Al Gore – the former Vice President under President Bush in 1993-2000, who lost the race for precedency in 2000, and one of the leading talking heads for environmental reformation – recently told the media that massive surveillance is need to stop climate change.
In a recent interview with MSNBC’s Andrea Mitchell, Gore (speaking from Glasgow at the COP26 summit) said that the technology created by the Climate TRACE coalition will be used to surveil greenhouse gas emissions and track the people and things inhibiting the problem.
We get data consistently from 300 existing satellites, more than 11,000 ground-based, air-based, sea-based sensors, multiple internet data streams and using artificial intelligence. All that information is combined, visible light, infrared, all of the other information that is brought in, and we can now accurately determine where the greenhouse gas emissions are coming from.
And next year we’ll have it down to the level of every single power plant, refinery, every large ship, every plane, every waste dump, and we’ll have the identities of the people who are responsible for each of those greenhouse gas emission streams.
If investors or governments, or civil society activists want to hold them responsible, they will have the information upon which to base their action and holding them responsible.
As noted by Summit News, ‘New research by the Institute for European Environmental Policy (IEEP) and the Stockholm Environment Institute (SEI) has found that by 2030, the carbon footprints of the wealthiest 1% of humanity are on track to be 30 times larger than the size compatible with limiting global warming to 1.5°C by the end of the century, the Paris Agreement’s more ambitious temperature target.’
And even though Gore has made the statements needed for necessary surveillance now, the installation of much of these surveillance and tracking systems have been rapidly setup in the onset of the Covid pandemonium, and further exacerbated with the continuing climate emergency fears.
Just recently at the COP26 summit, tech groups were calling for even more interconnected grids and systems through AI and “digital twins,” in order to stop climate change.
In mid-June The WP reported that the Senate voted bipartisan to bail out the big-tech companies with trillions more dollars, in order to – they claim – to stay more competitive.

But China has been installing even more deep surveillance technologies for some time. So perhaps this is what the senate was referring to, though they never gave real good details on it.

But he is not lying when they are say he and his satanist buddies will be tracking everything they can possibly surveil. They already are.
Every last little thing anymore is being surveilled and tracked. And yet, no one seems to notice and no one seems to care.
