurring problems with the law
• general disregard toward safety and responsibility
• expressing anger and arrogance on a regular basis
• lack deep emotional connections
• have a superficial charm about them
• be very aggressive
• get very angry sometimes

Additionally, people with ASPD may not react as if they have hurt someone, and they may be impulsive or abusive and may lack remorse. In the case of ASPD, abusive doesn’t necessarily mean violent.

Heathline says

Of course, the fields of psychology and psychiatry are just pseudo-sciences that remove sin and anything spiritual from the equation; but you get the point.

And as for Proverbs 26:18-19 as noted previously, that is the classic alibi for every videogame zombie and idolater, and all liars who have no remorse, that when they get caught and called out for their frowardness and destruction they cause or revel in, they just say ‘it was all a big joke, I’m joking, it was fake and just for fun.’ It’s all fun games – at your own expense of course; while they rake in the dough and laugh all the way to the bank.

Oh, and on top of that, the dad, Jeffrey Sr., served as a member of the township committee for many years, including one year as mayor and eight years as deputy mayor – while they were filming the entire series. Eventually the pressure got too much and he had to stepdown just to perpetuate the lie!

But, I have been quoting this passage a lot lately, but it really does describe this family well:

[11]There is a generation that curseth their father, and doth not bless their mother. [12] There is a generation that are pure in their own eyes, and yet is not washed from their filthiness. [13] There is a generation, O how lofty are their eyes! and their eyelids are lifted up. [14] There is a generation, whose teeth are as swords, and their jaw teeth as knives, to devour the poor from off the earth, and the needy from among men.

Proverbs 30:11-14

As for Jesse’s aforementioned comment about not lying, his mother, Terry, who also played a greater role later in production, admitted that:

I didn’t like lying, I don’t like lying at all. I was raised not to lie so- But I guess Jesse pretty much persuaded me like he always does.

She of course is not innocent, but at least she was at least willing to admit that she routinely lied, unlike her deplorable son.

As explained in the documentary this below video – that I guess stands as a “prologue” to the Psycho Series – was filmed in late December 2012, where the family scripted a video of where the kid was told to not play so many videogames, but the dad walks in on him and takes his Xbox 360 and burns it in the fireplace, and then throws it around outside.

As described by Jesse,

I made the first video […] as a joke. I wanted to basically go really over the top with my dad, and have him break a console.

It was just a joke: one-off video. Then people thought it was real, and I’m just like ‘Why? This isn’t real: I was overacting, I was screaming like a little b****. How could you possibly think that was legitimate?’ Then it got a million views but it was a slow burn.

[After the videogame shredding video blew up a year later], I need to conceptualize a story around this. If people are still buying this, after I’m ripping off my clothes and screaming to the heavens, let’s see how far we can take it.

So I came up with this story, I set an end date, and I fleshed out some characters, and made the Psycho Series.

As later discussed in the interview, Jesse’s girlfriend Juliette, who also participated in some of the videos, said that she had a hard time coming to terms with the fact that they were lying, and that there were no disclaimers compared to cable shows, and “kids were going to believe that” what they saw was true, she said.

To speed up some of the documentary, as the script expanded, some leaks did get out that it was all fake, but these liars quickly adopted that into their script and made quick adjustments to cover their tracks – apparently because some of the leaks were large at the time but still managed to pull it off. But as the story expanded Jesse also worked secular jobs at real places (but the videos were still scripted), but since the public did not know this, Jesse and family managed to destroy the reputation of several businesses, and put one out of business because the videos provoked people to negatively review the business; because they thought the videos were actually real!

But then Jesse, being the total narcissist that he is, turned it back on the viewers and said,

You guys are ruining businesses! This is upsetting to me and it makes me look real bad.

Later on in the documentary Jesse talked about how he received oodles of fan mail, which also included copious amounts of videogames and consoles; only to then have those same letters and consoles – that these little kids sent to Jesse – destroyed and burned on camera.

These were kids and they felt bad for me because they’d see my character lose a console or videogames, so they would actually send these things in to replace them.

So I sold them all, used that money to then buy consoles to give back to the viewers, and we had a few different giveaways.

I mean, I should not have to explain to you just how sick and twisted these people are. So, instead returning every single item sent to each individual sender, this crook sells it, and then raffles away a few new items instead. He makes money, you lose out.

On top of that, the documentary addresses the hundreds and possibly thousands of 911 calls that were received by the police, because people in the community and online had no idea that their antics were staged, and parent’s children watched these videos thinking it was real, but then the parents tried to explain to them that it was fake. The receptionists at the emergency call centers immediately explained many times over that the videos were totally staged and for entertainment. Some children who had gone through actual abuse and neglect were sucked into the videos, only to be scarred further after it was revealed the videos were just a big fat lie.

But near the end of the documentary, the interviewer asked if everything they did was worth it; and with cheery grim and laugh, Jesse said,

So worth it though, hehehe!

I could keep going detailing just how big of scumbags these people are, but I spent more time on this report than I wanted to. Currently McJuggerNuggets and other associated channels are only able to pull in a fraction of the views they used to have. It’s still a ton, but nowhere remotely close to what their videos used to do. I guess his audience showed them how they feel about being totally misled and deceived.

But all is what the Bible said would happen:

[1] This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. [2] For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, [3] Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, [4] Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; [5] Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away. [13] But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.

2 Timothy 3:1-5, 13

The moral of the story is to always be very vigilant and cautious about who you listen to online, and in person. Moreover it demonstrates just how utterly depraved and wicked this nation is, and how the Average Joe is looking for any way to get famous and make money, at other’s expense; not even concerned about others and the ramifications it causes.

Therefore the Lord shall have no joy in their young men, neither shall have mercy on their fatherless and widows: for every one is an hypocrite and an evildoer, and every mouth speaketh folly. For all this his anger is not turned away, but his hand is stretched out still.
