“A wicked man taketh a gift out of the bosom to pervert the ways of judgment.”

The following report is from The Hill:

An emergency appeal by a cohort of New York City public school teachers to block the city’s vaccine mandate was denied by the Supreme Court on Friday, NBC News reported.

Justice Sonia Sotomayor, who is in charge of cases for that area, rejected the appeal but did not provide further details explaining her reasoning, the network noted.

This was the second time the teachers’ request was rejected. A similar request filed by the group last year was also denied without comment by Sotomayor.

Unless they drop their objections to getting the vaccine or waive their rights in pursuing a legal challenge, the city’s public school employees have said they will face termination on Monday, ABC News reported.

The public school teachers were seeking an emergency injunction because they believed that their religious freedoms were violated because the city considers certain criteria for religious exemptions, according to the emergency appeal, NBC News reported.

NBC News noted that employees who may not belong to a specific congregation or affiliation may not be able to secure a religious exemption for the vaccine mandate because a religious official must support the exemption.

While the Supreme Court has declined to take up the New York City teachers’ case, the high court last month ruled against the Biden administration’s vaccine-or-test mandate for businesses with at least 100 employees, which it said was an overreach.

The Secretary has ordered 84 million Americans to either obtain a COVID–19 vaccine or undergo weekly medical testing at their own expense. It is instead a significant encroachment into the Lives—and health—of a vast number of employees. … There can be little doubt that OSHA’s mandate qualifies as an exercise of such authority.

The justices wrote last month.

AUTHOR COMMENTARY

A wicked man taketh a gift out of the bosom to pervert the ways of judgment.

Proverbs 17:23

Even though Biden’s mandate was struck down and abandoned (ultimately causing millions more to cave-in), the Supreme Court could care less what happens to the state and corporate mandates.

The courts refuse to also give justice and grant immunity for hospitals – an ongoing theme these past months. They need the cogs of the medical establishment to be jabbed up, because I believe the handlers at Rome, (who have been systemically tearing down America for centuries), need the medical establishment to final implode in on itself. I have warned for a while that a key component for a systematic collapse of the nation is to have the medical staff kick the can, be understaffed, and have the system be far-too overwhelmed.

[7] Who goeth a warfare any time at his own charges? who planteth a vineyard, and eateth not of the fruit thereof? or who feedeth a flock, and eateth not of the milk of the flock? [8] Say I these things as a man? or saith not the law the same also? [9] For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen? [10] Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope. (1 Corinthians 9:7-10).

  • So wicked. I remember back when Sotomayer was put on the court. She was quoted saying something about things that needed to be ‘disappeared’, & I thought at the time how strange that terminology was. That woman is radically antichrist. If they actually put smirking descendant of Bermudan slaveholders, and user of prison labor, predominantly people of color with non-violent drug offenses, Kamala Harris, on the court after that more moderate man on the court whose retirement the media announced before he even knew about it, steps down: The hope of seeing any justice upheld in this country will grow that much dimmer, of liberty versus servitude a goner.

    • What they are ‘disappearing’ are the Bill of Rights giving the common people rights as well as the elites, what made America unique & the furthest any nation ever came out of the old Babylonian Romish European order before falling back with the rest & like the Jews before her. Forgetting the source of her blessing, thinking it came of themselves. We are so on the cusp of the one world beast system. It’s like we’re in this pause, holding our breaths, waiting, watching, & there is this awe of the holiness of the Lord that is wonderful, yet terrible… makes me think of the silence in heaven spoken of in Revelation.

Isaiah 8:13 Sanctify the LORD of hosts himself; and let him be your fear, and let him be your dread.

2Co 5:11 Knowing therefore the terror of the Lord, we persuade men; but we are made manifest unto God; and I trust also are made manifest in your consciences.
2Co 5:12 ¶ For we commend not ourselves again unto you, but give you occasion to glory on our behalf, that ye may have somewhat to answer them which glory in appearance, and not in heart.
2Co 5:13 For whether we be beside ourselves, it is to God: or whether we be sober, it is for your cause.
2Co 5:14 For the love of Christ constraineth us; because we thus judge, that if one died for all, then were all dead:
2Co 5:15 And that he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them, and rose again.
2Co 5:16 ¶ Wherefore henceforth know we no man after the flesh: yea, though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now henceforth know we him no more.
2Co 5:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
      2Co 5:18 And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation;
2Co 5:19 To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.
2Co 5:20 Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ’s stead, be ye reconciled to God.
2Co 5:21 For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.
