Deb Conroy, an Illinois state representative for the 46th District, has recently proposed legislature that would allow for the creation of concentration camps for those refusing to take a Covid-19 vaccine, or other government approved treatments.
The proposed bill, HB 4640, would allow state officials and authorities to to “isolate or quarantine persons who are unable or unwilling to receive vaccines, medications, or other treatments.”
If the bill were to pass, people deemed to be exposed to an infectious disease could be placed under the watchful eye of the state Public Health Department
Moreover, the bill describes what would happen to those who refuse to be vaccinated and/or receive treatments:
To prevent the spread of a dangerously contagious or infectious disease, the [Public Health] Department may, pursuant to the provisions of subsection (c) of this Section, isolate or quarantine persons whose refusal to undergo observation and monitoring results in uncertainty regarding whether he or she has been exposed to or is infected with a dangerously contagious or infectious disease or otherwise poses a danger to the public’s health.
Furthermore, according to The Illinois Review, the bill would also establish ‘a state network data collection system for persons that have received mandated vaccines, medications, or otherwise.’

Creates the Access to Public Health Data Act.
Provides that the Department of Public Health, the Department of Human Services, and the Department of Children and Family Services shall, at the request of a local health department in Illinois, make any and all public health data related to residents of that local health department’s jurisdiction available to that local health department for the purposes of preventing or controlling disease, injury, or disability.
Provides that the Department of Public Health, the Department of Human Services, and the Department of Children and Family Services may adopt any rules necessary to implement the Act. Contains other provisions.
Amends the Department of Public Health Act. Provides that emergency access to medical or health information, records, or data shall include access to electronic health records, provided that the local health authority shall be unable to alter the electronic health records.
Provides that a person, facility, institution, or agency providing information under the provisions may withhold a patient’s mental or behavioral health history.
Amends the Vital Records Act. Provides that no rule adopted by the Department of Public Health shall be construed as restricting access to vital records by any municipality, county, multicounty, public health district, or regional health officer recognized by the Department for the purposes described in specified provisions. Amends the Illinois Controlled Substances Act.
Provides that the Department of Public Health may release specified confidential information to a certified local health department engaged in the performance of epidemiological studies, the application of data science methods, or other analytic models that protect and promote public health.
Makes other changes.

While this bill has heavy opposition already, the push around the country (the liberal-leaning states first) to set up concentration camps will be the move going forward. Therefore, we must pray against this wickedness, warn the masses, and resist this garbage. I for one, will NOT be going to any camp to speak of.
