Jewish Groups In The Ukraine May Flee The Nation And Return To Israel If Russia Invades

With the rapidly increasing rumors and animosity of major war breaking out in the Ukraine, Jewish groups are currently formulating an exit strategy to get out of the nation if things truly breakout.

On Sunday, the Israeli government and Jewish groups in the Ukraine discussed what to do if a boiling point is reached and spills over. If war breaks out Israel may facilitate an evacuation process.

‘The meeting included representatives from the National Security Council, the Prime Minister’s Office, the foreign, defense, transport and diaspora affairs ministries, as well as the Jewish Agency and Nativ, the secretive government organization that maintains connections between Israel and Jews in the countries of the former Soviet Union,’ writes Jewish outlet Haaretz.

Assessments from these Jewish groups speculate there are roughly 75,000 Ukrainians in the cities Odessa, Kharkiv and Dnipropetrovsk, and other Eastern regions, are eligible for Israeli citizenship under the Law of Return.

These Jews and those who are eligible, may not decide to be evacuated. Be that is it may, this event could potentially be the largest expulsion of Jews in over three decades from a conflict-ravaged nation.

The nation of Israel and Ukrainian organizations are currently engaged in close contact with the governments of the Ukraine and Russia. Both governments are reportedly concerned over leaving a false impression that the Jewish communities will not be safe under their magistracy.

‘However, there are contingency plans that have existed for over 30 years, since the end of the 1980s when the Soviet government began allowing Jews to emigrate in large numbers, for emergency airlifts in case emigration has to  be facilitated much faster and in dangerous circumstances. These are now being updated, though at present there isn’t a clear idea of whether they will be needed and whether organizing an evacuation airlift from Ukraine would even be possible in case of war,’ concludes the Haaertz report.

Bible prophecy is being fulfilled, or at least some of the early stages of it:

[16] Moreover the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, [17] Son of man, when the house of Israel dwelt in their own land, they defiled it by their own way and by their doings: their way was before me as the uncleanness of a removed woman. [18] Wherefore I poured my fury upon them for the blood that they had shed upon the land, and for their idols wherewith they had polluted it: [19] And I scattered them among the heathen, and they were dispersed through the countries: according to their way and according to their doings I judged them. [20] And when they entered unto the heathen, whither they went, they profaned my holy name, when they said to them, These are the people of the LORD, and are gone forth out of his land. [21] But I had pity for mine holy name, which the house of Israel had profaned among the heathen, whither they went. Whether this invasion of the Ukraine materializes – which will of course cause America and their allies to get involved, and then Russia’s allies as well – this will, regardless, cause many Jews to reconsider being scattered among Gentile lands, and return to Israel.

[7] And when ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars, be ye not troubled: for such things must needs be; but the end shall not be yet. [8] For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be earthquakes in divers places, and there shall be famines and troubles: these are the beginnings of sorrows.

It is evident that these wars and rumors of wars “must needs be” to get the Jews to return to Israel.

There are stills TONS of Jews all over the world right now. More war, famines, pestilences (see parallel passage Matthew 24), and signs in the heavens (see parallel Luke 21) will cause the Jews to want to, or be forced, to return to the land of Israel.

It’ll be quite interesting to see what transpires moving forward.
