“The CDC is a political organization as much as it is a public health organization. The steps that it takes to get something like this released are often well outside of the control of many of the scientists that work at the CDC.”

The WinePress recently reported that the nation of Scotland publicly said they will no longer be releasing their Covid data concerning vaccination and hospitalization rates.

But now according to a recent report by the New York Times, it is revealed the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention are doing something similar.

The following are excerpts from that report:

For more than a year, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has collected data on hospitalizations for COVID-19 in the United States and broken it down by age, race and vaccination status. But it has not made most of the information public.

When the CDC published the first significant data two weeks ago on the effectiveness of boosters in adults younger than 65, it left out the numbers for a huge portion of that population: 18- to 49-year-olds, the group the data showed was least likely to benefit from extra shots, because the first two doses already left them well-protected.

The agency recently debuted a dashboard of wastewater data on its website that will be updated daily and might provide early signals of an oncoming surge of COVID-19 cases. Some states and localities had been sharing wastewater information with the agency since the start of the pandemic, but it had never before released those findings.

Two full years into the pandemic, the agency leading the country’s response to the public health emergency has published only a tiny fraction of the data it has collected, several people familiar with the data said.

Much of the withheld information could help state and local health officials better target their efforts to bring the virus under control. Detailed, timely data on hospitalizations by age and race would help health officials identify and help the populations at highest risk. Information on hospitalizations and death by age and vaccination status would have helped inform whether healthy adults needed booster shots. And wastewater surveillance across the nation would spot outbreaks and emerging variants early.

Without the booster data for 18- to 49-year-olds, the outside experts whom federal health agencies look to for advice had to rely on numbers from Israel to make their recommendations on the shots.

Kristen Nordlund, a spokesperson for the CDC, said the agency has been slow to release the different streams of data “because basically, at the end of the day, it’s not yet ready for prime time.” She said the agency’s “priority when gathering any data is to ensure that it’s accurate and actionable.”

Another reason is fear that the information might be misinterpreted, Nordlund said.

Dr. Daniel Jernigan, the agency’s deputy director for public health science and surveillance said the pandemic exposed the fact that data systems at the CDC, and at the state levels, are outmoded and not up to handling large volumes of data. CDC scientists are trying to modernize the systems, he said.

We want better, faster data that can lead to decision making and actions at all levels of public health, that can help us eliminate the lag in data that has held us back.

He added.

The CDC also has multiple bureaucratic divisions that must sign off on important publications, and its officials must alert the Department of Health and Human Services — which oversees the agency — and the White House of their plans. The agency often shares data with states and partners before making data public. Those steps can add delays.

The CDC is a political organization as much as it is a public health organization. The steps that it takes to get something like this released are often well outside of the control of many of the scientists that work at the CDC.

Said Samuel Scarpino, managing director of pathogen surveillance at the Rockefeller Foundation’s Pandemic Prevention Institute.

But ye are forgers of lies, ye are all physicians of no value.

Job 13:4

That last quote is rather telling: we already knew this, though. Nevertheless, none of the statistics that we do get are to be trusted in the slightest. The CDC is just another extension, of not just the lying government, but really the lying media. After all, this is the same CDC last year, Walensky in particular, who overruled the CDC panel that voted against the ignition of the booster shot campaign. The other doctors do not agree with the boosters, but Walensky has to tow the narrative, and so therefore had to allow them to be forced out.

In short, the CDC is just another character in the grand soap opera and sock puppet theater that is sold to the willfully ignorant masses.

That being said also, as I said in the case with Scotland, the media does not want the masses to understand the true extent of the damage these death shots are causing, as they do not want to divulge the fact it is the vaccinated keeling over and kicking the can, not the unvaccinated.

[7] Who goeth a warfare any time at his own charges? who planteth a vineyard, and eateth not of the fruit thereof? or who feedeth a flock, and eateth not of the milk of the flock? [8] Say I these things as a man? or saith not the law the same also? [9] For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen? [10] Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope. (1 Corinthians 9:7-10).

  • I can’t wait until the so-called healthcare system crashes, they’re withholding information but don’t you worry, their sin will find them out and the truth will explode.
Like the old saying goes, “they can run but they cannot hide!” Lies last for a moment; but truth lasts forever.

Unrelated talk, Jacob, but this doctor here in Laredo, an internist, who is known for being short tempered, smug, super bossy, and he would go on shouting outbursts in the hospital and cusses a lot while doing it INCLUDING saying “God D-word!” Today, I recently found out he got kicked out of both hospitals in Laredo and now it’s all physician assistants.
What’s your verdict, Jacob or anyone? Bryan?

    • I’ve heard of some very mean-spirited, rude doctors and they have been around for a long time. My elderly parents had a bad experience with one particularly bizarre one, and I really was very upset that anyone would treat them that way. The medical people I knew personally were all a bunch of drunks.

      • Worthless quacks! Then they wonder why they get malpractice suits, why they get crapped on by every Jane, John, and Joan they come across, and why they wind up disgraced and/or their medical license revoked and like the one I mentioned who got kicked out of two or both hospitals in Laredo Texas.
They have no more business being doctoral than I do being a crocodile wrestler!

    • The way the system is set up with the majority of treatment being paid and regulated by the federal government (Medicaid, Medicare, Tricare, The Affordable Care Act, etc) is making the good doctors leave their practices in private medicine or become a regular employees by punching a clock at a local hospital. Leaving the incompetent and inept physicians to treat patients who can’t go anywhere else for care.

  • I believe what you said made a lot of sense. But, think on this, suppose you typed a catchier post title?
I am not suggesting your information is not
solid., however what if you added a post title to maybe grab a person’s attention? I mean The CDC Is Not Publishing Large
Portions Of Covid Data It Collects For Fear That Anti-Vaxxers May Misrepresent It
    – winepressnews.com is kinda plain. You could look at Yahoo’s front
page and note how they write article titles to get viewers interested.
You might add a video or a related picture or two to grab readers interested about everything’ve got to
say. Just my opinion, it might make your posts a little livelier.
