Oxford University – the same group that has partnered with the pharmaceutical giant AstraZeneca to produce a joint Covid vaccine – have published a paper that advocates taxing those who wish to not be vaccinated.
Alice Pirlot and Kristoffer Berg, writing on the behest of Oxford, begin their short persuasive essay by noting that Canada earlier this year looked to implement a ‘no vax tax,’ and, spoiler alert, the authors feel this is a step in the write direction.
According to them, implementing a tax on the unvaccinated is “justified.” They write, “Taxes on behaviour that is considered undesirable are nothing new.” They also add that a “more controversial reason to tax undesirable behaviours is to target internalities.”
And even though they acknowledge “that vaccines might, in exceptional cases, lead to serious harm,” they still say,
Some states do adopt policies that can lead to serious harm in exceptional cases when they consider that the benefits outweigh the costs.
In other words, ‘we know it’s bad for you, but do what we say anyways, and if you don’t, we’ll send the taxman to make you reconsider.’
The authors further write, ‘It is thus possible that some opposition to a tax on the unvaccinated might be addressed by designing the measure not as a tax but as a transfer to the vaccinated, for example as a tax benefit.’
But, the authors suggest a more effective and successful methodology would be to simply mandate the vaccines outright.
Of course, the main alternatives to taxes are regulations. These include making vaccines mandatory, introducing regulations on what the unvaccinated are allowed to do, and mandating insurance for the unvaccinated. Vaccine mandates are more paternalistic than taxes, but may be justified for children. Regulating what the unvaccinated can do is less paternalistic than mandates, but regulations also face the trade-off between targeting and simplicity, and generally do not raise revenue.
By contrast, a tax on the unvaccinated may not only change behaviour, but also makes the unvaccinated pay part of the cost they incur on the rest of society. A mandatory insurance system for the unvaccinated provides a third alternative. Mandating insurance against ending up in hospital with Covid-19 for the unvaccinated would provide incentives for vaccine uptake and pay for the cost they impose on the health system. In practice, mandatory insurance is similar to a tax.
On the about page for the University’s Centre for Business Taxation – the sector where their funded paper was posted – says, “The Centre for Business Taxation was formed in 2005 and was initially funded by substantial donations from a large number of members from the Hundred Group. A number of these companies and others continue to support the CBT. Donors during the year were AstraZeneca [and] GlaxoSmithKline Plc.”
Off-Guardian points out that ‘the Hundred Group is a lobbying group which works on behalf of the all the members of the FTSE100.’ GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) is one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world, and partnered with French drug giant Sanofi, to produce their own vaccine. Their vaccine is supposed to be released this year.
AUTHOR COMMENTARY
[35] And Jehoiakim gave the silver and the gold to Pharaoh; but he taxed the land to give the money according to the commandment of Pharaoh: he exacted the silver and the gold of the people of the land, of every one according to his taxation, to give it unto Pharaoh-nechoh. [37] And he did that which was evil in the sight of the LORD, according to all that his fathers had done.2 Kings 23:35, 37
Some things never change, don’t they?
At any rate, whether or not a tax is implemented, the lives of the unvaccinated will be made all the more harder; especially when vaccine passports are required, and which will ultimately be linked up with the food ID’s, social credit, central bank digital currencies, and carbon calculators.
[7] Who goeth a warfare any time at his own charges? who planteth a vineyard, and eateth not of the fruit thereof? or who feedeth a flock, and eateth not of the milk of the flock? [8] Say I these things as a man? or saith not the law the same also? [9] For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen? [10] Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope. (1 Corinthians 9:7-10).

I was watching this one video that involved a debate on whether or not to tax us unvaccinated folks. I think that there would be some opposition to any legislation that attempts to tax the unvaccinated more. Any who, I am still refusing the death shot.
Put nothing past them devils as they try to give the vaxxed false hope & a fake reward.
I have noticed at my workplace and a few others also that it’s mainly vaxxed persons that are sick or on medical leave.
Unvaxxed are smiling & so I guess that’s why this oxford pharma funded paper came out.
I am in Calif. we are already taxed to death. I’d rather die of death by taxes, than death by vaxx , so if push comes to shove I’ll pay any taxes and stay unvaxxed (though I prefer to be raptured before death by taxes occurs!)
I’m from NYC & I work for Amazon as a packer (I work at Fulfillment Center Warehouse JFK8 (it’s the 1st American Amazon Warehouse to be unionized)). I am seeing this too. You should see how many adults got at least 1 dose of the death shot.
I hope it is a good job and you enjoy what you do. I really appreciate the Amazon workers and how fast you can get an order out! You are pretty amazing!
I know that it’s difficult to impossible to find a decent job with any company that doesn’t demand compromise of the faith….and that it demands hard choices for every born again believer seeking to please God before man. Education and the health helping fields were great snares for many in my day, as well as anything in the advanced sciences….and the compromise of those who went in there & self-censored for the union etc brought us to where we are today. I often wondered why they didn’t form their own union to counter the big offenders or leave, though I saw naive Christians go into education thinking they’d ‘make a difference’ and watched them blackballed & cut off at the knees. Antichrist liars don’t fight fair, but they’re sure great actors, liars & seducers. Had a little taste of that myself when I was still involved in the church buildings…..good old First Masonic and used-to-be-Calvary GARBC. At least it’s more out in the open now, though many don’t realize the interconnecting strands of the world’s web in less religiously sensitive arenas as this old battle goes on, shifting fronts and methodologies and merging, merging, merging.

Amazon so far as I know is an actively censoring and antichrist ‘oneness’, forced conformity company involved in the centralization and control of information, very ‘woke’ and ‘progressive’ in many ways. The only plus there seems to be that profit and demand appears to often override their officially stated positions, & that can be a benefit at times, though manipulated buy-outs & so forth like the Vatican front men & cronies specialize in monkey with that even.
–
I know sometimes that backfires, as with the British Catholic buy-out of Tyndale’s smuggled testaments back in the day: they used the money to print even MORE of them, & learned from the experience. But we live in an age much less receptive to the word than that, and more like 2 Peter 2&3, Jude KJB.
–
To be fair: some of the anti-Amazon stuff seems to have been exaggerated propaganda to posture for the dialectic, and big sellers ….as I see Mercola and his products on there now, as well as NAC…. and many had reported that Amazon was bowing to demands to censor or to ‘disappear’ both. Mike Adams’ materials is even sold there. Hmmmm. Sometimes it’s good for business….or the narrative…. to posture as the poor little good guy being picked on by the big bad guy.

I have noted difficulty finding King James Bible authors who weren’t ecumenical, Augustinian or otherwise compromised there at Amazon in the past…and I began exercising caution & choice as I did with Walmart & such earlier, ordering elsewhere & with the least ‘woke’, velvet-gloved tyrannical that I could find. Though that’s getting less & less easy, and more and more difficult, to do. As things are centralized & control monopolized, we do have less and less choice in these things. And then the tightening screws of inflation and purposeful collapse come in there, too.

Just be careful with Amazon. You’re dealing with connected masters as surely as with any of these Oxford power types. Bezos ‘garage in Seattle’ story sounds so much like Bill Gates that you have to wonder, & Antifa and the Ukrainian skinhead connection…and military industrial complex’s, to that area add to the sum. He’s into AI and bought into biotechnology….a technocrat. Like Musk he’s infatuated with space flight & experience…which has led many into occult ‘oneness’ devilish experiences, & the whole alien & cutting edge technology unhindered by any compassion or mercy for his brother. ….and all that before money even comes up.
Good point. At my specific warehouse (Fulfillment Center JFK8), the Amazon Labor Union (its a labor union that is led by the workers themselves) is voted in, even though Bezos is having his day in court.

I remember when I was just figuring out the phoniness of ‘conservative evangelicalism’ & they were promoting these ‘conservative Christian’ types and a supposed ‘resurgence’ in America. I started noticing that all the collateral damage & ‘displaced peoples’ always included the truly Christian communities in their war-games, and when I checked into this so-called ‘resurgence’, they were all Catholic or married to Catholic women & grossly ecumenical, or women ….this back in early 2000’s.

I remember there was that Bobby Jindal who was Oxford educated who they made big noise about getting the governorship of Louisiana. And I learned about the Oxford connection there in modern times & politics. Now I realize the deep, deep Catholic roots of both the ‘Oxford Movement’ of the counter-reformation and Louisiana which still has it dioceses & so forth. There are dark perverse sexual corruptions, political corruptions and the whole nine yards with that crew.

Perverse & subtle Cardinal Newman was connected with the occult & allegorical leaders of the Revised Committee, and the first pedophile ‘kiddy porn’ ‘artist’, Charles Dodgson, to use photography in his ‘art’….was educated under Newman. He was intimately acquainted with members of the Revised Committee, such as Dean Henry Liddell, whose daughters he especially exercised his ‘artistic’ talents upon. AKA Lewis Carroll, ‘Humpty Dumpty’ who couldn’t be put back together again was his best friend, Henry, when he figured out what was going on. And ‘Alice’ was Liddell’s oldest daughter.

Nothing new under the sun. He was advised to join himself to writing groups who were seeking to use their art to ‘transform’ the world. Small wonder he was beloved of wicked Disney who shared his ideals and ‘preferences’. Disgusting. They sure worked their ‘magic’ in the lives of many by making it appear ‘white’ and ‘harmless’…..just entertainment. Just a story.

It all connects, the world’s wicked antichrist web. Oxford is one of the hubs.
