The Associated Press recently reported on these actions in a detailed report, highlighting some of the concerns around this practice, and how families are broken apart because algorithmic probabilities and other data points that have been collected.
A lot of people don’t know that it’s even being used. Families should have the right to have all of the information in their file.
Robin Frank, a Pittsburgh Attorney who has advocated for families facing being separated, revealed
The Fourth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution reads:
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
But the federal, state, community principalities, continue to scrape together every last piece of data from Americans; that is shared and sold to other interest groups and used against the people.
The AP story followed the process at work, at one such location in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. The outlet documented how this family welfare station utilized these algorithms for “pre-crime” prevention.
Joe Doran for the Trends Journal noted, ‘The wire service reported finding a number of concerns about the technology, including typical “liberal” questions about its reliability and the potential to exacerbate racial disparities in the system. If there has to be “pre-crime” interventions, at least let there be equity (yes, that’s sarcasm).’
The AP reports that Independent researchers who obtained data from Allegheny County using this system, found that approximately one-third of the rankings created by the system the actual social workers disagreed with it.

AUTHOR COMMENTARY
The majority of social worker programs are vile to the core, and act as a form of secret police in this country, and have for sometime. Whenever they get involved, it always leads to problems. But with preprogrammed algorithms telling them what to think and do is even more insidious.
Eventually the actual living workers will be phased out, as the social credit score systems will be linked up to the police, as cameras of all kinds will be in every nook and cranny.
[12] For our transgressions are multiplied before thee, and our sins testify against us: for our transgressions are with us; and as for our iniquities, we know them; [13] In transgressing and lying against the LORD, and departing away from our God, speaking oppression and revolt, conceiving and uttering from the heart words of falsehood. [14] And judgment is turned away backward, and justice standeth afar off: for truth is fallen in the street, and equity cannot enter. [15] Yea, truth faileth; and he that departeth from evil maketh himself a prey: and the LORD saw it, and it displeased him that there was no judgment.Isaiah 59:12-15
[7] Who goeth a warfare any time at his own charges? who planteth a vineyard, and eateth not of the fruit thereof? or who feedeth a flock, and eateth not of the milk of the flock? [8] Say I these things as a man? or saith not the law the same also? [9] For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen? [10] Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope. (1 Corinthians 9:7-10).
