In an exclusive interview with alternative British outlet, Great Britain News (GBN), United Kingdom Prime Minister Boris Johnson sat down for an interview, where he stated that Covid-related lockdowns could comeback, potentially due to a new variant that could adversely target children, perhaps, but is passing it off as if is unsure of the future.
When the questioned about the possibility of their return, Johnson stated:
I want to avoid any such thing ever happening again, and, I can’t rule out something – I can’t say that we wouldn’t be forced to do non-pharmaceutical interventions of the kind that we did.
I think it would be irresponsible of any leader, you know in any democracy, to say that they’re going to rule out something that could save life and I believe that the things that we did save lives.
There could be – I’ve got to be absolutely frank with you: there could be a new variant, more deadly. There could be a variant that affects children, uh, badly, uh, that really need to contain.
I’m not going to take any options off the table, but I don’t think it will happen.
Johnson feels that, based on the reports from the state health bodies in the government, that Covid overall is losing its strength, and emphasized that the population has a strong rate of vaccination.
On top of these statements from Johnson, British political commentator Hugo Talks warned that, to him, that Johnson does know what is coming down the pike. He, along with The WinePress, have noted Covid vaccine passports were assuredly coming back. Hugo presented new and fresh evidence of this.
For example, published on April 5th, the U.K. government passed a new contract agreement titled, “Covid Pass Delivery Partner,” with the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC).
This contract is valued at £6,519,898 to £18,000,000 ($8,499,273.83 to $23,464,620). The short description reads:
To deliver the NHS COVID Pass App live service including operational management, incident management & support, and app development services.
Moreover, Hugo also shows a second contract deal that was made on March 22nd, for a company to work on the tracking and tracing elements for a passport, and just in general.

The Covid war is back, my friends. Regulars know that I have warned it was not going away, and vaccine passports were coming. Well, here you go. Moreover, I had been warning since January that I suspected a lot of this Covid rhetoric would come back by this time period – when many commentators were saying it would end by this time.
Consider what is going on:
- Harsh lockdowns in China
- Push for a fourth dose
- New variant
- Biden reinstates vaccine mandate for federal workers
- Johnson won’t rule out lockdowns
- U.K. working on passports
- America is working on passports
- Australia is pushing a fourth dose and flu vaccine

So now, the narrative will be to switch back to the “pandemic,” or do it at the same time as Russia-Ukraine continues on.
But, with food shortages here now, what a ‘perfect’ time for a vaccine passports, as bread lines and such will intensify.
To have respect of persons is not good: for for a piece of bread that man will transgress.

Needless to say, this is why I have emphatically warned to prepare since late-2020 when The WP started.
