The new information that was published in the journal Environment International, discovered that these tiny toxic particles were circulating in 80% of their 22 test subject’s blood – going beyond being trapped in our organs in the body.
‘Half the samples contained PET plastic, which is commonly used in drinks bottles, while a third contained polystyrene, used for packaging food and other products. A quarter of the blood samples contained polyethylene, from which plastic carrier bags are made,’ The Guardian wrote.
Some the of the plastics detected were 0.0007mm in length. Some of the blood samples displayed several types of plastics lodged in the bloodstream.
Our study is the first indication that we have polymer particles in our blood – it’s a breakthrough result. But we have to extend the research and increase the sample sizes, the number of polymers assessed, etc.
It is certainly reasonable to be concerned. The particles are there and are transported throughout the body.
We also know in general that babies and young children are more vulnerable to chemical and particle exposure. That worries me a lot.
The big question is what is happening in our body? Are the particles retained in the body? Are they transported to certain organs, such as getting past the blood-brain barrier? And are these levels sufficiently high to trigger disease? We urgently need to fund further research so we can find out.
Professor Dick Vethaak, an ecotoxicologist at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam in the Netherlands; who additionally noted that he and his team’s work demonstrated that microplastics were 10 times higher in the feces of babies compared to adults, along with babies swallowing them via their plastic bottles and sippy cups.
The Guardian additionally wrote, ‘He said the differences might reflect short-term exposure before the blood samples were taken, such as drinking from a plastic-lined coffee cup, or wearing a plastic face mask.’
Fueling The Obesity Crisis
A week prior to The Guardian’s report, Leah Zerbe, MS, NASM-CPT, NASM-CES, for Dr.Axe.com explained how these microplastics are also a big contributor for obesity in America, citing a study published thus year in published in the journal Environmental Science & Technology.
Researchers tested 34 common everyday products and found that there were actually 55,000 different chemical components in these plastic products and containers, bags, cups, and so forth.
Considering the chemical complexity of plastic consumer products, bisphenols and phthalates represent only the tip of the iceberg.
Our experiments show that ordinary plastic products contain a mix of substances that can be a relevant and underestimated factor behind overweight and obesity.
Martin Wagner, an associate professor at Norwegian University of Science and Technology’s Department of Biology; and other researchers wrote
Dr. Zerbe wrote, ‘The new study found that one-third of plastic products tested contributed to fat cell development in laboratory experiments. Essentially, these compounds found in plastic reprogramed cells to become fat cells that proliferated more and accumulated more fat.’
It’s very likely that it is not the usual suspects, such as bisphenol A, causing these metabolic disturbances. This means that other plastic chemicals than the ones we already know could be contributing to overweight and obesity.
Johannes Völker, lead study author
Zerbe also provides a handful of healthy tips, such as, “Eat[ing] as much fresh, unpackaged food as possible, Avoid heating or freezing food in plastic containers, Opt for food and drink containers made of glass or food-grade stainless steel, Consider an “obesogens detox” or “obesogens diet.”
AUTHOR COMMENTARY
But they hearkened not, nor inclined their ear, but walked in the counsels and in the imagination of their evil heart, and went backward, and not forward.
Jeremiah 7:24
Ever since the world has embraced plastics and slowly replaced them with the old ways of doing things, it has turned into a toxic nightmare, polluting us, the animals, and the environment.
The Absolute Zero 2050 goals discuss cutting out some plastics and going for things that are more sustainable, but those plans will not supposedly take real effect until after 2030. Basically, plastic production will not stop a bit, and so we must be all the more vigilant and do what we can to avoid these plastics.
[7] Who goeth a warfare any time at his own charges? who planteth a vineyard, and eateth not of the fruit thereof? or who feedeth a flock, and eateth not of the milk of the flock? [8] Say I these things as a man? or saith not the law the same also? [9] For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen? [10] Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope. (1 Corinthians 9:7-10).

I’m left wondering about some of these conveniently times & findings releases. Not doubting plastics have a negative impact, just wondering if it’s truly as bad as they’re suddenly promoting…..& wishing I knew someone directly related to the research & able to demonstrate or disprove the particles in the bloodstream thing, with exact levels. I knew a woman who worked on finding biodegradeable plastics at Akron U. way back, pre- 2000. That may actually have contributed to the problem thinking about it, & if it’s true. We were both lost at the time, she divorced her nominal husband, & went back to her Catholic roots & ‘successful’ career track…so it’s not like we’re in touch anymore.

In a related vein, I know fracking, high voltage power lines & stations, & nuclear show a clear connection to earthquake activity. Dutch Sinse does a good job proving that, & coincidentally to his general earthquake tracking & theory …not as an agenda, so I tend to give credence there. But I also know that oil is a regenerative thing, as they’ve found not only petrified trees from a volcanic destroyed forest that float vertically & with heavier root systems downwards until gradually sinking to ‘take root’ in the bottom silt layers, but also new oil. It seems to be a combination of natural mineral forces & bacterial interaction, fascinating stuff, but not pursued for financial and spiritual reasons as it bolsters & harmonizes with the scriptural account & not the evolutionary, scarcity, arbitrary God that doesn’t provide & whose perfect justice is not balanced with perfect mercy & good will toward men. Those whosoevers who will heed & love the truth regardless of where it leads, hating lies, warring for the truth & willing to set aside idols for it.

I also know how they usurped science to their ends, early on w/ Erasmus Darwin & the ‘Gentleman’s Clubs’ & at Rome w/ her pyramidal occulted layers system of MYSTERY….then up through the nominal grandson who may have actually repented at the end by some testimonies, collusion w/ Huxley et al & with some helping hands from the Jesuit du Jardin w/ his missing link Piltdown & Peking man frauds & ‘Omega Man’ match to Jung’s familiar spirit garbage, w/ corrupt Jewish aid from kabala & Talmudic impure motivations & tendencies, quasi-scriptural things finding their way into Deism and Creationism. (So many ‘isms’….philosophy markers)…. Right up to the ‘green’ thing the craft & complex were working with Gorbachev, ‘Pope’ John Paul II, & the creepsters out at the old Presidio in California, & w/ the shroom & shaman enthusiast Silicon Valley crowd.

I just have a very hard time swallowing ANY of their ‘science’ and ‘survey SAYS’ studies whole & as they spin them. Only sure thing is the Lord Jesus Christ & his Gospel according to the scriptures.
