However, this mandate does not include grocery stores, pharmacies, and retail establishments – even though the mandates says ‘shopping centers’ require proof of vaccination to enter.

Today the Los Angeles City Council convened and passed what is set to be one of, if not the strictest Covid-19 vaccine mandates to date.

According to CBSN Los Angeles, the new order would have taken effect immediately under an emergency clause that required at least 12 votes from the council. They voted 11-2, which means that this new edict will go into effect, just not immediately.

Rather, L.A. Mayor Eric Garcetti said he will sign the bill to put the mandate in effect by November 6th – which will require proof of vaccination across a wide variety venues and locations.

CBSN specifically lists who who must enforce mandatory proof of vaccination:

  • Restaurants, bars, fast food establishments, coffee shops, tasting rooms, cafeterias, food courts, breweries, wineries, distilleries banquet halls and hotel ballrooms.
  • Gyms and fitness venues, including recreation facilities, fitness studios (including for yoga, pilates, dance, and barre), boxing gyms, fitness boot camps and facilities that hold indoor group fitness classes.
  • Entertainment and recreation venues including movie theaters, shopping centers, concert venues, performance venues, adult entertainment venues, commercial event and party venues, sports arenas, convention centers, exhibition halls, museums, malls, performing arts theaters, bowling alleys, arcades, card rooms, family entertainment centers, pool and billiard halls, play areas and game centers.
  • Personal care establishments, including spas, nail salons, hair salons, barbershops, tanning salons, estheticians, skin care, tattoo shops, piercing shops and massage therapy locations, unless medically required.

However, this mandate does not include grocery stores, pharmacies, and retail establishments – even though the mandates says ‘shopping centers’ require proof of vaccination to enter.

As for outdoor events, those that allow 5,000 patrons or more, must provide proof of vaccination.

The report notes that medical exemptions will allow some to bypass the mandate, or a “deeply held religious belief” – which will be examined by the establishment the person is trying to enter.

‘People who are exempt would be able to use outdoor areas of the location, but if unavailable, they may be allowed to enter the indoor area by providing proof of a negative COVID-19 test.’

Though not set in stone as of yet, actual enforcement of compliance is expected to be in place by November 29th. Businesses that violate these new orders will be $1,000 for a first infraction, $2,000 for the second and third times, and $5,000 for the fourth. The report does not explain what happens when a fifth infraction occurs.

Less than a week ago the state of California became the first to mandate the vaccines for all eligible schoolchildren, ages 12 and up.

[8] Now go, write it before them in a table, and note it in a book, that it may be for the time to come for ever and ever: [9] That this is a rebellious people, lying children, children that will not hear the law of the LORD: [10] Which say to the seers, See not; and to the prophets, Prophesy not unto us right things, speak unto us smooth things, prophesy deceits: [11] Get you out of the way, turn aside out of the path, cause the Holy One of Israel to cease from before us. [12] Wherefore thus saith the Holy One of Israel, Because ye despise this word, and trust in oppression and perverseness, and stay thereon: [13] Therefore this iniquity shall be to you as a breach ready to fall, swelling out in a high wall, whose breaking cometh suddenly at an instant.

Isaiah 30:8-13

Talk about a paradox of a mandate: how does one prohibit entering in a shopping center without a vaccine passport, but not a grocery store or “retail establishment?” Are they saying you can hypothetically shop at a Walmart and only get groceries, but the electronics side of the side is forbidden without proof of vaccination? I am asking honest question, but this is Los Angeles, Californication, after all.

Moreover, can you imagine some juiced-up poindexter standing at the door of a business being the judge of whether or not your faith is legitimate enough to enter?! We truly live in the Arkham Asylum

But now, once again, the city of evil angels has set another precedent. New York City and New Orleans also have some strict mandates too, but this will “force” other nuthouse cities to ratchet up the pressure.

Easier said than done, I realize, but get out of the cities…

[7] Who goeth a warfare any time at his own charges? who planteth a vineyard, and eateth not of the fruit thereof? or who feedeth a flock, and eateth not of the milk of the flock? [8] Say I these things as a man? or saith not the law the same also? [9] For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen? [10] Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope. (1 Corinthians 9:7-10).

  • California needs Jesus to intervene with grace and protection for the children and handicapped as well as true believers AND with fierceness and wrath to destroy that state!

    • That’s what I always say! And yes there is. Thousands of people vacating California and moving to Texas and Florida mostly but other parts of the south like Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama, Georgia, Ohio, and Rocky Mountain states like Idaho and Colorado, too!

  • This is just as relevant now as it was last year. Very convicting and I got rebuked soundly for my hesitancy. To prepare and settle the mind to face hard times, possible homelessness and future days of not eating every day, and all else that comes along the way.

  • Just more of the same Jesuitical inconsistencies we’ve been forced to put up with since Fauci made his stage debut last year so the governors can fall in and get with the program…….some program…..masks, no masks, one mask, 3 masks, masks only on Sunday, mask exemption if you play hockey and bridge, and on and on it goes, like children making up stuff in their “pretend” games….except on a more vicious level. Sure sounds like this country is being played. These people and their Vatican handlers need to be ridiculed (an effective trick the Jesuits use) on billboards, social media, etc. There’s some going on and we need more. Oh for an opportunity for the likes of a Gavin Newsome or a Witch Whitmer to synchronize their face to the trajectory of a hurling Boston cream pie.
