A leaked inital draft opinion written by Justice Samuel Alito, obtained by Politico, reveals that the Supreme Court has voted to overturn the highly contentious Roe Vs. Wade abortion ruling.
‘The draft opinion is a full-throated, unflinching repudiation of the 1973 decision which guaranteed federal constitutional protections of abortion rights and a subsequent 1992 decision – Planned Parenthood v. Casey – that largely maintained the right,’ Politico wrote.
Roe was egregiously wrong from the start.
We hold that Roe and Casey must be overruled. It is time to heed the Constitution and return the issue of abortion to the people’s elected representatives.
The inescapable conclusion is that a right to abortion is not deeply rooted in the Nation’s history and traditions.
He writes in the document, labeled as the “Opinion of the Court.”
Part of the draft reads, “The Constitution does not prohibit the citizens of each State from regulating or prohibiting abortion. Roe and Casey arrogated that authority. We now overrule those decisions and return that authority to the people and their elected representatives.”
Along with Alito, Justices Clarence Thomas, Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh, and Amy Coney Barrettz, all voted to end Roe vs. Wade. The three opposed – all Democrats – are Stephen Breyer, Sonia Sotomayor and Elena Kagan. It is unsure where Justice John Roberts will vote as of yet.
Politico additionally wrote the following (excerpts):
The court’s holding will not be final until it is published, likely in the next two months.
The immediate impact of the ruling as drafted in February would be to end a half-century guarantee of federal constitutional protection of abortion rights and allow each state to decide whether to restrict or ban abortion. It’s unclear if there have been subsequent changes to the draft.
No draft decision in the modern history of the court has been disclosed publicly while a case was still pending. The unprecedented revelation is bound to intensify the debate over what was already the most controversial case on the docket this term.
The draft opinion offers an extraordinary window into the justices’ deliberations in one of the most consequential cases before the court in the last five decades. Some court-watchers predicted that the conservative majority would slice away at abortion rights without flatly overturning a 49-year-old precedent. The draft shows that the court is looking to reject Roe’s logic and legal protections.
The disclosure of Alito’s draft majority opinion – a rare breach of Supreme Court secrecy and tradition around its deliberations – comes as all sides in the abortion debate are girding for the ruling. Speculation about the looming decision has been intense since the December oral arguments indicated a majority was inclined to support the Mississippi law.
The overturning of Roe would almost immediately lead to stricter limits on abortion access in large swaths of the South and Midwest, with about half of the states set to immediately impose broad abortion bans. Any state could still legally allow the procedure.

[27] An ungodly man diggeth up evil: and in his lips there is as a burning fire. [28] A froward man soweth strife: and a whisperer separateth chief friends. [29] A violent man enticeth his neighbour, and leadeth him into the way that is not good. [30] He shutteth his eyes to devise froward things: moving his lips he bringeth evil to pass.Proverbs 16:27-30
Obviously this was sent to the media on purpose so they could cause yet another ruckus: crisis economics 101.
In my view, I see this as another move to “ignite thr right,” which you can search for on this site. This is another move to empower them further, namely conservative and traditional catholics – who use the abortion movements to leech off of for quick cash, and as their rallying cry.
On the opposite end, prepare yourself for more protests, riots, and havoc on the streets. This will be another hotly contested topic in the media for a bit of time.
Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? yea, they may forget, yet will I not forget thee.
Isaiah 49:5
[7] Who goeth a warfare any time at his own charges? who planteth a vineyard, and eateth not of the fruit thereof? or who feedeth a flock, and eateth not of the milk of the flock? [8] Say I these things as a man? or saith not the law the same also? [9] For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen? [10] Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope. (1 Corinthians 9:7-10).

The Supreme Court has been compromised, which to me seems to be the biggest issue here. I hope they catch the leaker. Julian Assange paid dearly for his “leaks”, and leaking Supreme Court documents seems to be as great of an offense. I hope the guilty party(ies) get caught and they pay the appropriate penalty for their actions.
I’ll be surprised if all this is true, and Roe v. Wade never had any logic to it. The deciding vote, if I am hearing it right, was based on one of the judges having “emanations of a penumbra”, whatever that meant. It doesn’t mean that baby killing will stop, either. It will most likely be left up to the states as it was before 1973. The damage is done anyway and this country is cursed because of this 50-year-old sin. It could be that this decision is just another way to cause chaos and have people rioting in the streets and a justification for these Catholic tyrants to declare Marshall law. It’s never about the sweet, precious children with the pedophile goons in DC. Hopefully, real Christians will stay home while Catholics, easily programmed to feel the end of the world comes when Roe v. Wade is repealed, slit each others’ throats on this one if it comes to that. Or we can pray for a tsunami to hit the District of Catholics before these hypocrites hatch whatever wicked plan they have up their sleeve.
