The original mandates as they were planned were stymied when private businesses filed lawsuits against the mandates, and other circuit courts challenged the mandates.

Today the Biden Administration has retracted their Covid vaccine mandate levied against private businesses – after once frustratingly stating, “This is not about freedom or personal choice,” when originally announcing the mandates that would take effect on January 4th – with the Supreme Court ultimately preventing its implementation.

However, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) will still seek to work on imposing these mandates via the regular and longer rule-setting.

The original mandates as they were planned were stymied when private businesses filed lawsuits against the mandates and other circuit courts challenged the mandates. Most of the edicts the Biden Administration had set forth were to eventually take force, but were ultimately stopped by the Supreme Court on the 13th.

However, the Court still allowed for it to go through for healthcare workers and staff.

The king’s heart is in the hand of the LORD, as the rivers of water: he turneth it whithersoever he will.

Proverbs 21:1

The damage is still done, regardless. The WinePress cited a report from The Federalist in October, 2021, which explained how Biden’s original edicts were just threats in the media, and were never legally written in stone. By the time the mandates would get struck down, or came in out in court that there was no legitimacy to Biden’s vain words, so many Americans would have chickened out and complied to get the death shot by their own volition. It did not quite pan 100% as that, but were still rather close as to how it would unfold.

I can pretty much GUARANTEE you that most of alternative and “patriot” media sources will tell you this had to do with the lackluster protests this past Sunday – who was led and funded by Big-pharma wolves and shills – protesting the mandates, not the shots themselves. Trust me, that had nothing to do with any of it.

As a matter of fact, for those who did not hear, the protest abruptly ended around 3:30 PM when the organizer’s permits expired, and the city shutoff their microphones and soundstages, with the crowd dispersing quickly thereafter. So much for taking a stand and being bold.

[7] Who goeth a warfare any time at his own charges? who planteth a vineyard, and eateth not of the fruit thereof? or who feedeth a flock, and eateth not of the milk of the flock? [8] Say I these things as a man? or saith not the law the same also? [9] For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen? [10] Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope. (1 Corinthians 9:7-10).

  • The whole mandate for companies having 100+ employees was lifted on a national level, is good news. But the bad news is that:
    1. The damage is done (because it is now a states rights issue, meaning that even though the feds won’t enforce it, the local and state governments could only enforce it within their borders (example the NYC vaccine mandate applies to all businesses that have at least 1 NYC location)
    2. The mandate is still in place for medical personel (doctors, nurses, etc.)
Yes we should always be alert. I know that things will get worse, but if times do get better, those better times will only last for a short time.
