Amidst more fears of the spread of the Omicron variant, now the media is warning of a subtype of this variant.
According to a recent report by a Swedish outlet, what is being distinguished as BA.2, three people are said to have tested positive for a new variant of the Omicron variant in the nation.
‘The mutation has previously been discovered in Denmark, Norway and in Indian Calcutta, where it has spread very widely in a short time,’ said the outlet.
Associate professor of microbiology at the Academic Laboratory, Johan Lennerstrand, who helped make the discovery, is unsure if this new variant is more or less dangerous.
This discovery is not a bit surprising. The greater the spread of infection, the greater the risk of change. There will be many more sub-variants.

Jacob and Bryan can’t just have spare rooms like presto, they’re not a Motel 6, I’d love to visit with Jacob for a few days but he wouldn’t be able to hold a guest although I’d pull my weight as much as I could there, and Bryan who has a family, guests are way out of the question.
