“The strike teams will allow jurisdictions to provide surge capacity to facilities for clinical services; address staffing shortages at facilities; and strengthen IPC activities to prevent, detect and contain outbreaks, including support for COVID-19 vaccine boosters.”

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recently announced the installment of new ‘strike teams’ across the United States to better facilitate healthcare and isolation stations.

Announced on its website, the CDC is investing $2.1 billion – funds allocated from the American Rescue Plan singed in by the Biden Administration earlier this year – over the next three years to improve infection prevention and control (IPC) activities around the country.

This new program is set to launch this coming October.

These new moves, according to the CDC, will help states and other U.S. jurisdictions to “staff, train and deploy” strike teams to help long-term healthcare operations with known or suspected COVID-19 infections.

[The funding] will assist healthcare personnel to prevent infections more effectively in healthcare settings, support rapid response to detect and contain infectious organisms, enhance laboratory capacity, and engage in innovation targeted at combating infectious disease threats. Improvements in infection prevention will span the healthcare continuum, including 6,000 hospitals, 15,400 nursing homes and other long-term care facilities, 7,900 dialysis clinics, and 4,700 ambulatory surgery centers, and will extend to other outpatient settings.

The strike teams will allow jurisdictions to provide surge capacity to facilities for clinical services; address staffing shortages at facilities; and strengthen IPC activities to prevent, detect and contain outbreaks, including support for COVID-19 vaccine boosters.

The CDC stated in its official release

This funding will dramatically improve the safety and quality of the healthcare delivered in the United States during the pandemic and in the future. Funding will provide significant resources to our public health departments and healthcare systems and opportunities to develop innovative strategies to protect every segment of the U.S. population, especially those disproportionately affected by the pandemic, at a time that they are hit hard.

CDC Director Rochelle Walensky

Frontline staff are weary from battling COVID for 18 months; the promise of fresh teams is both heartening and greatly needed to ensure the well-being of older adults. Our members across the country look forward to working with their state leaders to ensure these funds directly address the staffing shortages they’re intended to address.

Furthermore, another $385 million will be gifted to states and local health departments this coming October, to help five different areas of healthcare settings and needs, which are:

  • Strengthening state capacity to prevent, detect, and contain infectious disease threats across healthcare settings
  • Laboratory capacity for healthcare
  • Project Firstline (more effective training and education for frontline workers)
  • National Healthcare Safety Network (NHSN)
  • Antibiotic Stewardship

These new funds will also go to better surveillance and monitoring of pathogens, potential outbreaks, and patients, says the CDC.

Funds provided will also increase state and regional laboratory capacity to conduct surveillance for emerging pathogens to better identify patients infected with or carrying infectious disease threats, such as antibiotic-resistant germs like “nightmare bacteria” carbapenem-resistant Enterobacterales (CRE) and Candida auris. Throughout the pandemic, there have been outbreaks of antibiotic-resistant pathogens in COVID-19 units and other healthcare settings.

The CDC detailed

Some states are already prepping for this by reaching out to the public for employment.

The state of Washington is now currently looking for individuals to work as “Isolation & Quarantine Team Consultants (PS2),” that pays roughly $3,294.00 – $4,286.00 a month – where staff will be stationed at the State Isolation and Quarantine Facility in Centralia. The facility will be operational 24/7.

Part of the job of the description provided on the official government website says,

These I & Q Strike Team Member Program Specialist 2s (PS2) are responsible for participating in program planning and evaluation of health service delivery products and identifying needs for personnel, supplies, and activities to support community and state response activities. These positions will staff the State Isolation and Quarantine Facility and provide for the needs of travelers that stay at the facility. I & Q Strike Team members are in responsible charge of the I & Q Facility during their shift and are tasked with responding to emergencies, training contractors and new staff, and providing guest support as needed. When we are successful, these efforts will directly support the mission of the DOH, which is to protect and improve the health of people in Washington.

Furthermore, employee’s duties will be:

  • Maintaining the readiness of the isolation and quarantine strike team, facilities, and equipment.
  • Providing direct services to the public at the I & Q facility to include: check-in, providing technical assistance, purchasing groceries and supplies for the site and guests, distributing food and resources, assisting with inventory of resources, and ensuring all guests receive excellent customer service.
  • Assisting nurses on performing rounds,
  • Maintaining facility cleanliness and processing guest laundry.
  • Providing guest transport to and from the I & Q facility.
  • Prepping the I & Q facility to receive guests, ensuring rooms are stocked and have been properly cleaned.
  • Providing outreach, education, and technical assistance to internal and external stakeholders.

Naturally, those seeking employment will need to be fully vaccinated.

[8] Now go, write it before them in a table, and note it in a book, that it may be for the time to come for ever and ever: [9] That this is a rebellious people, lying children, children that will not hear the law of the LORD: [10] Which say to the seers, See not; and to the prophets, Prophesy not unto us right things, speak unto us smooth things, prophesy deceits: [11] Get you out of the way, turn aside out of the path, cause the Holy One of Israel to cease from before us. [12] Wherefore thus saith the Holy One of Israel, Because ye despise this word, and trust in oppression and perverseness, and stay thereon: [13] Therefore this iniquity shall be to you as a breach ready to fall, swelling out in a high wall, whose breaking cometh suddenly at an instant.

Isaiah 30:8-13

Well, isn’t this just swell: the state will pay you pennies so you can snitch on and monitor your neighbors – “for your safety and wellbeing” of course.

The irony here too is they try and make it sound so loving and helping, but then spin around and call them “strike teams.” What is this, “Call of Duty?” So lest anyone think that including pictures of militarized police in association with these camps is hyperbolic, then why call them strike teams? Especially when we know of the military’s very direct involvement because of Operation Warp Speed launched by Trump. If you read our report about these CDC recommended camps, then you can fill in the blanks; plus, when you look at what’s going on in other nations such as Australia.

To me, this has more of the makings of what was depicted in the Hollywood propaganda film, “Songbird.”

[7] Who goeth a warfare any time at his own charges? who planteth a vineyard, and eateth not of the fruit thereof? or who feedeth a flock, and eateth not of the milk of the flock? [8] Say I these things as a man? or saith not the law the same also? [9] For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen? [10] Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope. (1 Corinthians 9:7-10).

  • Acts 20:24 King James Version
“But none of these things move me, neither count I my life dear unto myself, so that I might finish my course with joy, and the ministry, which I have received of the Lord Jesus, to testify the gospel of the grace of God.”

    Be not afraid, brethren.

  • Thank you brother for reporting on this. They’ll have to just shoot me on the spot. I’ve seen the footage, as I’m sure most people have of the Nazi quarantine camps. Lord Jesus please do not let it come to this. Have mercy on us please and remove the wicked men that have planned this, if it be Your will Lord.

  • Yes, be not afraid… unless you are a calvinist cause you may just THINK you were one of the elect and find out that you were chosen by the Lord to be a match stick along with yer ruckmanite bruthaZ 🙂
