On November 9th, 2021, the United Nations, the government of Oaxaca, Mexico donated a hybrid statue, that now sits outside the UN plaza.
And they are calling this idol their ‘guardian,’ it is designed to be a cross between a jaguar and eagle.
No doubt, this is a pagan idol as the Bible describes it to be:
[20] For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: [21] Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. [22] Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, [23] And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things. [24] Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves: [25] Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.Romans 1:20-15
And though the word ‘guardian’ is never used in the King James Bible, the Lord is one for the saved and the righteous.
[21] They gather themselves together against the soul of the righteous, and condemn the innocent blood. [22] But the LORD is my defence; and my God is the rock of my refuge. [23] And he shall bring upon them their own iniquity, and shall cut them off in their own wickedness; yea, the LORD our God shall cut them off.Psalms 94:21-23
But beyond that, I came across this recently, and I saw a couple of comments in the thread of the UN’s tweet how some were making comparisons to some of the peculiar creatures noted in the Bible. But again, jaguars are not in the KJB. However, I could understand how someone who has not studied the scriptures all too well, or at all, would draw a comparison: to which, there are a lot.
[2] Daniel spake and said, I saw in my vision by night, and, behold, the four winds of the heaven strove upon the great sea. [3] And four great beasts came up from the sea, diverse one from another. [4] The first was like a lion, and had eagle’s wings: I beheld till the wings thereof were plucked, and it was lifted up from the earth, and made stand upon the feet as a man, and a man’s heart was given to it. [5] And behold another beast, a second, like to a bear, and it raised up itself on one side, and it had three ribs in the mouth of it between the teeth of it: and they said thus unto it, Arise, devour much flesh. [6] After this I beheld, and lo another, like a leopard, which had upon the back of it four wings of a fowl; the beast had also four heads; and dominion was given to it.Daniel 7:2-6
I just saw the tweet and thought it was interesting. It is only fitting that a globalist building would have a pagan idol outside it to “protect” them. The only thing that idol is good for is a place for the pigeons to do their business!
[7] Who goeth a warfare any time at his own charges? who planteth a vineyard, and eateth not of the fruit thereof? or who feedeth a flock, and eateth not of the milk of the flock? [8] Say I these things as a man? or saith not the law the same also? [9] For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen? [10] Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope. (1 Corinthians 9:7-10).
