“The divide between Trump and Biden voters is deep, wide, and dangerous. The scope is unprecedented, and it will not be easily fixed.”

The Center for Politics at the University of Virginia has released a new poll that reveals large portions of the United States’ population want a secession.

More specifically, a little more than half (52%) of Trump voters and 41% of Biden voters ‘at least somewhat agree’ that Republican and Democratic states should secede from the Union.

The idea that the nation’s political divide has become so toxic that we should prepare from some sort of “national divorce” has largely been left to clever thought experiments best left for dinner parties and ironically detached columns. However, we’ve now arrived at a point where more than half of Trump voters “somewhat agree” that the time for secession is nigh.

The Center for Politics wrote,

Significant numbers of both Trump and Biden voters show a willingness to consider violating democratic tendencies and norms if needed to serve their priorities. Roughly 2 in 10 Trump and Biden voters strongly agree it would be better if a “President could take needed actions without being constrained by Congress or courts,” and roughly 4 in 10 (41%) of Biden and half (52%) of Trump voters at least somewhat agree that it’s time to split the country, favoring blue/red states seceding from the union.

Furthermore, even though the survey found that roughly 4 out of 5 Biden and Trump voter find a democratic government more preferable than a non-democratic government, 60% of Trump voters believe that America is not a representative democracy – rather, it is a system that is corrupt and rigged for the most wealthy Americans.

Some other highlights from the report found:

  • “Majorities of Trump and Biden voters express support for several elements of the bipartisan infrastructure and reconciliation bills being debated in Congress, but there are marked differences in their levels of support.
  • “Majorities — often large majorities — of both Biden and Trump voters express some form of distrust for voters, elected officials, and media sources they associate with the other side. A strong majority of Trump voters see no real difference between Democrats and socialists, and a majority of Biden voters at least somewhat agree that there is no real difference between Republicans and fascists.”

The survey also included several charts that breakdown more specific viewpoints:

Table 1: Center for Politics/Project Home Fire poll findings on Biden/Trump voter support for various issues being debated as part of bipartisan infrastructure and reconciliation bill negotiations
Table 2: Poll findings on fear and distrust among Biden and Trump voters
Table 3: Center for Politics/Project Home Fire poll findings on commitment to democracy among Biden and Trump voters

The divide between Trump and Biden voters is deep, wide, and dangerous. The scope is unprecedented, and it will not be easily fixed.

In order to figure out ways to bridge these divides, we need to understand not just the divides themselves, but also understand the ways in which we can, together, move forward to reach common ground. This project helps us do both.

The logical conclusion then, is that it is in the long-term interest of the country to pursue a series of strategies and tactics that encourage bridge-building and constructive dialogue and re-affirm America’s reputation as the world’s leading representative democracy. Simply put — we need a real plan to heal our fractured democracy. In our research, we have uncovered some pathways to help do that.

[24] And if a kingdom be divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand. [25] And if a house be divided against itself, that house cannot stand. [26] And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end. [27] No man can enter into a strong man’s house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strong man; and then he will spoil his house.

Mark 3:24-27

A few points to make:

WinePress readers know that I have exposed Trump on wide variety of subjects since the beginning of The WP, and so I could not help but laugh out loud when the data results find that most of his voters think this country is all controlled and skewed to benefit the rich – as that is absolutely true, but the sheer hypocrisy and irony is that these people voted for a sociopathic freak that is quite literally apart of the 0.0001%’er club! Not only that, it was Trump who passed sweeping tax breaks to the wealthiest corporations and businessmen that allowed these mega-rich to recoup and expand their wealth.

Moreover, it was Trump that signed in trillions of dollars of debt through the CARES Act, the $900 billion “pork-filled” bill (that he eventually signed) before he left office, hundreds of billions more dumped into the military industrial complex, bailouts of the farmers (twice), the airlines; lost trade war, dollar losing value, money velocity rapidly decreasing, growing debt, and much more; on top of all the other stuff that he did that his voters turn a blind eye to.

So, it never ceases to amaze me the idolatry of that sicko. However, to the same token, I also get a good laugh out of the imbeciles that actually support Biden, still.

But with all that being said, you did not need this report to tell you that this country is utterly divided. It’s the Divided States of America (D.S.A) now.

The night before the Capitol riots, I referred to the political dog & pony show presented before us, as the next “papal schism:” two stooges who are sellouts to the Vatican, both claiming to be Pope (in this case the President), with both sides angry at one another.

Do I think there will be a secession? I honestly do not think so, but you never know these days. Either way I would be not shocked. However, do I think some sort of second and exponentially bloodier civil war – fought from house-to-house all over the country – is plausible? VERY.

On top of the death shots claiming lives these next couple of years, a breakdown of the system and deep political, economic, spiritual, etc., catastrophes I believe are the future. The World Economic Forum has made it clear that America will no longer be the world superpower in the years to come. Plus, The WP reported that a military website once forecast that America would see a 70% population reduction. These are all things we need to keep in mind.

[6] And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. [7] For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places. [8] All these are the beginning of sorrows. [12] And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.

Matthew 24:6-8, 12

[7] Who goeth a warfare any time at his own charges? who planteth a vineyard, and eateth not of the fruit thereof? or who feedeth a flock, and eateth not of the milk of the flock? [8] Say I these things as a man? or saith not the law the same also? [9] For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen? [10] Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope. (1 Corinthians 9:7-10).

  • I must say, this whole republican vs democrat fiasco that has taken place over the last few years has just been the goofiest period of American history. Liberals have more and more become a bunch of God-hating sodomites, and the majority of republicans have descended into utter idolatry. It’s truly been one goofy ride. And most of this ridiculousness was caused by two of the most goofiest people on the planet: Donald Trump and Joe Biden.

What a joke this country is.

  • More agit-prop from the Congregation of the Propaganda. Take with a grain of salt & the light of the King James Bible, and allegiance placed where it belongs: in Christ & truth….not the fake ‘sides’ of men & devils, both in error & tempting souls to judge before the time, or react in error aiding devilish ends. Luke 17:1 Then said he unto the disciples, It is impossible but that offences will come: but woe unto him, through whom they come!

  • And if these satanic church buildings continue supporting trump then they deserve whatever happens and comes to them! And I won’t have a drop of sympathy for them, either.
