“Thanks to the [memorandum of understanding], we can now engage in swift monitoring with AI technologies. Monitoring through calls that used to be done by our officials will also become more efficient. We will be able to rapidly reach out to citizens showing side effects.”

In an attempt to minimize the overload at public medical centers in the South Korean capitol Seoul, the Seoul Metropolitan Government (SMG) has presented a new artificial intelligence-based service “Vaccine Care Call” to track reports of side effects and adverse reactions post-Covid vaccination.

‘When health officials register the information of those reported to have side effects in the system, SKT Telecom’s AI-powered assistant service Nugu calls the recipients to monitor their health conditions, such as pain, fever, muscle aches, and headaches,’ writes Smart Cities World.

If the reported symptoms are determined to be severe or acute, actual people will make the call instead.

The Nugu care center will document the calls and organize them based on the reported symptoms, so public health centers can access the data whenever they need it. And if necessary, public officials will be able to intervene and ‘take swift action.’

Nugu handled 3,141 calls (85% of the total calls) in a pilot run in October of 2020. This reduced roughly 100 calls a day that the staff had to respond to.

Before introducing the Vaccine Care Call, we received too many calls to handle in a day. But thanks to the AI call, we were able to work more efficiently. Above all, it allowed our officials to deal with other tasks such as rapid response to acute side effects or compensation program for recipients with side effects.

The AI system has proven to be effective, according to the report. 96% of the voices processed in casual conversion were registered, with another 2% interrupting and hanging up on callers. Smart Cities World does not specify the other 2% unaccounted for.

The SMG program will be installed in all 25 districts in Seoul, after previously being only in 13.

Thanks to the [memorandum of understanding], we can now engage in swift monitoring with AI technologies. Monitoring through calls that used to be done by our officials will also become more efficient. We will be able to rapidly reach out to citizens showing side effects.

South Korea has one of the world’s higher vaccination rates, standing at roughly 86% of the eligible population taking at least one dose of a vaccine. The nation utilizes the Pfizer, Moderna, Johnson & Johnson, and AstraZeneca vaccines; with Novovax and Sputnik V shots on order.

So not only do we have more AI integration in the city of Seoul – which was already a global tech hub, and is now cranking it up a notch with their metaverse and smart cities technologies – this integration has designed to deal with all the calls staff are getting because of the death shots.

The evidence presented tries to downplay it, but it demonstrates the sheer amount of people who are calling in sick after getting this death shot, corroborating with it is being reported all around the world.

[7] Who goeth a warfare any time at his own charges? who planteth a vineyard, and eateth not of the fruit thereof? or who feedeth a flock, and eateth not of the milk of the flock? [8] Say I these things as a man? or saith not the law the same also? [9] For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen? [10] Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope. (1 Corinthians 9:7-10).
