Unless lawmakers in the state of Massachusetts act soon and amend an animal rights acts law, the sale of eggs will effectively dissipate to start the new year.
In 2016 the state voted per large majority to pass an animals right law that partly made it illegal to sell eggs from hens, unless more than 1.5 square feet of floor space for them to move around was provided to them. This bill was scheduled to become effective immediately at the start of 2022.
If allowed to continue forth, the New England Brown Egg Council forecasts an approximate 90% reduction of the state’s egg supply, according to the Boston Globe.
These mandates cover all egg products including those that are imported in from other states.
Bill Bell, the Council’s general manager, says retailers and grocery stores are perplexed as what to do and expect, and said “you’re looking at just a huge shortage.”
Steve Vendemia, the president of Hillendale Farms from MA’s neighbor’s Connecticut – which handle roughly 2 million chickens that produce eggs sold in Massachusetts grocery stores – called it an “egg Armageddon if they don’t fix the law.”
‘Brad Mitchell, head of the Massachusetts Farm Bureau, told WCVB-TV that the new rules will make it impossible for egg producers to keep up with the state’s demand since, on average, chickens lay one egg per day and each resident eats one egg per day,’ wrote The Blaze.
We’ve got about 300,000 to 400,000 egg-laying chickens in Massachusetts. We’ve got about 7 million people, so do the math.
[It’s] not just eggs. It’s egg products, as well. So hard-cooked eggs, liquid eggs would all have to be removed from the shelf come Jan. 1 if the law does not change.Bob Beauregard, general manager of The Country Hen in Hubbardston
Governor of Massachusetts Charlie Baker voted for these laws in 2016, but is now regretting his decision on that.
Everyone is already paying too much at the grocery store, and not addressing this egg supply issue will further drive up costs. I urge lawmakers to reach consensus soon before these rules go into effect in January.
Even the Humane Society, an animals rights group, has even endorsed easing the state’s current laws to avoid a catastrophe for businesses and consumers.

[1] Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; [2] Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron; [3] Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth. 1 Timothy 4:1-3
It will be interesting to see how this pans out, but, news such as this once again proves that the King James Bible is true.
Furthermore, this situation certainly is a major conundrum. For obvious reasons, a lot of people could lose a LOT of money if this is not resolved. But on the other side, having chickens compacted into little tiny cages is not only wrong from just a moral standpoint, but it will make the chickens and the eggs way less nutritious and unhealthy, not even accounting for their feed, water, antibiotics and steroids. It’s quite simple: for you and I to be healthy we need to move around, exercise, get the blood pumping. Well, the same applies for an animal: it cannot be healthy by being stuffed in a cage and forced to eat crap.
A righteous man regardeth the life of his beast: but the tender mercies of the wicked are cruel.
Proverbs 12:10
The second point is one of the reasons why the 2016 bills was passed in the first place; but it seems no one knew or payed attention, now leading to people running around like a chicken with its head cut off.
This seems like an opportune time to really introduce the fake and plant chemical-based egg products, some of which The WinePress has reported on.

Regardless, take this as waning to keep preparing for the long haul. Learn how to raise your own livestock and such. That’s a big goal for many, but I suggest keeping that in your sights. As far as I came concerned, break your housing association rules and do what needs to be done, if it comes to it.

For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope. (1 Corinthians 9:7-10).

This is why I like to buy pasture-raised eggs. Avoid “free-range” and “cage-free”; they’re marketing scams, and the Living conditions for those hens are downright cruel. Pasture-raised eggs are way more healthier and nutritious. Taste a lot better too! But of course, nothing beats farm fresh eggs from healthy hens.
Also, avoid eggs that say “from vegetarian-fed chickens” (like that’s a good thing, lol). Chickens are omnivores; so things like insects and worms are supposed to be part of their diet as well. Pasture-raised hens have the freedom to roam around all day in a big open space outdoors where they can forage for bugs while getting sufficient vitamin D.
This is such an evidence of the greed, sin & manipulative tendencies of deceitful men! They posture as though it were about righteousness…when it’s really the ‘cruel mercies’ of the wicked.

They don’t care about people OR hens! They do want to destroy freedom which is always sustained by & evidenced by a strong middle class & churches, supported & protected by the word of God, & blessed by God because of the believing remnant through whom the word is scattered & preserved.
–
Well, they stole the Bible right beneath the peoples’ noses!….and offered them corrupted confusion, & most folks were too distracted to notice, & too ‘educated/conditioned’ into idolatrous humanism, or gnosticism/Deism whatever you want to call it…to think it mattered. The churches are done. They’re just moving on to the next thing, & without strong, believing Bible churches…I’m talking groups of congregants biblically ordered, even families….the middle class is without the protection & power of God. Ichabod.

The middle class has to go, Rome & her cronies, have been working to this end all along: a new feudalism. They still want to maintain the facade, to have their unjust & pretend ‘capitalism’ that is really fascism/communism communitarianism, the false religion riding, masquerading & posturing as righteous, lording over & controlling all as ‘gods’.
–
They want to herd people into Bill Gates styled food control with CRISPR & 3-d printed ‘food’. And it’s not just chickens, eggs and people they want to control & re-engineer: but people, too. So perverse. They’re going to push this stuff under a guise of righteousness & propaganda as being ‘green’….keeps people divided & deceived, self-righteousness grating against self-righteousness.

Parts of California just passed laws that no new house construction can have gas or natural gas utilities, but only electric. They’re going to go after wood heat, too. You can bet on it. It’s gonna get ugly.
