“Lessons learned now will help refine and verify airflow and dispersion models that will inform response protocols and keep our citizens, critical infrastructure including hospitals, police and fire stations, and our transit systems safe.”

The response plans for chemical or biological warfare in New York City are being put to the test, which began yesterday, October 18th.

The simulation will end on the 29th.

A team of researchers and city agencies have partnered with the Department of Homeland Security to release what they say is a non-toxic gas across five separate days for the two weeks of the project.

The gas will be administered across roughly 120 locations, including the subway station. The teams will also have sensor technology and other tools marked in the testing areas.

‘Most of the locations will be above ground, including some parks. A number of below-ground subway stations will also be included, though details on which ones weren’t known,’ says NBC 4 New York.

The goal of these tests is to deliver actionable information to emergency preparedness planning authorities for potential wide-area release of dangerous chemicals or biological materials.

[The study simulates] the aerosol release of a biological agent in a densely populated urban environment.

The study will track movement of non-toxic material and the results from these tests will be used to learn more about the relationship between airflow in street level and underground environments.

Lessons learned now will help refine and verify airflow and dispersion models that will inform response protocols and keep our citizens, critical infrastructure including hospitals, police and fire stations, and our transit systems safe.

DHS Senior Official Kathryn Coulter Mitchell

People in the vicinity have been assured this gas is non-toxic and poses no risk to individuals near by.

This is not the first time tests such as this have been conducted, as identical simulations were done in 2016. And other cities such as Boston and the nation’s capital, Washington D.C., have also gone through this kind of testing.

Suurrrre it is…

Maybe I am just being my usual pessimistic-self, but I don’t trust anything the government says.

It just makes me chuckle a bit: as if the federal government actually cares what happens to we the little serfs in the Divided States of America. They are only interested in protecting their private interest groups and money reserves, and making sure they have enough vegetable-heads to run their machines and file the paperwork.

[7] Who goeth a warfare any time at his own charges? who planteth a vineyard, and eateth not of the fruit thereof? or who feedeth a flock, and eateth not of the milk of the flock? [8] Say I these things as a man? or saith not the law the same also? [9] For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen? [10] Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope. (1 Corinthians 9:7-10).

  • Oh yeah, that sounds totally safe. No need to panic here, people. You’re just being paranoid and ignorant. It’s all for our safety.
YEAH RIGHT AND IM LEONARDO DICAPRIO!!!

  • I’m sure their definition of “nonlethal” is not our definition of nonlethal. Vaccines can be administered by aerosol means, so who knows what will be in those vaccines. What tickles me is a lot of people are now calling NYC the rotten apple, oblivious to the fact that NYC was known as the “rotten apple” back in the 1970s. I think “The Rotten Apple” even made the cover of Time magazine, although they must have scrubbed all digital images. That city has been rotten for a very long time.

        • Yes I know. I was born in Manhattan, grew up in scotch plains, New Jersey, Brooklyn & Staten Island, New York. NYC is getting much worse with each passing day and week. I think NY & NYC are becoming more ripe for destruction. The good news is this: I am 1 bridge away from New Jersey (Staten Island the place where I live now has 3 bridges that lead to New Jersey, & 1 bridge leads to the rest of NYC), so when I leave Staten Island, I leave NYC & NY (depending on the highway I use to leave NYC & NY).

  • I believe that the government is preparing for another inside job type crisis. This is a precursor to something else. The pandemic is also a precursor to something else.

  • I’d bet that its aerosolized graphene oxide nanoparticles… you know how many people use the subway on a daily basis?!?! And then you got free wifi on the subway, so come and get your dose of EMF to excite that graphene oxide in your lungs so you can get a serious and even deadly case of the “covid lung”.
