Less than a week ago The WinePress reported that there are still large pockets of the United States military that are unvaccinated, as deadlines are rapidly approaching.
The active troops in Navy have the highest vaccination rates compared to other divisions at 90%, and the Naval reserves sitting at just shy of 70% at full vaccination. 98% active servicemen have gotten at least one dose.
But it seems the last remaining bits of men and women who are refusing to get vaccinated are now being heavily blackmailed and harassed.
On October 14th, after the vaccine rate information was dispersed amongst the public, the Naval leadership has decided to announce discharging all those that refuse to be vaccinated.
The Navy stated the following in an official press release:
To oversee the administrative discharge process for those refusing the vaccine, the Navy established the COVID Consolidated Disposition Authority (CCDA). This, Lescher wrote, will “ensure a fair and consistent process” for separation determinations.
The Chief of Naval Personnel (CNP) is the CCDA for the administrative separation processing of Navy service members, with the Chief of Navy Reserve (CNR) providing support to the CCDA for cases involving Navy service members in the Selected Reserve. The Vice Chief of Naval Operations retains authority for non-judicial punishment and courts-martial.
Administrative actions may begin as soon as a Navy service member meets the definition of “refusing the vaccine”, which is a Navy service member who received a lawful order to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, is not or will not be fully vaccinated on the date required by the order, and does not have a pending or approved exemption request.
Effective immediately upon the release of the message, commands shall not allow Sailors refusing the vaccine to promote or advance, reenlist, or execute orders, with the exception of separation orders, until the CCDA has completed disposition of their case. Transfer orders may be cancelled by Navy Personnel Command.
For officers and enlisted serving in Navy leadership roles refusing the vaccine, they will be notified immediately in writing that they have five days to either begin a vaccination series or request an exemption before being relieved and have detachment for cause initiated.
Senior leaders are members of command triads and those key staff positions, including any flag officer or flag officer select, regardless of their current billet. A complete list of these positions is found in the message.
With COVID-19 vaccination now mandatory, commanders, commanding officers, or officers in charge, with the concurrence of the first flag officer in the chain of command, are authorized to temporarily reassign Navy service members who refuse the COVID-19 vaccine, regardless of exemption status, based on operational readiness or mission requirements.
[…] The CCDA may also seek recoupment of applicable bonuses, special and incentive pays, and the cost of training and education for service members refusing the vaccine.
Furthermore, they state that those who refuse a vaccine will receive no less than a “general discharge” under conditions that are labeled as “honorable.” However, this could result in a loss veteran’s benefits.
The release also states that those in service can apply for religious or medical exemption.
But it seems getting those exemptions are next to impossible, especially for SEALs.
Michael Berry, First Liberty Institute’s general counsel and Lt. Col. U.S. Marine Corps Reserve – who represents 34 active-duty SEALs and two in the reserves – told Fox News about the infringement of the constitution and harassment that are occurring.
Purging our military of its elite servicemembers is detrimental to national security. Doing so because the Commander in Chief refuses to accommodate their religious convictions is abhorrent to the Constitution. Their years of experience and leadership in service to our nation is immeasurable and irreplaceable.
Remove a SEAL from special warfare, reduce his salary, and force him to repay his training is purely vindictive and punitive. And it’s illegal. They have nothing to do with a virus.
SEALs have invested their lives into serving this nation, dedicating years of their lives and millions of taxpayer dollars in training to be the most elite fighting force on the face of the earth. Yet, the Commander in Chief would simply kick them out of the Navy, send them to jail, and force them to repay the nation for their training—all for simply declining a vaccine.
Fox News reported, ‘A new directive by the Navy’s COVID Consolidated Disposition Authority (CCDA) issued Thursday states that if SEALs decline the vaccine, the Navy may seek to recover from each individual SEAL the money the government has spent on training them. For an individual SEAL, the training costs alone is estimated to amounting to several million dollars,’ as noted in the press release.
Fox News have kept the names of the SEALs anonymous.

As I had said in my aforementioned report on vaccination rates in the military,
[…] It should go without saying that with numbers like this, the American military will shrink dramatically, and actually combating a legitimate domestic threat will be all the more harder now.
There is no question that these actions are a deliberate culling of the military forces here in America. The nation is already weakened and soft as is, and now it will get a whole lost worse. This nation’s commanding officers, generals, and the such like, are the farthest things from being leaders. They are just tyrants and psychopaths who sit behind a desk, a map, and a computer screen, who send people off to die with no remorse or care for their troops.
All that being said, the collapse of America is imminent. I know people do not like to hear or think about these things, but what else can be said? This is blatant tyranny, and hardly no one seems to notice or care. I certainly do not defend America’s highly unjust wars and operations, but this is just ridiculous.

That’s just stupid. So, what are they going to do, try to recoup the inflated cost of public education from any ‘educated’ and ‘trained’ citizen who refuses the shot as well? Makes absolutely no sense. I don’t see this one flying, but it does show they fear the people they trained to a level of potentially seeing through this thing & able to use against them what they deployed them to do against others.
Not all of them did. Some repented & resigned over the ‘ally’ boy-toy & pedophilia, drug thing….as well as the fundamentally transformed queer military admin that excused it & turned a blind eye to those things: some voluntarily, & some by force.
